Good place to take little kids. My grand boys loved it age 2 years. There is enough activities to keep them busy for hours. They where really tired after being there 2 hours. Would go there again. The only thing to keep them from 5 stars is there was kids that was not within age suggested (to old) that was running around over the smaller kids. Wish attendants would have said something they was young and maybe did not know how to handle situation. Again great place for kids.
Will not be returning. I thought this indoor playground was suppose to be one of the best around, but I was very disappointed. It was very dirty and run down when they supposedly just reopened recently. Rides were not even working, floor mats were filthy, and netting in the climb structure was shredded to pieces.. worst of all I got a rash a few hours after playing here with my daughter.
Really nice, only thing if they have plugs to plug in phone or laptop chargers so parents can work in peace while kids playing.
Awesome place. My kids (12, 9 and 2) loved it. My 2yr old won’t stop asking to go back lol. I’ve taken them to tons of play places and such over the years, and this one was by far the best. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained, all of the equipment is so colorful and sparkly and eye catching in a way that just makes you feel happy. We were there for 2 hours and they still complained when we had to leave. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire time we were there, they followed around behind everyone when an area would become clear of people and cleaned thoroughly over and over again. So vigilant in keeping up with sanitizing, it must be exhausting. They are 100% on top of it. We will be back as often as possible!
Me & my kids love hyperkidz! We visited their location Saturday morning. First and foremost the staff there are so friendly! The young lady who rung me up was so nice, and even when we were inside playing another young lady came up to me and asked how was I doing she told me her name was Vanessa. Not only was the staff super nice but the place was so clean! And I witnessed staff cleaning throughout my visit and multiple announcements about masks. I was super scared to come but this made me feel at ease. My only complaints are the flooring that they have in the facility needs a upgrade because I did trip a few times. Not only the floor but some of the structures need a little upgrade too. But aside from that, we love hyperkids and we’re definitely coming back!
Our first visit at Hyper Kidz and we are very impressed with how clean the place is. It is a bit far for us, but well worth the drive. Will go back for sure!
Best place for Kids. Awesome experience. Kids surely love this. My kids enjoyed a lot. My 16 months daughter also had a great fun. Loving environment. Staffs were great and cooperative.
I son had the time of his life for his birthday! So did the children that he invented. They all wanted to come back.I feel it Needs better leadership. Seems the staff was doing the best they can but had no true leader.I dont like how you have to use their food service. They did not bring our food until the end of the party. So we got it for free. Downside people we invited were still left hungry because they were leaving. So I just took the food home for next days lunch. I feel you should be able to at least bring your own drinks. My son did not get to have his favorite type for his own birthday party.
Great for kids and birthdays. Safe, clean and good staff. The website appears as if theyve adjusted operations very well with COVID around.
Its just okay. Air guns didnt work, water bed off limits, and the dance floor was turned off. On top of those things, it seemed slightly rundown with some attractions being slightly dangerous. Honestly, Ill just stick to the normal one I go to.
I took my 10month old son for the first time. I was excited since they were just reopening and figured it would have had a deep clean. I was wrong the place is very dirty. Staff are standing around at the front. They could be cleaning. They say they are going to sanitize due to COVID19. I guess that means they are going to spray sanitizer on top of dirt. The place also has many safety concerns. First the screws and bolts can out of a wall you in the 2 and under play area. We took them to the staff. They didn’t even come check to see if the toy was safe. Then we found a push pin and safety pin on the floor. Staff stated they don’t use those items. Well they aren’t checking the floor either. They just stand at the front. Then I went into the bathroom to change a diaper to find an open cleaning cabinet with bleach and other chemicals in toddlers reach. The outlets are exposed with items plugged it. They advertise as a safe area for babies and toddlers but it is far from that.
I was there today with my toddlers they had a blast the toddler section is great I also don’t know what the other reviews are about are temperature was checked and we had to wear masks we liked it so much we are having a birthday party
My daughter and I used to go to Hyper at least 3 times a week in the before times. So when they opened back up, I didnt hesitate to bring her back because I knew how meticulous at sanitation they are. Im happy to report its just as much fun, even cleaner than before, still friendly, just a little quieter (which Im not complaining about).Long Live Hyper Kidz!
Kids paradise, just wish it had more stuff. Parents can sit and watch. Place to sit down and snack.
Weeeeeee Loooooooveeeee Hyyyyyppppeerrre kiiiidsssss......getting colder now so we will be back more often. please believe that!!!
