Love my home. I totally enjoy my friend ship with Donna the Community management and respect her opinion.

The lady in the office was unhelpful, never answered my questions about Sunshine Village past records of Bill of Sale etc. Told me to go to Tallahassee/or DMV.

Clean, property rent pricing... mensa mensa.

The pool should be open on weekends since I work weekdays... other then that the lot 146 is awesome...

They have a nice pool that is always clean everyday. Plus they have a really nice park with many fun things to do. This place is amazing

Good family place

It is a very quiet and clean community, they are strict with the care of the properties, they may find occasional gossiping neighbors, or problematic, but the administration helps you and resolves quickly.

Went here to check out some homes for buy & Sylvia was exceptional. Everything from her level of patience to her knowledge of the community was nothing short of great!

I Ive lived here 18 years. The manager Donna is a sweetheart. Very accommodating just wish they would change their tow service from A441 Towing to any other company. Wish they would add speed bumps, cuz people fly through there every day when kids are playing in the street. They have had police presence more. But seems like theyll let anybody in. Plus my home backs up to 136th ave. The road is 20ft from the back of my home. me and my neighbors have had three different cars 3 crash through the eureka palms and came 5 foot from hitting my home. The park never replace the eureka palms that the cars drove through. Its slowed the car down. But five years later now and I have three 10ft wide openings behind my house. So I had to put up a temporary fence to keep people from walking through my yard.Theres no privacy at all I would just want them to plant the trees that were destroyed from the cars crashing through there.. Ive spoke everyone at the officeits going to take one of the cars crashing through the houses.. then Sunshine village is going to have a serious problem God forbid anybody gets hurt.

I love living here..everyone is very nice. The pool is clean and always available to swim. Great neiborhood to run walk or ride a bike.

Low-end mobile home park. Not as much drama as Western Hills nextdoor, same crime...same hood

Been living there since 1991 ! I would double wide survived every hurricane including Andrew, no major damage only lost a few shingles off the roof ! Its a clean quiet Park great for families .

Drove through it tonight... we put bug stuff on our lot. Hopefully we will be living there in a week. Everything was nice and quite for a Saturday evening.
