Quite and shady. Has a small playground. Nice community park with lots of ducks and squirrels. Close to the costco and lows. Perfect if a quick relaxing walk or relax on a bench and enjoy the view. Great walking but no off trail hiking here.

Very nice place to go with plenty of trails for or a walk, run or workout. Even has a small park for kids. Would not recommend going once it gets dark because of the tunnels getting a little sketchy.

Very nice place to walk for exercise, stroll babies/kids, go on a nature walk, or even fish, etc. Ive been coming here since I was a child and now enjoy bringing my little boys. Its very shady, there are benches, picnic tables, a playground, large pond, and pretty bridges. We love seeing all the ducks, turtles, and birds. We even saw a snake today! The trail is .65 miles around.

Very awesome for running, a first date, or just to get the kids out to see some turtles, ducks and squirrels. Alot of wildlife none of which is afraid so you can get super close. First date there was awesome. Everyone that was there seemed very mindfull of others. Little park area for kids to play. There is a weird pld mary go round there hahaha just saying. But overall awesome place. So hapoy I got out during the pandemic for a walk + date there. Yes she was pretty and sweet if you must know.

Beautiful trail in South Carolina.Was a little crowded the day we went, we were still able to enjoy ourselves.Some parts of the trail are paved, some are not.Stroller friendly.Pet friendly.Kid friendly.Bike friendly

This area surrounds a nice little pond with plenty of shade and trails. Some trails are cemented and others are not. There are plenty of places to sit and just enjoy nature.

Well my Sister and I finally made it out to Harrison waking trails around the big pond, we loved every minute of it, and yes Id recommend it to any one that loves Nature, there were all kinds of wild life around us both in the water and Land, lots of Ducks and different types of wild life will be back again plenty of places to pack a pic Nick and eat Lunch or your supperAllen from SC .......PS. If anyone knows of other places to visit around Columbia SC or a 50 mile area of Columbia please send me a notice thank you again Columbia beautiful places

Not much. Just a shirt path for local business. Couldnt find a picnic table. Nice lake.

Peaceful, clean, safe...you see children playing, dog walkers, seniors enjoying the trail. The fountain is picturesque and the ducks and turtles in the pond is pleasant sight along the trail.

Nice beautiful place for walk in the middle of town. Its safe to stay till late night. Peaceful place for relaxing.

I go here often to run and get a nice workout circuit in. Many friendly people do talk to you. And they also have adorable dogs too. Theres many trails to go on and I oromise you wont see the same thing twice.

Its the best place safe place to go walking You have some inclines they are very mild then you have flat surface and this also kid friendly

This was a nice little park. Lots of turtles out there and playground was shaded well.

It was so piece full and there is benches. Ducks with babies. People fishing. Kids riding their bikes. Tons of turtle. Even found a baby turtle. Made my trip complete during this covid virus!

Very nice pond, but people need to clean up their dogs and not throw plastic in the pond.

Saw a very nice man named Harry! He had a big fluffy dog and lots of storys to tell! Also saw lots of ducks and birds at the pond! Commorants too!!

Its a pretty place, but very busy. I was there at 4:30 in the afternoon with my dogs. Lots of other people and dogs to avoid. Also, not being very familiar with the area, there were a few times I questioned the safety of the area. There are no emergency boxes.

Love seeing the ducks and geese.

Always a delight to walk with the kiddos and stop at the little play area as a reward!

Nice walking path around a pond. Its fun to see the ducks and turtles. Unfortunately the pond needs to be cleaned up. The water has a lot of litter and algae. It used to be much cleaner

Great place to go if you want to wander. Not too crowded and a pretty lake to look at. Watch out for spiderwebs and I dont go alone if its close anywhere close to dark.

Calm and peaceful. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones to see the rooster challenge the ducks and run away when they gang up on him and chase him towards the hotel. Too funny!!!!

Love, love, love the ducks and the winding trail. It make our toddlers feel like weve visited the woods, when in fact, were as safe as can be on the trail. Theres a slightly questionable gazebo on the water which has two benches and feels romantic, if you dont look up! Also, if you start the trail on the right side, it ends at the Wendys.... nom nom nom...

Love this trail!! Lots of animals in the pond that come up to you. You can tell they are use to people. The playground is super cool and the trail is nice and shady in spots!

Beautiful scenery. This is also called The Duck Park. There are always many ducks and turtles; from babies to full grown. Small but fun play area for children. Great walking, biking trails. My grands love going there.

This is a perfect peaceful walking trail next to a picturesque pond.

Paved walkway around a lovely pond. Takes about 12 to 13 minutes to do one lap walking at a leisurely pace. Lots of ducks and turtles plus an occasional heron and other wildlife. One of our favorite places to walk.

Like this small walking trail. Nice scenery.people walk their dogs, jog, walk and there are a few people that even fish at the pond. There are trails leading to the Harbison neighborhood so be careful on venturing or going into those trails if you not familiar with the neighborhood because you will get lost going back in that area.

Its nice that they have a walking area like this n the city, but its very small & doesnt have much more than a walking track.

Its great, all the time. from point A to point B it takes me 15 minutes. What a great way to get exercise.

People just need to stop leaving trash everywhere.. theres about 12 trash cans all around the pond.. no need to leave your trash on the ground 10 feet from one!

My son loved walking around here. The ducks, the water and the ability to just run! Lol, not to mention the playground.

Came by for a stroll with my son and dog and always enjoy the pond, walking path and wildlife present at this very quiet outdoor spot. There is a playground for the kids and benches to relax on. Maintenance was there replacing a short segment of the concrete path which shows some priority to keep this hidden gem up to snuff and safe for walkers and runners. There is fishing, duck and turtle watching... Just dont feed the ducks!

This place is great for a walk or for a little exercise. Great views and ducks galore. Has a little park for the children. I seen people fishing so there must be fish in the water. All around great place.

Great place to go for a walk (with or without a dog) would have given 5 atars but theres always duck feces everywhere... I know thats to be expected because thats part of what ducks do, but I would think that there would be some type of park maintenance in place to help combat the issue.