Its great for the children. My grandson loves Hyper Kid. Its even nice for the parents.
My 5- and 3-year old like this indoor playground. It can get super busy on the weekends and no-school days, but its not too busy during the week. The price is very reasonable for unlimited play time. There is no outside food allowed, but they offer snacks for sale. There are signs saying they will expand and maybe that will help with crowding on the weekends. Would be nice if they allowed your own snacks.
My #1stGrandsonBabyQuone 2nd Bday Hyper Kidz they had so much & as u can see so did #MomKaMya of bday boy #CousinLex of bday boy and #YaYaKeisha of bday boy
Nice place for kids between 2-7. It is usually packed on Saturdays, but still manageable. I thought the light up dance floor was nice and the ball pit. They have a lot of slides available for all ages. I wish they had options for hot food. All I saw were snacks. So remember to wear socks, sign a waiver, and eat before you go.
I absolutely love this place . Its clean and better customer service than the other one. Its a little pricey (1-3 years $14 and 3-13years $16) but they have military discount (10%)which is great! A lot of fun for everyone! Babies and Small kids has their zone and big kids a lot of fun activities. They have private birthday rooms for rent .The place is crowded on weekends. Parking is free !
I was a little skeptical about going in Hyper Kids due to the pandemic but when I tell you this place is extremely clean. Watching, who I think is the manger because she had on a black shirt with pretty hair and a bun telling the employees to clean throughly it warmed my heart and reassured me that it was ok to bring my sons here. We were greeted By Asia who was not only friendly but very professional. We stayed for a couple of hours and there was only a total of 10 kids present. It was a amazing experience to get out the house with the children and know we were safe and clean environment.Thank you Hyper Kids you saved this mom today Thank you Staff for saving my anxiety
Great place for kids to play and interact. Party rooms available. Close enough to the mall and is in a good neighborhood. Come and go convenience is great since you can leave, eat, run some errands or whatever and return again later. Our little one wore herself out in 2 hours and took a great nap on the way home.
My grandsons love this place! I have been there multiple times with my now 2 two year old grandsons. We started about a year ago. I go at starting time and we usually have the place to ourselves for about half an hour. It does get crowed on weekends but usually after about two hours grandad is exhausted and we leave before it gets too full. Today, a Tuesday morning we were the only ones there until 9:45. We left at 11:30 and there were at most 30 people there including adults. The staff has been generally very attentive. Today, for example, my grandson fell off one of the kids chair while I was taking a picture. Two staff members rushed in. While I was picking him up one brought a bottle of water and an ice pack. The latter was not needed but it have a great placebo affect in calming him.All in all I highly recommend HyperkidzTwo suggestions:Register and sign the disclaimer on the website before you go in. You only need to do that once and you can add multiple children. That way all you have to do is give your phone number and the name of the child you have with you.Go early
COVID breeding ground as MASKS ARE NOT REINFORCED by staff. Last time I was there I sarcastically asked the front desk employee if masks are not required and pointed out 4 individuals who either did not wear a mask at all or wear their mask only covering their mouth. The employee instructed another staff to tell ONE of the customers to put their mask back on. The customer complied only to remove his mask the moment said employee walked away. Why don’t they care more? As mentioned in other reviews, yes, this place is filthy (my daughter munched on a bandaid last time before I could get to her).If you are looking for a SAFE and CLEAN indoor playground check out TOTSVILLE in Glen Burnie. We were there today and were speechless how clean the place is and how one employee continuously cleaned and disinfected. This is a playground that needs your support. They’re doing everything right and need to be thanked for that.
We came here to play for the afternoon and my kid had a great time! Lots of play areas, slides, ball pits, things to climb or ride, and bounce. Appears very clean and well maintained.
Awesome place with really fun and personable staff. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. It was pretty crowded, but everyone was safe and having a lot of fun. We will definitely be making the trip from Frederick again. My kids had a blast
Very busy place to bring kids to get their energy out. The first time we came we arrived 20 min after the store open and there was a huge line out the door. They were already sold out. My stupid mistake we left thinking it was Sold out for the day but it wasn’t. Second trip around we arrived After 1 and we got in with a 10 min wait. Save yourself the time do the waiver before you get there. Don’t forget your socks even parents need them. The price is great! They have so much for the kids to do for hours with out getting bored with out it costing an arm and a leg. There are plenty spots for parents to find a seat that they are able to watch over kids. The complex for the kids the climb is so large it’s hard to keep track of them so prob not best for younger kids. They have different stations for different age groups. There’s a spot for kids under 2 but it seems like the older kids try to go into it. They do have a staff member to try to keep older kids out. I brought my 4 year old and 7 year old and they love it. It was worth the trip
My daughter truly enjoyed herself at Hyper Kidz. We did inquiry some interest in there party room. But for the small space and the 2 hour timeframe. It was worth $500 or more. I think that its interesting to have more parents invited to a child birthday party than children. Maybe switching up the ratios would be better. Other than that it was fun!
