It was fun and entertaining me and my 5 kiddos. Prices were decent too.
Im going to give this one 3 stars because of the owner. None of the tips given here go to the staff, they 100% go to the business owner. The staff running the bar dont know how to make any drinks, but they were willing to mix up anything you could tell them how and they were extremely friendly and hilarious to talk to. They deserve to be treated better than they are by this company and hopefully things change.
Everyone here is so kind. Theyre generous and thoughtful when you bring young kids in.
We love going to level up for laser tag and tend to enjoy a round of bowling while we are there. Its a crowd pleaser with my little rascals!
The man at the counter seemed annoyed and seemed to not like his job and didnt seem to want to explain the card pricing options. Another female staff member seemed rude and annoyed with her job, as well. Maybe you guys should put up a sign behind the counter for us to read and focus on customer service more during training. Its loud and the signage would help customers and employees alike. Its a fun place. But the employees are not having any fun. They seem miserable.
Outstanding place. My daughter and her friends had a great time
Very clean and good game selection. Lazer tag, rope course, bowling, skee ball, air hockey. Food and drinks.
Absolutely outstanding family fun! Our family spends tons of time here and had our first birthday party there! When I say the staff was outstanding and went out of their way to ensure our son had an amazing time as well as his friends it was awesome! They have contactless temperature checks at the door, sanitizer, and other COVID precautions! Good food and great drinks!
Great games just great experience my mom loved it as well which warmed my heart
It was really fun the only thing is it would be nice if there was more of a limit of who can go on the ropes course. there were a ton of kids around 5-6 years old who were standing in one spot and had no idea what to do, and you can’t just walk around them because the connector thing on their harness was blocking the way. a worker had to help this one little girl who was around 5 years old get across, while she was in tears. they should have some kind of age limit or maybe a height requirement. but other than that it actually really fun, i would totally go!
Excellent arcade games! Absolutely loved the food and drinks too. Definitely recommend.
What a fun place. Kids had an amazing time playing games and doing the climbing course. I love how all of your game credits and earned tickets are on an actual card so you dont have to keep track of everything. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. My kids love claw machines, and were super impressed that they could win beanie babies out of the claw machines there. I would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be going back for sure!
Fun place wish I was a kid again
I took my 5 year old son here for a little outing on his birthday. It was very cool, and clean! The arrangement is nice, plenty of space to be comfortable, and the decor is cool. There was a wide variety of entertaining games - he had a lot of fun! We’ll be back!
Very entertaining great selection of games
I have been twice and this place is awesome. The staff are great. Monte and Megan are great at thier jobs and so welcoming.I just wish more of the machines worked. We played Lazer tag and we had to try on several vests to find one that worked. But once we found what wasnt broken, we had a blast.
Im still a bigger fan of Silverball, but the ability to park near Level Up is great. I would also like to request MORE Mario Kart machines! On the night, one was out of commission, which was a bummer. Will update this review when they install food and more Mario Kart machines.
Nice place and very clean but doesn’t make up for the “manager” mark I believe was his names attitude.
My friends and I had a blast! The employee Max was super friendly and extremely helpful. He made our experience 10X better.
Great staff. Let us stay a little late to finish our game tonight!
Good experience bowling, lanes are regulation clean and oiled.
It took me a bit to figure out how things worked. Im close to forty years old. The last time I went to an arcade there were coins involved. Here ya put money in a token card and pay for your games with it. Honestly I hated it at first but about ten minutes in I decided its a great idea. No tokens to carry around. No tickets to pocket for prizes. All of it stays on a card. Then you use your card in their prize store to trade ticket points for prizes. They have good prizes. The wife and I along with the children had a great time. Well be back.
Fun and family friendly
I take my daughter here often. I honestly love the games myself. I dont gamble or drink but I guess I kind of do, because the little fish-harpoon game is really addicting. I HAVE SNAGGED THE JELLY FISH MANY TIMES muwahahaha. Its the best arcade in town. The Columbia Mall used to have a decent arcade when I was a kid (Pocket Change) and Ive missed it a lot as I grew up and went without it. But now, my desires to race and win tickets, is satisfied again.Recommendation: You guys needs CapCom vs Marvel, Police Trainer and Time Crisis.
Drink server wasn’t very professional, nice. Games took my money, place still has a lot of issues to work out. Overall Clean place would be nice when it’s all finished.
