Nice clean park. Speed bumps are a pain but keeps the kids safe. Super.

The manager of the leasing office, in the nicest words, less than agreeable. She came to our home for a gold key inspection, coming to our surprise a note with pictures of our home attached to it. Saying that our clutter, that I will not deny, could be damaging to the home. Heaviest thing is maybe a box with clothing. She even took pictures of my daughters play room, shes 4 for crying out. Previous management was understanding and patient since were always on time for rent. But since she came along its like she has something out for the renters here. Citing us for past events the previous management gave the ok. Also we have recently gotten a service cat for my wife. She is wanting us to kennel him during the day when he is already litter trained, almost 8hrs at times. This is our last year, we have no want to buy but I feel that is the reason she is cracking down. Our neighbors bought their just so she could leave them alone. I do not recommend living here to even people I dont like.

I miss nelba. This new lady is crazy she is trying to cite anybody and everyone on the property. Saying cut grass but it’s been raining almost flooding yet wants me to cut grass with puddles in my yard. It’s your property you should cut the damn grass for free. Sorry but some of us are single parents that get home at 830 at night leaving at 630 in the morning and you giving a one time notice to cut my grass in 24hrs is not going to happened. You need to go back where they sent you from. And put NELBA back cause if I could I would sale this home ignorar your going to be after people like that.

The worst mistake I have ever made buying a hime in this park. The new manager Maria is so unprofessional. She keeps putting notices on my door and when we correct the issue she finds anything else ie(pick up grass trimmings final notice) wow. There are are si many other violations at at least ten trailers by my home and they have never even received a letter. Nelba please come back .

Better watch your vehicles they will tow them unexpectedly and the management is so unprofessional

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOBILE HOME PARK.THIS MANAGER IS AFTER CUSTOMERS HOMES WHICH HAVE BEEN PAID OFF. SHE NEEFS TO BE FIRED, FOR HARASSING HER CUSTOMER UNTIL THE ABANDONED THIER HOMES. PEOPLE DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO MOVE 3-5000.SHAME ON HER

Management is great neighbors r wonderful n caring neighbors mind their business but also look out for you n property on the bad side back part is not owned by trl park so the people are real trashy n dirty n r thiefs they have been ripping this trl across the street apart stealing things off it here n there