Overall we had a great time. The staff was friendly and the kids had a blast. The only negative feedback I would have would be is it could be a little cleaner. There was a decent amount of trash throughout the play areas(I mean if people cleaned up after them selves you won’t have to worry about it but lol)anyway I feel like if the staff just did a walk through once an hour or so the place would stay a little more clean.
My daughter had a blast celebrating her birthday here with all her friends! Both the big and smaller kids found an area they enjoyed and kept them entertained. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon but nothing too crazy. Our Party host Emily was so amazing and such a rock star! She made sure everything flowed smoothly and didn’t rush us. She also made sure the party room was decorated the way I envisioned it! Worth every penny and will definitely come back! Thank you!
The place is fairly overpriced just to start. But to top it off the Customer Service is horrible. For some reason the machine didn’t accept my card for payment. I asked could my children play while I went to the ATM. Dude said No!! They can sit and in the lobby and watch. Like where was the accommodation for my inconvenience. First and last time coming to this place
Had a blast with my granddaughter and sons! Even though it was.lretty crowded on Saturday, we got in easily. All the kids were excited and having fun, but there were none of the usual bullies. It was a great time and we will definitely return for more fun soon.
My old review was somewhat positive, but it has changed due to the fact we booked a party and feel like its completely off. They paint a picture like you will have all this time a fun for almost 400 dollars but after I paid the deposit I get an entire list of what we CANT do. For example, you have to set up and clean for the entire party in your 2 hour window god forbid if it you take longer to clean at the end you will be charged a fee, plus you cant even open gifts because they say we wont have time. Completely ridiculous, these restrictions need to be laid out before I pay money. I plan on getting a refund and doing it somewhere else.
My kids love this place! It wares them out! From slides, trampoline, dance floor, swing things, giant building foam blocks and so much more! Its a great place to take your kids for a good time!
A ton of fun for my 3 year old. It is great for all ages. It has different sections for different ages. Best kids play area Ive ever been to. I highly recommend it!
We had a good time at Hyper Kidz with my 16 month old. We started off in the Toddler area, but staff wasnt great about keeping kids clearly over 2 yrs out of the area, which was frustrating. We then decided to venture to the 2-7 yr area and my son had a blast with the ball pit, wall sized light brite, balloons, and foam blocks. The place is very loud, but th as ts to be expected between all the kids and the music. I appreciated that they had a lactation room to go to nurse/pump. We will be back to check it out more.
My kids had a blast! We went on a day that school was closed and it was at max capacity, a little hard to keep track of your kids. The lady was very helpful with not letting my boys go out the door where you out you shoes but they didnt have anyone watching the other door out the back. Besides that we had a blast!
Great place for kids. My kids had so much fun they want their birthdays to be here. Bring socks for everyone otherwise youll have to buy it from them.
Great place the kids love it staff are so nice as well
My kids had a fantastic time! It was very clean and they had seating for parents!
We have been coming to Hyper Kidz almost since they opened and have even had my daughters’ birthday party here. On our last visit someone stole my daughters coat, which I hid under my coat, and the staff could care less. There is no accommodations for locking up winter coats in the tiny shoe lockers that you pay extra for, so be prepared to carry your childrens’ coats or leave them in the car.
Too crowded. Not following COVID19 guidelines. Not consistently wiping down high contact surfaces.
Lots of fun! Even though there were a lot of kids, everyone was nice and took turns. Our favorite part was all of the slides.
Great fun for kids. We got a season pass
My son had a blast
Its a decent place we can go and visit with kids for fun. Kids will enjoy a lot jumping around. The only reason I gave 3 stars is not much fun activities for toddler or small kid zone and felt little bit cramped probably it was a busy weekend. Worth visiting once kids will have fun.
