I love walking my puppy here. The path is almost completely even, so if you have bad knees, like me, it’s very easy to get around the lake.

Great place to walk the pups. Also decent fishing spot.

Nice, simple lake with no frills. Not much nature here. Views of apartment buildings. Has 1.5 mile gravel trail around the lake with no shade trees to accompany it. Hopefully the fishing is good.

Brand new facility 4 basketball courts and volleyball. 5 dollar entry fee but thats the cheapest for a basketball tournament so no problem. Nice lounging area flat screens almost every where great views of the courts from the top level and very spacious. Room for the kids to run around and play thats a plus for me and the wife. Clean and helpful staff really the only issue that we had was the parking theres a lot but the way that its configured leaves a blind spot and I can see many accidents happening.

Good walking path, no climbing required. Boat ramp. Handicapped parking. Gents and ladies, plus a portapotty when these are closed. Lake is stocked. Near population centers. Not much visual interest.

This is a lovely park on the south side of Columbia. Fairly new park in town. The lake is beautiful, and the trail to walk around the lake is a great place for family or pets or taking a leisurely stroll on your own. It is a nice little gem of a park that is easy to get to and never very busy. Theres also a bathroom available in the summer months, and usually a year round johnny on the spot option. Which is nice to have in case of a emergency.

Quite and nice lake, good sizes of bass and great to walk around...

Convenient place for a little fishing, boating walking or just relaxing. Definitely Columbias most easily accessible boating spot, but note that gas motors are not permitted. Fishing is about what you would expect in a city, but once in a while you will catch the big one.

We fish here from time to time. Mostly for the relaxation. We havent ever caught anything worth keeping. Mostly small sunfish & bluegill. Still, it is a beautiful place to sit, put your line in the water & enjoy the sunshine.

Beautiful lake not a lot of fishing areas were easy to get to and fishing off the dock was allowed however you snagged alot. Id just suggest more paths to lake and better maintenance on the paths. I will visit again

Lovely pond and traill teeming with wildlife. Late summer this park is host to many giant mayflies (the most Ive ever seen in one place), birds (both aquatic and flying), a multitude of insects and beautiful prairie/wooded scenery.

Nice little lake, great for dog walking. About 1.5 miles to circle the whole lake area. From what i saw looks like people go there mainly for fishing.

A nice park, with a track around a pond, with parking and bathroom stalls. Perfect amount of time to spend walking the track, or fishing off the docks.
