Been in Columbia all my life I remember when when they start woodard trailer park it has expanded but it still they same and its usually pretty guite there and I know a few people who live there and Ive never heard a composite from anyone about the place its self. Good job woodland keeping Columbia housed!!

I dont know why they call this Woodlands.... Theres no trees. Just lots of cheap mobile homes. Great prices though!

Housing is ok but da landlord is very hard to deal with very rude and lazy not someone that I would not recommend anyone to rent from at all