Definitely worth my drive from Eldersburg. Kids had a wonderful time running around this huge okay place. Many different varieties of activities to play with. If your kid is a slider, bouncer, or climber they have them covered. The owner David and his staff are wonderful, well trained, and polite always wanting to help of you need something and making sure your needs are met if they come up.Its very clean there and there is even an employee walking around with a dust buster picking up any stray pieces of debris from all the kids running around. There are 3 large rooms to accommodate your birthday party group too which is nice to know for the future. Will definitely go back soon for some more fun!
Kids and their guest loved the birthday party at this location.. Reason, am giving 3 stars..ButThe whole set up is like an assembly line, so obvious. The staffs repeat the lines like a memory verse without emotion.Very dissatisfied because of the disorganization.1. The paid mascot didnt show up at the dance floor2. The hostess spent a quarter of the room time to clarify the ordered package . Only to be chased out soon after.3. The party favors was not made available until I asked. It was not found until most of the guests left. Its an experience, we wont want to repeat in near future.
Ive been taking my kiddo here for some months now. Its better than other indoor playgrounds Ive been to, and I like this one best. During the weekdays, theres a lot of room for kids to go crazy. During the weekend, its chaos but my kid has fun. It will probably always be like that, and I dont expect it to get better with the cold months.Although better than other indoor playgrounds, it still falls short during birthday parties. They ask for a lot and I dont think families get enough in exchange. Without a discount, their lowest party packages is somewhere between $250-300ish, bigger packages up to about $600 for 2 hours..... TWO(2)(Dos) HOURS. I dont know about all that.... Just doesnt seem worth it. Take your kid to an amusement park and invite their friends or something. My kid loves it though.
The kids 5 and 2 absolutely had a blast. There is a toddler section, a section for kids slightly older, and a giant playground for the daring. I will definitely be going back.
We love Hyper Kidz! Even better since they expanded! My kids can stay entertained for hours and they leave 100% exhausted, just how I like it. Great way to get them some exercise in the cold, wet months!
Perfect indoor play zone for crawlers to tweens. Theres one big climbzone/obstacle area with slides, peak windows, crawl spaces for the bigger kids. Separate play area for 2 yr and under. Ball pit, slides, balloon area, foam blocks, birthday party rooms, snack bar, seating for the adults. Everything is super soft so kids wont get injured of they fall/trip.
They have a wonderful lactation room for mothers! Its a beautiful set up! Its also a lot of fun that parents can go in the jungle gym with your kid(s). Very hands on! My daughter wasnt ready to leave after being there for HOURS .
The kids liked it a lot. There are almost no rules here, so kids can be kids. Running, screaming and yelling are allowed. There are lots of things for kids to climb up and on, and several slides. There is loud music playing continuously. Theres only a few chairs so parents stand and hover. Its a parents nightmare its so chaotic.
Fun place for kids!
I took my kids (2 and 4 yo) here on a Saturday. The place had so many fun things for my kids. It’s gotten even better with the expansion. The first couple hours after opening were very nice since it was not as crowded. After around noon however, it got very crowded and hectic with so many kids, parents, and multiple bday parties. This continued until the evening. My kids really love it here but I would try to avoid going here on a weekend next time.
If there is zero, I would give it 0 star. They said they will sanitize the toy. They actually means only sanitize where adults can see. It is not safe for children
We went on 12/31 and my kids had a blast!!However, the management clearly needs to hire a full time night maintenance worker. Lots of the netting had large holes, hastily patched together with zip ties. If an adult or larger child has a misstep, they will certainly fly through that rip and a serious injury will occur. Many of the spiderwebs were not sewn down as originally were, and all the kids feet get twisted and caught in the loose webbing. It is likely a strangulation hazard, especially for the younger kids who are just beginning to learn how to climb. Lots of the padding needs replaced as well. There was also a section where the ceiling canvas had fallen down. I poked my head up to see what was up there and it was just the ceiling of that section of play area- if a child were to climb up there and fall off it could be catastrophic. A simple zip tie would fix it. A full time night maintenance worker could do a nightly walk though and remedy those problems and keep the facility in pristine condition. On the new expansion side, the new flooring is great! I hope you invest in putting that flooring throughout, as the old flooring is uneven and makes everyone trip. Three of the new items on the expansion side were not working while we were there. FYI, the new expansion appears to attract the under 2 crowd. The kids over 2.5 had no interest whatsoever. My son ran into the new party room and I had to go get him- it looks like a glorified garage and not as fun as the old rooms. Finally, I really wish you would childproof the entire facility. My son is 3 and autistic and is attracted to places of danger. For example, put half doors on all office areas; do not leave half assembled shoe lockers in the hallways; do not leave random maintenance items in the hallways, half covered with tarps; in general, any area that kids are allowed access should be free of other items and completely child proof; lock party rooms when not in use.I know I listed a million suggestions, but to be fair, my kids had a great time, so thank you!
