First park on Quail ave kind of decent streets need maintance saw the second park on Deer Ave and its a total mess. As soon as i got in the first mobile home looks like its falling apart on one side they have a full junkyard i easily counted like 7 vehicles some all crashed and parts and oil stains everywhere the other side looks like is a farm saw dogs and chickens running around. Kept driving and i saw some clean ones and some dirty ones like the first mobile home definetly not taking my family to a dirty place like that.Very poor management.

Driveways flood when it rains,people leave trash by Dumpster,manager doesnt care,Loud parties some people with multiple cars parked everywhere again Manager doesnt care. Lot was not cleaned and trees trimed at your expense.If you like rocks then this is the place for you no Grass in lots,Weeds Yes

Managers are super helpful and sweet. The area is mostly well kept up with and the trailers are all maintained to a good standing. Really nice park!

Nice clean community.

This place just has some good looking homea that look like there well took an care of. Bit looks can be decieving. Also theres alot of ugly,crappy and poor judgment on some of the trailers. Idk about u but I like my neighborhood to be quite and safe as well as drug free!!! So good look.
