Stupid regulations..and not paying atention to the real issues

The Most Expensive than the others parks around, and the most Ugly.If you are late 5 days, you ll got allready Broward Court Eviction, nasty letters you can.

I have been living in this park for a year now and I love it. As long as you abide and stand by the rules you’ll be fine. Some don’t like the management, but in order to have a clean and nice community they have to be hard. (Grisel)

Racial favortisim of the spanish. This place has a greedy manager that charges for a service of cutting your grass but i still have to cut my grandmothers place.

Bought my trailer 1 year ago and was a little skeptical about it as it was said that there was some drug dealing going around. I havent seen that at all. Its a very friendly environment. I love how management has family events specially for kids. Its a great way to meat others in the community. Very happy here.

I moved into the community in January 19. So far I have to say its been a nice place to live. I havent had any problems. Im new to this mobile home ownership stuff and the management has been great about holding my hand on a few things. I appreciate their patience. My neighbors have been pretty quiet too. A few nights we may hear a neighbor jamming to some latin american music but its not been bad. Looking forward to a positive future in the community.

Best place ever. Contains pools, my grandmas house, etc.

Lived in the park for over 14 years and I have lots of comments that I would like to not State online at this time. Theres a lot of downfalls in this neighborhood. It used to be a great neighborhood. Things have gone downhill. The managers trying to do her best to clean up the neighborhood. I just dont think anythings ever going to change.

Bass sound all the time in cars and neighbors you cant neither sleep nor rest...

First the maintenance cost. The amenities and landscaping are poorly designed and maintained compared to similar parks nearby.

I live here and i love it.It has 2 pools,a clubhouse and a basketball court.Other than that its a peaceful and quiet place to live.There is a shopping plaza close by and a gas station.I enjoy living in here and i would definitely recommend people to come live here.

A little bit of petty break-in.. so I have heard. Until one gets shot. But aside from that its all a quiet place.

This people have so much time on their hands, write their own 5 star reviews. Pathetic!

To expensive to live in there to own or rent

Ghetto, poor management, lots of crime & Town of Davie Police is around the corner at Dunkin Donuts. Police are useless

Its cool I guess, idk I sneak over there to get laid so its alright.

No maintenance...dogs poop anywhere and their owners walk away, like nothing happenedSome neighbors think this is a park and blast their radios to the max. I would not recomend it at all.