This was a clean place to entertain kids. It was A GREAT place to take my test year old granddaughter. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place!
It was great! It was clean and the staff were polite and nice. My son loved it and had an amazing time!
Amazing truly amazing my kids had a ball
My kid love this place!
We always have so much fun at hyper kidz. We all love going. Ivette really made our experience personable. She took the time to ask our names and remembered them. Made sure to make conversation with our family the whole time we were there. Our baby girls just adored her and they are usually very shy. We have been there before and always have a blast, but this time she really made our experience a great one! I hope shes is there the next time we come.
Went for a Birthday party. It was very busy on the Saturday we attended! Great flow, didnt feel rushed like other parties places. I like that the kids were able to play after the party time was done. I would have like for there to be more staff around to manage the play areas.
Huge indoor play area for kids. Kids played for 3 hours and still were not bored.
Awesome place to take your kids. My 4 and 2 year old loves it here but the staff is so so. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
We love it there!
Once you get past the overstimulation this place is great. Guaranteed to keep your kids occupied for as long as you feel like staying. They will also be completely worn out afterward! You either need to get comfortable with the fact that youll hardly see them or youll have to join in the fun. They have quite a bit of staff around and a system to ensure your child only leaves with you.
Great place for children! It was clean and had alot to do!
Great concept, and we go there regularly! Also appreciate the new family restrooms. But, to echo an earlier review: the equipment needs quite a bit of maintenance, probably due to heavy usage.Specifically: a lot of the wall netting, such as on the sides of the stairway up into the big-kid zone, has gaping holes in it. A lot of the rope lattices are falling apart. (Not as much of an issue on the actual Spider Web.) The area with the glass rods has clearly seen heavy usage, because a bunch of the wells dont hold rods properly anymore.
This place is a great idea, and has many fun things for kids. But I went on a rainy weekend and oh boy thats a lot of people in one building. I saw that an expansion is in the works, so hopefully that will help some. With multiple birthday parties and kind of a narrow space in between playground structures, it was kind of hard to navigate and near impossible to keep track of my childs location. The music is super loud, and mixed with a ton of people trying to talk over the music and a ton of little kids screaming, I left with a headache. My son had a fantastic time, and was completely tuckered out, so obviously theyre getting something right. The large play structure has something for everyone and even though it wasnt closely monitored by staff, everyone got along and it all seemed safe enough. That said, I wouldnt bring a 2 or 3 year old without being ready to climb around plenty yourself. Some maintenance issues and a few places where all the spare furniture and other broken equipment is stashed behind a tarp, bathrooms without soap or paper towels and peeling paint -- its clear that this place gets a lot of use on a daily basis. Really hoping that the additional space will give people a bit more space to move around and that they step up the maintenance a bit, theres too many of these kinds of places that turn into a dirty mess way too quick and this one has so much fun to be had, I hope it sticks around for the long run.
Very kid friendly. Had an amazing time. I love the fact that it an all day activity if you leave you can come back later.
Truly a place for kids of all ages.
Very friendly place for everybody and very clean.
Great. Place. For. Kids. So glad they have snacks for purchase. Wednesdays you can get in for $8. Very clean, bright, good music... we shall return.
Been only one time and my kiddos are hooked, light up dance floor and sectioned areas for 2 to4 yrs old makes it great !
We had a wonderful time at Hyper Kidz on Sunday. It was a rainy Sunday so there were a lot of parents looking for indoor activities for their children. There were wall to wall children of various ages on Sunday. Even with so many children, staff were able to successfully manage activities so that the children had a great time and there was little chaos. Great work. We will certainly be back.
My 4 year old loves it here. The new addition really opens the place up and brightens it up too. Kids can now do a loop between all the spaces
I expected a large holiday crowd but not so over capacity that it was standing room only. Also as it became more crowded, the staff did not make checks of the play areas. A few unsupervised children took hard plastic pegs into the ball pit area and were throwing them at each other from the top & bottom of the slide. When I approached the staff about my child being hit by one of the pegs, she eventually went to the area but did not attempt to remove the pegs or engage any child and/or parent. I had to ask another staff member for an ice pack.
Great place with something for kids of most ages. We brought our 4 year old and our 8 month old, and they both had a blast. Really really friendly staff and clean facilities. We will definitely be back again!!
