Horrible customer service! Been a Cadillac loyal customer for over 12 years but they hire the most unprofessional customer service specialists to take care of those customers that are dissatisfied at the dealership level. Total joke! I promise never to buy GM/Cadillac ever again. Too many other options for those who truly value our familys business.

Beautiful neoclassical architecture on display in this national historic landmark.The GM headquarters from 1923 to 2001 when the last of its employees moved to the Renaissance Center.

This building is a extremely beautiful monumental addition to the history of Detroit. I had business recently, and can appreciate the safe, clean, and very courteous employees. Recommend to at least explore if interested is monumental structures. GORGEOUS.

The Building itself is a BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING piece of History. I love the walls, stores and delis here. However, the cell phone reception is HORRIBLE!

This place definitely is historic to say the least. Enjoyed visiting plus they serve different food from different restaurants on a daily basis.

Amazing architecture, well restored. When I walked in it was like going back in time 100 years.Helpful security staff. The receptionist at the office of the Attorney General for the state of Michigan was very pleasant and friendly.Bring someone with you if you want to park in front of the main entrance Door. Unattended vehicles are subject to $45 ticket.

Visited the Busted Bra Shop.had a good experience with Ms.Lee there.bought the bra of my dreams.

I work in this building. Its the State of Michigan presence in Detroit. What I have noticed about Google Maps is that some of the state agencies are listed as being in the New Center One building. This is not true and Google provides no way to help correct that.The New Center One building is across Grand Blvd from Cadillac Place. If you have business with the state it will all be conducted in Cadillac Place. DO NOT try and park out front of the building. It is for drop offs only and the Detroit traffic enforcement orbits the building looking to give out tickets. There are two lots on the east and west ends of the place to park. Prices are about $7.

I went to Cadillac Place to take a written exam for a job. Although, Im a former employee so Im familiar with the building. The security guards seemed to be intact. Its a beautiful building.

Beautiful building. Public bathrooms (need ID to enter). Community services like the state lottery and unemployment. There is a Subway in the basement. Minimal cellphone service

Beautiful bld. Offer lots of services. Secretary of State is located here. Open Saturday. Credit Union, bank ( chase) lottery, court and much more. Check it out.

Beautiful building

This building is a historic landmark. Its just not architecturally sound its beautiful. Cadillac Place once was the original headquarters for General Motors until they decided to move downtown Detroit .

Security was very friendly and helpful.