Ive got to start off by saying, its $6.00 for an hour of bowling, not per game as the sign says (plus a $3.00 shoe rental). So if youve 5 plus people playing at a leisurely pace, the screen will cut off your game without warning even if youre only on the 9th frame. Couldnt tell if the staff was just poorly trained or legitimatly rude. Also, it makes no sense to have the counter where you pay for bowling not facing the lanes. It makes even less sense to track who gets a lane next on a busy night with a hand written list on a clip board. This place was so much better when it was our South and called Lazer Lanes...
Great place to take the kids! Awesome games, lazer tag and even bowling lanes. It is a great addition to the columbia mall
Level Up Entertainment is one of the best places to go to in Columbia and here are some reasons why.- First of all, they have a wide array of games for their size such as racing games, skill games, redemption games, and even pinball machines.- They also go above and beyond with their card system as while most arcades only use a card system on the arcade games, you can load up as much money as you want on your card to spend on practically everything you can buy at the arcade including all the attractions which makes it much easier to have fun here.- Speaking of attractions, they are able to fit many attractions into one area such as Lazer tag, a rope course, bowling alley, and a restaurant that will be fully ready soon.- Even though this place can get crowded, they made sure that the games were positioned in the right way so that if wouldnt feel as crowded.- One major improvement they made over the old arcade was adding more staff as it used to be hard to find a staff member at times, but now it is harder not to find a employee which means you can spend less time waiting for help. I have also seen great customer service from the employees to make sure everyone has a good time.- Another major improvement they made over the original arcade was their prize area. The old arcades biggest prize was just a big bear at 5,000 tickets and for me, that wasnt to hard because I would only need 10 500 ticket jackpots (which was easy on Pink Panther Jewel Heist) to get their biggest prize. Now, the arcades two biggest prizes are a Nintendo Switch and a Xbox One S for 75,000 tickets each and there is a much bigger array of prizes than their was at the old arcade which means that it gives people who do good on arcade machines a challenge (took me two months to win a Xbox) and it gives people who dont play as well or only come to Level up once a bigger choice of prizes to take home.- A rare thing for many arcades to keep up that Level Up keeps up daily is their cleanliness. I dont think Ive seen any arcade game that was especially dirty for the three to four months Ive visited the arcade and Ive seen staff members occasionally go up to each game and clean it while no one was playing which keeps the arcade as sanitary as possible.- I would say the best part of the arcade is the guy who runs it. Nic Parks is a great guy who I see at the arcade often and he is someone who has a nice personality and is willing to take suggestions. He has also run many charitable events at the arcade which means he isnt always self centered. He is just a great guy who just happens to run Level Upp and a guy I would want to have a arcade game battle with.I dont want to be biased, and there are minor things Level Up could improve on, but the good things heavily outweigh the bad things.- There is a game that is almost always out of order (Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory game) and there is a game that doesnt give you any tickets for your credits (Zombie Snatcher). Level Up or Nic Parks, if you are reading this, my suggestion would be either taking these two games out until they are fixed, or fix them soon.- I also feel like there should be something special during a birthday party that the birthday boy or girl gets from Level Up. That may include a $10 game card instead of a $5 game card for the level one and two packages and a $20 game card instead of a $10 game card for the level three and four packages, or it could be something else you could think of.Overall, I think Level Up Entertainment is great place to go and have fun and there are so many good things compared to bad things that I still think this a 5 star arcade and Nic Parks, I still challenge you to a arcade game battle.
Fun for a group of friends to hang out at. Love the rope course here!
Its pretty expensive but the games are totally worth it
Had a great time!
Love the games and theyre adding more but like more game. But its fun.
Fun time. But pricey on arcades.
The atmosphere is fun but the machines and equipment is low quality. Negative experience with management after laser tag gear malfunctioned.
Very unorganized half the machines are out of service not enough help for the amount of people kids running place not knowing what’s going on I wouldn’t recommend safe your time and money find something else to do your not missing out
Really fun, entertaining place for kids and adults!
Not very many arcade games. We went on a Saturday. 2 hour wait for bowling. Not enough sitting areas either.
Had a great time here!
Lots of fun for the entire family.
Great place for a night out
Fun but really loud.
It was perty lit
Very clean and friendly staff.
Had a blast
I like this place no cap
Nice
