I come here quite often and its great. Usually pretty quiet too. They have a decent RC track and a RC airfield. I bring my dogs and we explore the multiple hiking trails.

Cool place for a hike or a bike ride. Plenty of forks in the road, and if youre a biker theres plenty of options from the beginner to the expert. Theres beautiful rivers, streams, and lakes that Im sure will be even more beautiful in the warmer months. Great for families, dog friendly too. Boating available, has an RC park too. Trail goes on for miles. If you want to go for a walk or hike, head on out!

Great park to visit and spend a day. The mountain bike trail were far to challenging for us, the say easy, but wasnt comfortable riding them. Very nice picnic areas. Awesome little RC track for off road cars and trucks. The have some nice BMX type areas that looked pretty nice as well. Well worth visiting.

If you love to jump on your Mountain Bike and hit the trails this place is very fun. While it doesnt have anything that is really technical this place does not disappoint.In the past year they have added a bunch of new trail with more to come. With the big drops that have been added and a new section they are working on right now this place is only getting better.The first couple miles remain mostly unchanged but recently they have added a fun advanced section. Where you really notice the changes is after mile 3. My understanding is there is a lot of stuff in the works over the next month.CT is about a 20 minute drive and with everything that has and is being done there is NO NEED to go anywhere else. If you have not rode here in the last year you need to check it out. So fun!

Great place for a walk or camping . Since last year n this year floods it looks better n more open n some great fishing spots have opened up n some good swimming areas if ur willing to go off the beaten path. But its beautiful still . At this time of year it would be great for a paint ball game ...

GREAT park! One can spend the day there and not run out of things to do! This past weekend we brought the bikes and did an easy trail (start down by the boat ramp and you can circle around back to the R/C track), spent time on the pump track, and watched some R/C cars run on the track.

Campground and park grounds nice with clean refurbished bath house. Some camp sites very steep. Beautiful lake. Resturant and camp store mentioned on website has been closed 5 years.. nearest groceries 10 miles.

Great for walking, excellent for trail and mountain bikes. Pavilions available for gathers with play ground. RC car track and RC plane area for enthusiasts. Great family outing.

Awesome mid+ level MTB trail. The advanced side options are a monkey load of fun if you want to test your skills - have your A game on. Kudos to all the trail section adopters. After a hot summer day you can dip in the creek behind the pavilion. Bring water, and your legs. Nice park.

Great place to go trail riding-was looking to cook out but they have no grills in working order.

This is a great place for mountain biking. I took my 8 year old son for his ride and had a blast.

This is the best mountain bike course in middle Tennessee. I started coming here in June 2019. I have bike the trail seven or eight times. The first time I came here the trail didn’t seem well marked. But as I kept coming to the trail it got easier to navigate. They have also done lots of work to the trail. The big wooden ramp that has two bypasses next to it they added an embankment at the bottom where are used to be a big tree with a Haybale on it for a landing. They also added three new expert/intermediate areas for more experienced bikers which are very challenging. This is a great course for anybody. And since I live about an hour away this is my home course and I love it!!!! I also split my bike in half the last mile of the course. I hit a tree...

Been coming to chickasaw park for many years and my family and I always have a great time! Theres plenty to do for the whole family, from picnicking, hiking, fishing, swimming and much more. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a taste of the good ol outdoors!

Best place to MTB in Middle Tennessee! Clean trails that are always cared for and plenty of challenge for all different skill levels.

I love this place. The trails are great for biking or walking. It seems that the dump is bigger. Its so sad amoung all that beauty that thete is a big ugly dump.

Beautiful park with lots to do! Walking and bike trails, fishing, covered picnic areas, a radio control airplane runway and off road dirt track. Please dont damage the area, clean up after yourself and well be able to enjoy this area for years to come.

Wonderful gem off the beaten path. There is a great 8 mile mountain bike/run/hiking trail, river access, a nice creek to cool off in and even a mountain biking skills park! Although there is a dump in the middle of the park, you dont notice it. If you go there, please do what you can to keep this park family friendly....

Some of the finest single track mountain bike trails in the Southeast. Beautiful, varied terrain that makes the most of the park. The trail gets better every year, friendly to hikers as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Ive spent years riding and helping maintain this beautiful trail! Its such a great deserve trail that gives such a unique experience, from fast flat sections to the EPIC climbs of the trail of tears. This is one of Maury Countys very FEW resources that offer a place for locals and people from all areas a great time. This gem needs to stay the way it is, without it, the value area will just go down hill. I literally have my own blood, sweat and tears in this trail!

Beautiful place clean quite nice place to enjoy your kids at. Many things to do But of course theres always something wrong were a very spoiled society the restroom was shameful not kept up stall doors missing cobwebs everywhere spiders it wouldnt take much to keep the restrooms up to match the cleanliness of the park....

Relatively good singletrack trail. Most is moderate, a few advanced sections. A few climbs and wooden structures.

These trails are well groomed and maintained! Ive been riding on it for more than 20 years. Its a must-see for mountain bikers and trail runners alike.

We enjoyed the hanson shelter today. Nice area for kids to play. Only issue was a child got stung twice by wasp.

What a great mountain biking experience

Alot has changed after last year s flood n this years flooding. Its actually making the area more beautiful n cleaned out looking. The area on creek trail is being smoothed outed making great fishing spots.

We started our hike at the bike entrance. We hiked into a marker that had the number 4 on it and turned around (4 miles?). Not a difficult hike, really pretty. It was about 90 degrees, but there is so much shade we werent roasting. We took our lunch down to the boat launch/swimming area after hiking and chilled out. We might have passed 8 bikers on the trail, and there were only 2 families swimming. If youre reading this post...dont tell too many people...i think its a great secret!

I truly enjoyed riding the mountain bike trail at Chicksaw Trace. Fun yet challenging. Technical climbs, fast descents, and long straights though some fields.

Mtn bike trails are great!

Great trail that is both mountain bike and foot traffic friendly. My girlfriend runs half the trail and I ride it. Has a good mix of easy, fast trail as well as more difficult technical trail.

Good river access as well as remote control airplane flying fields and remote control car tracks. There is also a good assortment of biking, running, and walking trails.

This is a great park for mountain biking, trail running and r/c. Not so good for little kids as there are few play facilities. R/c truck track is pretty cool. Big air field for planes and copters. Trail is very good

My husband and I love going to Chickasaw Trace Park for a hike or to mountain bike! It is a beautiful, peaceful park. We hope they can stop the dumb from growing into the park because that would be terrible for the environment.

We went here for a birthday party. The park was nice enough, but certain parts were not kept up with. The remote control track, for example, was unkept and needed to be demolished.

Love the trails and they are all different and unique.. Only reason 4 stars is cuz u can see the dump in the background, I mean really?! Put a fence around it or something.. Very unappealing!! Wanting to get married there but that dump is a huge turn off

This park embodies Middle Tennessees mountain biking experience. The 8 mile trail has just enough gnar and adventure to appeal to all levels of skill and sate the craving of any trail enthusiast. The trail is super for hiking and running as well.In addition, the park offers shelters for picnics and outings, an RC car dirt track, RC plane field, and a boat ramp to the Duck River.

8 miles of Running and Biking trails at its best. Fantastic views of the local Creek. Bathrooms locked in the winter.
