I did not jump but I did observe the social distancing measures and safety precautions. It wasnt too crowded, so I wasnt worried about being too close to anyone. The worker at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our visit was very nice.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here. This place was amazing!! Everyone from family to guest had an awesome time. Pizza was nice the drinks as well. Staff really work with you and make you feel welcome. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking to have a great time for the kids especially. Place is also clean maintaining COVID precautions.

My daughter had a blast there for her birthday. Its a bit pricey but the staff took great care of us to make sure she enjoyed.

Very fun and great service! They kept things very clean by constantly spraying and cleaning high traffic places. Also had hand sanitizer in many places. I was a bit bummed that the rock climbing wasn’t open but the Nija warrior course was so that made up for it!

It was a very pleasant experience for me and my family. The staff was helpful and so pleasant. My grandchild had a fantastic birthday party there. We were impressed with the personal attention we were given and our own space. We are thankful for a place like this.

My son had fun as usual. The workers need to be more on mask patrol. Had to point out some issues. That jumped right on it.

I was able to get a great deal for my sons birthday party. The kids had a blast and the parents had fun with them. Loads of fun even with everyone being safe and wearing masks. Loved it and will come again.

The kids liked it but I thought that it wouldve had a little more stuff in there! Also the concession stand was extremely high for no reason.

Very crowded location, masks were not being worn by many patrons, space not respected. But we stayed anyway and had a lot of fun. 3 stars because there wasnt any crowd control but customer service was good.

I love this SkyZone. My children enjoyed it and so did I. I felt like a kid again climbing these walls. The obstacle course is not a joke!! Be ready for it lol

A really big place full of all kinds of obstacle courses, trampolines etc. Definitely a great place for a party and other group activities. A great place to blow off some steam! I wish there was a place like this when I was a kid! But I still had fun too. Definitely will come back!

The assistant manager Jillian and Noah was amazing and work wonderful together.. after a conversation with the manager that was there today and rude jillian and noah definitely recovered the situation and gave is nothing but the best customer service you can ask for with all that is going on in the world...thank you so much Jillian and Noah..you guys rock!!

I love this place its so much fun I especially love the little dodgeball area. Unfortunately the time that I went there was a lot of little toddlers and I felt like I was going to Tumble on one but it was still a lot of fun. I feel that the foam pit should have a ladder on each side of the foam pit because if older kids or adults jump in they have a hard time getting out that is no fun for anybody including the people who work there that have to help you get out.

Great place! We took my friends daughter and some friends. They are ages 2-14. Plenty of things to do. Great for small and older kids ( and adults). Theres a giant pit to jump in. An area for basketball. An area for dodgeball. There is even an American ninja warrior type obstacle course. We didnt try food but I think they sell snacks like pizza. The girl at the front, i think her name is Ashley, was so sweet and helpful. You have to bring your own socks with the grips on the bottom or purchase a pair for $3. Really fun place.

My son loves coming here! Good place to come & tire them out. the reason i removed a star is that they allow older kids that I consider are too old to be in there.

Fun place with a variety of things to do for all ages. My favorite is the ninja warrior section and the dodge ball. My son loves the basketball trampolines and my daughter finds plenty to do from rock climbing to doing flips on the trampoline. Great fun for the whole family.

I recently had the pleasure of watching children (and some adults) playing at Sky Zone. Everyone had a great time! You have to have a little bit of Dare Devil in you to try some of the activities but if you have it, youll love this place. The only point of concern was the styrofoam blocks that the children were jumping and flipping into... I could imagine how every other room is cleaned except this one. The facility itself could use more cleaning throughout the day but with a hundred children running around Im sure its difficult to keep up with (they seemed short staffed - pizza took an hour). Nevertheless, the people I went with thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

A bit crowded, but a large variety of trampolines and climbing walls. The party rooms are sufficient but the in house food isnt great. Thankfully, you can order pizza from Pizza Hut, which is located right across the street!

Had a great time, as always. Accidentally bought the wrong Groupon, but the team member helped me find the right one. They werent using the old format of printed stickers. Instead it was a much more useful wrist band.

We’ve been to Sky Zone numerous times for birthday parties and weekend family fun. There are always new activities to try, but my don loves the trampoline dodgeball court. Fun for ages 6 and up.

Need a place to take the kids for fun? This would be it. Great place for adults and kids to jump away. Its very interacting for the kids and keeps them busy the entire time.

Staff are always on their phone....at the counter on the equipment.....always! I guess safety is not a concern. I understand the level of immaturity with the staff that works here but it would be nice just one time to have some short of customer service... just alittle bit! Everyone has an attitude or is just plain lazy and don’t feel like being at work, it kills me to spend money to deal with the staff!!

Brought the kids over the weekend and we had a blast. The kids totally loved jumping all over the place. The price for entry is somewhat decent and the staff were fantastic.

Large trampoline venue. It is well staffed to maintain safety. It also has climbing walls and challenges. In the back it looks like a ninja warrior training area.

I purchased online tickets and it’s expired when I called they told me come back we will work it out, when I came here they charged me full prices. Not worth it waste of time and money. Will never come here, NOT recommended.

