I travel for my company and hit 9 differnt parks in the area. this is one of the cleanest and quietest. no LOUD bikes or music or yelling just peace and good views. its half Modular and half RV lots.

Hands down THE BEST place to park your RV and stay awhile! The price is about the lowest in a 50-mile radius, and the owners are very friendly.

This park will not accept anything 10 years or older. No exceptions! I would like to know the percentage of RVs out there that are over 10 years and are in as good a condition and some of the new things coming out of the factories. I guess everyone should just get an Airstream and lie about the age.

Its ironic that they dont aceept RVs that are more than 10 years old regardless of the condition. One can assume they consider highly of the property and keep out the rift raft with silly rules.When I was there to inquire, I saw and heard commercial jets approaching the near by international airport and noticed they are located next to a comercial facilty where they incinerate waste and garbage.Gave them 2 stars only because the property is clean.

I have been here for 10 straight winters and its great. Close to everything.
