The new management is wonderful.

Its pretty darn full... yet they have ove small dumpster! Trash build up is horrible!!!Its pretty darn expensive for nothing special.

New staff have been great. The new property manager has a big heart and willing to go that extra step to help tennants and owners. Its almost like noght day compared to previous pm.

Clean and welcoming multicultural MobileHome community not far from FLL airport. Near lots of stores and restaurants. Good pick for a short term rental or vacation. Parking along the small streets - no driveways
