Woke up this morning and car was gone. Been towed by allstar. We had tag from office so car should not have been taken. First time we ever had a problem. My husband was almost fired cause he cant work without his hard hat.

Great place to live, would recommend it to humble people.

Car being towed by all star while your sleeping when you have the sticker on it from the office. We are hard workers and pay to live here. Now we cant make money to live here if we dont have a car and spend our money trying to get our car back. It never should have been taken we had the yellow tag on the mirror. Not happy with mesquite meadows.

PSA: Not a bad place to live if you dont mind having your vehicle stolen from in front of your house in the middle of the night by All Star Towing. The property manager obviously works with the towing company to prey on low income families and extort them out of their money, as if life isnt difficult enough. They say that youre supposed to have a parking permit to legally park on the property, even in the visitors parking area, but the property manager is always conveniently unavailable and unreachable to obtain the permit. I have a sneaking suspicion that the property manager is getting a cut of the ransom when the vehicle owner goes to the impound to get their vehicle back. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Beware!!

I have enjoyed living here at mesquite Meadows.. Ive never had problems with the neighbors..the office people are very well educated and mannered..they always respond when I have a maintenance problem.. Im satisfied leaving here..I feel save..never had I seen major problems..

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE front office! They open late close before theyre closing hours they never bother to answer your phone calls or return any voicemails or emails. The staff is just really frustrating to deal with. The community is not bad but they need some changes at that terrible front office!

I was looking into buying a mobile home. Started looking into places. Started looking at the reviews. To see so many people talking about the property management, it seems this location has a very poor ability to employ a staff worth a grain of salt. The professionalism of not answering calls simply is unexcusable, and shines a very bad light on prospective residents. Evidently the owners of the property are a major part of the problem. Forget calling your office...clean the place up and start fresh with a decent staff. I will look elseware. And hows that for customer relations? A prospective resident just avoided you due to how you manage things. Smh.

If you like paying tow charges for parking in front of your own house then this is the place for you. In the past 2 wks our vehicles have been stolen from in front of our house by All Star Towing 3 times. In the last couple of months a total of 5 times, one of those the car was in the driveway. No-one in the office is reachable, I think they have a camera outside the door so they can see if they want to talk to you or not. They charge you late fees for being .04 cents short on your rent. You pay them $50 to mow your yard and they never do but oh but they keep your money. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

Front desk never answers. Ever!Property is trashy they enforce alot of unnecessary rules and yet dont worry about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place.

I went to fill my contract and the sales and leasing agent Alexandra was great explaining us the whole contract and made it so clear every single point. I sure do like the way the treat us very nice.

Staff always friendly

I would give this place a zero if I could. I made an appointment a week in advance to come and view the property to see what the had available. A representative called me to confirm my 1:00 appointment and that I still interested. I arrived 20 minutes only to find a notice on the door saying that they would be out of the office until 2:00. I left at 2:30 still not seeing the property out speaking to another representative. Even now no one had bothered to call and apologize. Horrible business practice!

Decent location, but the actual office management is not reliable at all. You have to call multiple times and sometimes they still won’t answer, they do not return voicemails and they close before their listed “closing” hours. Glad I don’t have to reach out to them on a regular basis because that wouldn’t be any help.

Staff was friendly and professional service was fast

I just got my keys to my home this weekend. Ms. Rosi the manager is the best. I love how she worked with us and help us find the perfect home. Im looking forward to calling Mesquite Meadows my new community!

I have lived in the yes communitys for years before yes communitys bought it out.I have no complaints about the neighbors or the community itself but the staff is terrible!!!They always open late and close before closing hours listed on the office door. I call and they never answer I leave voicemails and they dont return my calls! Its frustrating that I cant get in contact with them. When i do finally get in contact i ask them why i havent receive a call back and they say they are understaff but thats no reason why they should have to close before business hours. And since the new management stepped in my rent has gone up every 6months its almost as high as a house mortgage.

I have lived here for the last 3 years and wished I would have never moved here! The office is constantly leaving notes on my door, the water gets turned off sometimes for hours without notice. This place sucks! You could rent a REAL house for less money than these jokers want to charge for a cardboard cut out house! Please learn from my mistake!!!!

Very bad place,they ask for $250,dollar deposit,to hold a home & they end up selling the home without you knowing,& they keep your deposit,that’s what they did to me twice,really bad customer service,& the manager is really rude.
