I love Mrs. Anne! My mom had lived in Logans Crossing for over 15 years. Even though me and my family didn’t live there, she still knew us and was ALWAYS asking about my girls and if she saw us she would ALWAYS stop to say hi!We just purchased a home In Logan’s Crossing and will be moving in the 1st of September. Mrs. Anne couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming! We love that not only does Mrs. Anne take pride in how the community looks but the residents do as well. Everyone is always helping their neighbors and it feels like a big family!If you want to live somewhere your children can safely play outside, ride bikes etc, come take a look! My daughters have already made friends in the neighborhood and are excited to move in!

Beautiful place to live and very nice people.

Looked nice, some mobile homes are run down, but main factor that turned me away was management didnt follow up the 2nd time I called when I was ready to move on a deal, no way to run a business. I went elsewhere

I grew up there, its really nice and a great place to raise children. Its a very good community but you still have privacy. The pool is always well kept and the maintenance man is really nice and helpful. The lake is fun to fish in too.

I have not yet moved into this beautiful community, but dealing with Ron and Anne has been an absolute pleasure. I am relocating from an international work assignment into the Atlanta area and checked every manufactured community in a 25 mile radius of the Marietta area (where I will be working). This community is BY FAR the nicest and well managed of ANY. But more importantly, Ron and Anne are real people that treat you with kindness and respect. I am SO looking forward to living here and being part of this fantastic community!!!

I moved to the Logans Crossing Community in Dec. 2018 and I have been VERY HAPPY since Ive been here. Mr. Ron and his daughter Anne was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.My neighbors are friendly and......the park is VERY QUIET.....which was one of my main reasons for moving. You dont find/have people walking through your yard....no kids hanging out in gangs on the streets......no loud music playing where you cant hear your T.V. in your own house.I was previously in Green Acres MHP, Austell, GA.... for about 16 years but my last 2-3 years of living there were not very peaceful....nor pleasant.I did my research and visited multiple manufactured home communities....and Logans was my WINNER!! There is also an onsite maintenance guy who is very nice and helpful. If there are any issues with my home.....I just send Anne an email and Clayton home (my homes manufacturer) contacts me in a day or so....and makes an appointment to send someone out asap. Anne also helped me pick out the colors and layout of my home by explaining some things I did not know. In my experience.....this is a GREAT place to live and the owners are GREAT people to work with!!!

A very well kept living community as for beautiful grounds but if have small children have to beaware of occasionally some cars speeding through & some people not belonging in the community.

If you are looking for a lot to place a home this is the place. Ann runs a top shelf operation and is very helpful.

For a mobile home park it is nice and clean.

This place at first seems like a great place to live but as i found out later they are very mean and rude. Anne is one of the owners and she will evict people for very minor things if you arent kissing her butt. She is money hungry and very nasty to her tenants if you happen to be late on the rent and she is just very unpleasant to deal with. They will evict people and then charge astronomical fees if you cant move your trailor right away which causes most people to lose them and then she sells them to other new tenants who have no idea that they just made a deal with the devil