Tons of fun for the whole family. My 7 and 9 year olds loved flipping into the foam pit, dodgeball, and the Ninja warrior course. My 2 year old loved bouncing all over the place. I loved acting like a kid! Even on a crowded day there is tons to do.

This was my second visit to a Sky Zone, first time at this location. The other time I went for a party and it was earlier in the day, so it was probably more busy. The wait time here was not bad except for the in the food area. They seemed a little understaffed. I ended up getting trapped during the Glow night where they turn the lights off without any warning and if you dont have on a glow shirt you cant see anyone or anything thats going on.

Ive been going here for years, and each trip has always been a blast! Its a trampoline park that delivers on nearly all fronts. Theres a foam pit, a basketball shooting area, dodgeball, and as of now I believe theyve teamed up with American Ninja Warrior to bring us new athletic challenges such as a rock wall and an obstacle course. Sky Zone is now more than just a trampoline park, its an athletic park that has a focus on fun. I can confirm this because its fun each and every single time I go!

This place is super cool for you kids to go to of they need to get some energy out. They have some cool Rockwall stuff, Dodgeball, ninja warrior obstacles. Im grown and it took me back to my childhood. I was really sore for the next two days playing in those things and that wasnt fun lol. Definitely take yourself and your kids and get the experience...what I also love is that every part of the building was staffed, that was a bug plus for me because you know that kids get excited and they can sometimes run faster than you

TODDLER TIME USED TO BE GOOD. RAISED PRICE AND ALL BUT 2 THINGS CLOSED UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY OPEN AT 10. FOR THE PRIVILEGE THEY RAISED PRICES FOR KIDS BY 50%. We always used to be able to play in the basketball area and even though no one else was there they told us we couldnt use it and made my son cry, as that was his favorite. We will be going somewhere else next weekend !!

This place has new attractions, but the quality of the staff has declined over the past few years.

First time here and first time at a trampoline park ever. Not bad for kids fun. The lines can get crazy at certain stations such as basketball and dodge ball which sucks cause you are on the clock but kids love to jump on the trampolines. Me personally I think its a rip off but the kids love it and it keeps them smiling during and after. Would come back but only on special occasions like birthdays or graduations due to price.

Overall a fun place and my child loves it. I have been here quite a few times. Dodgeball area needs to be better monitored. Children not following rules. I have seen children with casts allowed to play. I have seen bigger kids against little kids with hard hits to the faces. I have seen 2 to 3 years old allowed to run all over the court while a game is going on.

We booked a Glow Birthday party and had a FANTASTIC time! Our party host was attentive, fun, and really involved in making sure we had a great experience! Well be back!

Grandson 7 year old birthday party was celebrated by his family and friends. Had a great time. Only one issue. The volleyball pit was not monitored properly and it turned into a tag with adults and children. I would not recommend unchaperoned children going there. One of his guest was hit in the face by an adult who was not careful where he was shooting the ball.

Had a party and play for our 13 yr. Old and everything was good except for the construction and loudness going on the entire time and that was right in front of the party room.

Arrived at 8pm for the Glow session. Everyone get a bright color shirt with black lights all around. Its a cool effect. Lots of fun for the kids. They were definitely tired when we left. My only issue is the place seemed a little under staffed. Lots of unmonitored kids running at high speed in the common areas. Weve been many times and I do recommend this place.

It was good, obstacle courses, places to get food and drinks, basketball court, foam pit, dodgeball, climbing walls, and so much more! But the reason im gibing it 4 instead of 5 is because I inhaled alot of dust in the foam pit. I recrommend cleaning it out weekly.

My nephew picked this place for his birthday trip recently, and we had a blast!! The only thing I disliked was that we were unable to play dodgeball for the whole 2.5 hours that we were there due to there being a bday party going on. My kids had really wanted to play dodgeball so that was a bit of a disappointment, but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely go again!!

We really enjoyed ourselves during toddler bounce time! The prices are reasonable for admission and Id definitely love to come back! The snacks are very pricey for such small bags.

Our favorite is toddler time for our 3 year old, but they do cross fit classes and blacklight events. A little lacking in jump space variety, and the lockers there are oddly pay for use. The food offerings are mediocre, but if you bring your own its a great spot!

My friends and I have the annual passes here and we always have fun! Lots of fun! You get a terrific workout in but all the while its disguised in the lovely cloak of: FUN....and laughter....lots of laughter. The staff is kind and polite; but should enforce the rules more. Otherwise, having a great time is up to YOU. Bounce away!

Its so much fun. I just wish parents are required to watch their kids. Some of these kids are way to aggressive to be left alone.

This place is the biggest rip-off. The price of one hour here is the price of all-day admission at other kids places. They have kids as staff and they will literally stop your child from jumping to tell them they have to go pay for more time. What?! Money should never be addressed to a five-year old. It is just greedy all around. You will spend a fortune just for your kid to have a few hours of fun. My advice? Go to NinjaBe where they have the exact same trampolines AND obstacle courses for the same exact price, except instead of an hour, you get the entire day.
