Its a great place to come with family and friends. The dog park is huge, and friendly. Trail is beautiful great for walking and biking. And the lakes are full of fish to catch. It an amazing place for pictures or to just sit in the shade and enjoy the weather.

Fishing best done from a kayak or with weed-less lures (heavy aquatic plant growth near shore) [Bluegill/sunfish]. Quality and quantity of flora and fauna is superb. Trails well maintained. Adequate play space for children and social gatherings. Dog park well organized.

I took my dog to the off season pen area because he is blind and doesnt like water. But there there is a seasonal area with a lake for swimming and some agility areas, they provide dog poop bags for you, and they have an area for smaller dogs only! Theres also a pretty cute Waterpark and playground area, as well as a trail around the lake for walking your dogs and biking! Be sure to keep your dog on a leash until you are in the penned areas!

Its a nice park with a dog area, playground for little ones, pavilions, plenty of parking, and the big lake is great scenery. There is also a well maintained trail that connects with the MKT Trail that wraps around the lake.

This is an excellent dog park. Part of the Parks and Recreation Department of the city of Columbia. This park is attached to the MKT Trail and is easily accessed by foot, bike or car. Very beautiful area, plenty of parking and very polite people. If you have a dog or need a bit of a walk this is an excellent place to do it.

Great dog park for small and large dogs. 3 separate areas for dogs. Lakes when frozen are locked off if ice present.

In this seasons open section there needs to be more trashcans for poop bags. Also a gravel trail around the outside would be nice

Amazing park - though I have heard other parks in the city have Wi-Fi and would really appreciate it if this park implemented a park-wide Wi-Fi network, as sometimes when I visit this park, I would appreciate that. it isnt a huge deal, though. The playground is smaller than those at other parks, though it looks a bit more complex and interesting. The fact that it is near a pavillion and is close to the carpark makes it perfect for family events. I would recommend this to anyone organising a large event or a family looking for a nice day out - as long as no Wi-Fi isnt a dealbreaker for the parent(s).