This is a great place to take the kids! It’s also very clean! It does get crowded closer to the afternoon but you can still enjoy your time!
It was our first time here after seeing it on Facebook, we drove 45 minutes to come check it out.My kids (6 & 3) loved it they have so much fun for over 2 hours and it didn’t even feel like it.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bathrooms were filthy!!!!! Also I have a 1 month old that constantly needs a change of diaper and the changing table situation is not very practical. Having to hold a baby and be expected to fold the table after you’re done using it is unrealistic, and on top of it, the one I used was made out of a felt fabric and had questionable stains on it. But other than that the staff was friendly and everything else was fine.
Nice place! But....they will turn you away on the weekends when it is busy or have you waiting for awhile. I was not as upset as my child. Her friend was there playing we came to meet them there and we are told they are at their max. But, they continued to let people in for bday parties, which my daughter sees and wonders why this is...All in all my kid has had fun both times, no injuries, no issues. Clean facility! Plenty to play with for little or big ones! Only negative for me was having to wait to get in, and the fact that they dim the lights very low in part of the space during bday announcements and dance party. This makes it hard to see on the back side of the play equipment but other than that. Great energy drainer!
Place is out of control, it’s extremely dirty, definitely over capacity, workers could not control anything. We came for a birthday party but no one knew or checked, so I could technically enter for free and they didn’t even care . There was a couple times where I helped the kids who dangerously fall or stuck on some slides, and no one cared, there was no employees around to watch kids . I never’ve seen such a disorganized place . They need to get together, have some rules or it will go out of business at no time .
I was so excited and pleased to find a new happy fun place for my 3year old!! It was large, spacious and colorful!! Plenty of activities for hours of fun!! We will be back!!
My first time with the Grandkids. A little cramped for my liking. The kids seems to enjoy it! Ill see how they stay.
My kids had a blast and played here for 5 hours straight. By the afternoon the place was so packed it was almost intolerable. I definitely recommend going in the morning if you are planning a trip. Visiting is a little bit expensive especially if you have more than one child and parking is difficult.
This place is terrible. Looks much bigger and nicer on the website. It small. And chaotic. Small isle that you cant walk down without bumping all the people sitting around. Half the time the large play area is in the dark due to turning off the lights for a dance parties for Birthday celebrations. Very unsafe. Didnt notice any workers monitoring the areas. Not to mention the adults that were in the large play area (not allowed) and completely disobeying posted signs that there arent supposed to climb up the slides the wrong way. Will never go back. Big waste of money
Never go on a weekend. They booked 22 parties plus walk ins. They allowed this place to be so full it was unsafe. Children under 4 not welcome. The young children area was unmonitored so older kids were coming in and knocking over the young ones. Then they turned off the lights for a dance party leaving the toddler area in the dark. We got a refund and left within 10 minutes of arriving. Then went to bubala in Maple lawn. Much friendlier staff and cleaner facility. Better pricing as well.
My daughter had a blast celebrating her birthday!
This is an affordable indoor play ace with so much to do the kiddos never get bored. There is a low entrance fee AND you can leave to get a bite to eat and come back for more play time! Theres no limit that day!! My kids LOVE HyperKidz!!
This place was very colorful but a full anxiety attack for me. As soon as u walk in you have to take off your shoes and then its kids everywherrrrrrreeee. They need a separate place for parents. Its just chaotic. I did love that they had an area for babies n toddlers. Maybe I will try to go back during the week and never again ever a weekend.
Unorganized too many allowed at one time. The birthday party itself was pretty good. Adults had to remove shoes even though the employees had shoes on.
Was exactly what I expected. My toddler loved it. The other parents there were super friendly. Was at the very back of the business Park but was well labeled. We will definitely be going back.
This place is so much better than other indoor kids places. First it is cheap. They dont charge two adults per kid which make perfect sense. Second there is no time limit. Third, there are plenty of people working there to make sure the place is clean and safe. I have seen the workers wipe the individual ball thoroughly. They are very quick at response too. The place is smaller than I thought but the structure is well created that there are multi levels of play area for different ages. The best part is their super fast slides. Kids love it and even many adults enjoy. Their dance party time is also very fun. For what you pay, it is totally worth it. My 6yrs old already ask me to go back there. I am 120% sure I will go back here soon.
Hyper Kidz is a great place for little ones to have fun and burn energy. First time here yesterday, my children 6 and 3 year olds had a great time and did not wanna leave this place. We will definitely come back!
