They have made great improvements. It has a nice paved parking lot, a snack bar and clean restrooms. The fields are situated to practice social distancing and they are fenced in.

Theyre building a walking path along Polo road from the park to Alpine road. The only place to park legally appears to be Polo Road Park, but the gate closest to the path is closed until 1PM each week day. They either need more parking closer to the path, or open the gate earlier for people to exercise earlier. Looks like a nice path. Should would be a huge waste of tax dollars if people cant use it.

Clean facilities. I wish the fields had visible numbers. It took me a long time to find the right field my Granddaughter was playing on.

Nice place, family and dogs and I all had a good time here. Though it would be a good idea to maybe turn a medium area into a place for the fur babies to play with their human companion.We cleaned up behind our pups... while here. Pups enjoyed playing fetch and our walk.. Well want to go back.

Great, fairly well-maintained soccer fields. The only gripe is that families have been bringing their pets here to attend games and practices, but they arent picking up after them! The recreation commission needs to ban pets from this field.

Completely gated well lot park with limited evening access. Have never seen trouble there.

What’s the point of having a basketball gym for the public when it’s always getting reserved for something or related to basketball and there are kids who want to play because that’s what gets there stress off from school or life. There should be free play at the gym almost everyday

Several cars, including mine, tried to park beside the park and scratched the bottom of our cars. It should be level with the road or blocked off so we cant park there. As a first time visitor I had no idea it was that bad. Park itself was great.

Polo Park is going down hill fast concerning outside recreation like walking and the tennis court. The walking and playground is just dangerous. Sand on the walking track, playground has ditches that could cause great bodily harm to our children. Yet they built a building for the baseball area ???? How about safety?

Community park - has a baseball field and indoor basketball court. Has plain meeting rooms. Pretty simple County run facility. Nothing fancy.

This park is a fun spot to take the family. There is a large structure for kids to play where everyone can spread out. It doesn’t seem like it’s crowded even when it is busy on the weekends. You can park along the road and enter really close to the play equipment. You might want to bring your own chair if you plan on going over the weekend. There is also a nice path for scooters and bikes and walking.

Polo Park is one of our favorites ! During the Fall & Winter its a perfect spot to take the kids. Even though its right next to the road the fence borders the whole area. The open space makes it great to keep an eye on wandering little ones. The playground is fun for older & younger kids.

Me and my Army friends go here to place sports on fridays when we feel like getting off Fort Jackson. Very nice baseball and football field. The lights need to work though.

Been coming here for years for soccer. Not the best fields to play, but not too bad. They definitely need new nets as the fields we played on last week had hole in them making it tough to tell if goals were scored. Has paved parking. Normally not too bad, but can become full and hard to find spots when all the recreational soccer games are being played. All and all an ok place compared to others we go.

Awesome place. Really good place for a family trip take your soccer ball or baceball for the bace ball field down the hill. Only need to work one thing the bathrooms.

Sesquicentennial park! Aside from paying 4 it at the main entrance, its phenomenal! Good bike/jog trail, lake and camp grounds.

Used Polo Rd Park for summer camp and had issues with the DSS certified staff and counselors being unable to handle kids telling stories and the staff not following through. Instead they called for me to pick up my child over something they didnt do. They also say claim to have an educational enrichment component that involved reading, yet no books were ever read during the 10 weeks attended. I will not take my child back to any recreational facility for child care and will not recommended this place for anyone else.

There are multiple ball fields with a playground in the middle. The playground has a walking track around it so caregivers can walk while children play. You can also access Sesquicentennial State Park trails from the parking lot.

For a soccer complex it is great and their is a jungle gym for your little ones as well as clean restrooms.

These Soccer fields are not kept up very well by the county. The fields are always in our conditions. The county needs to let SC United maintain the fields since they are the primary users.
