If I can give this place no stars I would. DO NOT rent or live here PLEASE theses people are lairs and like to take your money the rent is SUPER SUPER high more than my house actually and you cant even talk to the land lord. The parking situation here is HORRIBLE I got my new car hit like three times because of how crowded it is here its ridiculous and tenet harasses you with letter to move in your lot to park when there is no where else but out side the property (huge no no when you pay them so much for rent) not worth it.

Maaaaaan this place is wack, I mean yeah, its a trailer park, but come on!! Driving through is a tight situation if someone doesnt Park correctly youre in a pickle. Some neighbors let their dogs run around like nothing. But my immediate neighbors are pretty cool thats why this place gets the one star.

Dont buy or rent a trailer from Sierra Vista they lie and always raising the rent and they are quick to try and kick you out they want down payment upfront before showing contract and say the rent for land is 250 and raise it another 50 dollars after you sign and they have like 13 lawsuits against them and margie the manager has the open sign to office when time to pay rent but isnt there half of the time so you can be late and pay more be carefull dont rent or buy from thus park also they put all pipes above ground to make sure you pay for it and not them there is also a hazard there is only one way in and out which is dangerous if somthing happens everyone would be going out the same way and cars not able to leave a disaster waiting to happen
