I owned a home here and maintenance fee went up by $200.00 in one year. I sold my home and moved out afterwards.

Old and no one cares anymore. The rules, that were put in place to make the subdivision pleasant for all, have gone by the wayside. Very sad. Used to be 55+ but now letting any age move in and/or rent. You dont have to be an owner anymore.

I was very surprised how lovely and clean it was ... It even had a security guard at the entrance ... Manicured lands, no pot holes ... It was nice ...

Its about $680 a month for lot rent at very someplace people pay like $7:20 depending upon what side of the park you live on lots of iguanas and Wildlife there has a full Clubhouse pool hot tub you do your laundry and shower at the clubhouse they also have pool tables and indoor meeting place where you play cards Im just get together to hang out with friends the guard Gates a joke and the hurricane it blew the old one down now they have some poor people working in this little box they just have to call and they pretty much let anyone in you dont have to stop but sometimes Ill ask you for your ID for no reason if soaps are but a nice quiet place to live if youre on a fixed income mobile homes are for sale in there

Lot rent is too pricey and they dont have a gate they have orange cones that you put in the road and then the guard has to come out and identify you and let you in quicker for the guard and the visitor

I took a lot of deliveries here and they tip well and are very great people

This has been one of the most terrible experiences! They stole my money and gave me nothing in return. Im an elderly disabled individual and I feel that they took advantage of me. I do not recommend this place to even my worst enemy if you dont want to be a victim dont live here!

Ive been living here about 15 years, Im very satisfied, they have all the facilities and your office its very accommodating. Also the Best Buy in town.

Im a resident and theres problems without a neighbor and it has not been resolved by corporate the park manager has tried but has not been resolved because corporate has not back her up What can I do ?Even Davie police is being beligerant about this, the neighbor is an ex cop and theyve sided with him a very problematic person armed and with mental issue s

I am very happy! We bought a cheap big house.

This is a great place for a winter get away, but it gets awfully hot and muggy during the summer. A nice community, nice amenities, reasonably priced and a real mix of residents from across the globe. Were only about 20-30 mins from the ocean, 15 mins from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. There are always homes for sale from $7,000 to $70,000, lot rent is around $600 per month, lawn maintenance is included. Ive lived here 11+ years and have no major complaints.
