We arrived right when it opened, but it took over 15 minutes just to get checked in. It was painfully slow, and I ended up having to pay in cash because they couldnt get my cc to swipe (not a problem anywhere else). There was food and dirt all over the trampolines and the floor. We expressed our concern about this to someone who worked there, and they just said sorry. Finally, after about 30 minutes, someone did start vacuuming. It should have been clean since we arrived first at the beginning of open jump time. The kids had fun, but it was not a good experience overall. We will find someplace else to go next time.

Launch is a nice Trampoline Park that is similar yet different to sky zone as far as attractions go. The major component Launch appears to lack is structure. There were no specified jump times, age restricted, or private party areas; so the place got extremely packed, which makes it hard to track your little ones. With some minor tweaks this park could be a much more enjoyable experience.

My son comes here a lot! He has so much energy that he loves to jump and run around. I have to take him here because that’s all he asks about. “Launch!” He sleeps with his launch socks too so I had to buy couple of pairs and wash them every chance they get dirty or he will be so upset lol so far the staff are super nice especially for one young lady who greets my son and talks to him every time she sees us. I appreciate the patience you guys have for kids with special needs. I do apologize if my son tries to move the yellow cushions out of the Velcro and he runs away after moving it. He just likes the noise it makes lol and he don’t mean to ignore staff, he just doesn’t do well with eye contact and is semi nonverbal. So that’s why I like coming to this location because the staff are super nice and understanding. I’m just waiting for the monthly passes or yearly passes to come out hopefully soon

We had a blast at Launch. My Wife and I our Granddaughter (3) and Great-Niece (4) during Toddler time Saturday morning. $12 for an Adult and Child for 1.5 hrs. Great price and what a work out. Once you get the hang of it you will have the time of your life. You have to get the Launch socks which have grips at the bottom. Y ou and the little ones can run around and have a ball and no one gets hurts. Best part you can even throw the kids and they just bounce back. We loved our time and our fit bits congratulated us for a great work out. We all need naps.

Planners beware if you are trying to organize an event at this location -- there is no direct line, and after calling over a dozen times and leaving multiple messages over the last two weeks, I STILL havent heard back from anyone. Their call center will assure you that they sent an email....but dont expect a reply. Ive heard good things about their facility, but unfortunately, the staff just isnt responsive so its impossible to schedule with them for a group event.

I honestly felt like this place was a little chaotic. The young staff was very polite and friendly, but there wasnt much order. Children were able to run carelessly throughout. They didnt stay in the play areas. The various sections werent policed/monitored well for inappropriate behavior. They have glow in the dark which is a really cool concept except in my opinion it should be inside of a room or closed area that can be better monitored and not throughout the whole facility. They appear to need more staff. The floors were a mess, like they only get mopped once a day. The nachos are so overpriced its ridiculous, I had maybe 15 chips with cold cheese for almost $5. I dont think I would attend here regularly, I was here for a birthday party.

Horrible birthday experience, while checking in he lost all the waivers in the system and had to start all over again, finding each kid and getting their names, 30 minutes waisted out of an hour jump time. Then he rounds up the kids and takes them to the obstacle course, he soon leaves and leaves some other girl in his place, she cant figure out the machine and just leaves!! Not a word to the 15 kids and parents just standing there waiting, nothing. I walk up to the front desk to ask her what was going on, her manager is there, and tells me that shes not a ride operator and that if I need one I need to come ask for one, (why why was she operating the ride in the first place? ) Then she turns around in front of me to tell him what happened, Im standing right here!!! Are you kidding me!! Now the party guy returns and takes all the kids to the room, jump time is over. The manager then basically blames me for being upset in the first place, apparently its my responsibility to do his job when his employees arent doing theirs, he knew about the waiver situation, but I should have asked for him, and the fact that she just left everyone at the game was because she wasnt supposed to be there in the first place, I should have known that, a basic level of customer service is too much to ask. No extra jump time given, no discount offered, not even a real apology, just excuses. Over all I paid $300+ for 20 minutes of jumping, 2 pizzas, and 40 minutes of standing around. Save your money, there are so many options all around this place

Came with 3 kids. One kid was hit by one of the equipment (where kids stand on own spots and two branches spin around). It goes too fast for 6 years old and flipped him over. I asked attendant to stop it. No reaction. He ignored me even after I came to him to ask why he did not stop equipment if he saw that child was hit, lay on the floor, cry and could not get up to leave????? Had a feeling that he does not know how to operate equipment. Not save at all. Most of the time two equipments do not work. But I like people who checked us in and who work in cafe area.

Went there with 12 kids. Super excited at first but soon found 2 of the interactive machines were either closed or broken. One of the 2 Dodge ball zones were closed. The trampolines were worn out to were they did not spring backup. No one was supervising the kids. During Dodge ball the kids were not leaving when hit plus they were were sharing trampoline squares. My daughter ended up getting a broken nose within 20 minutes of being there. Blood everywhere, no employee checked to see if she was ok. I would at a minimum expect them to offer free tickets to return seeing as though they were only there for 20 minutes. I emailed the company and had no response.

Just went this past Sunday, 12/22/19, and it was a very disappointing experience for my family. We have been here several times and it we have had mixed experiences but this past one was not too great. First off, this place is in need of some serious cleaning. This location is not that old, so it should not look like how it does. The floors are dirty and the bathrooms were horrendous. I actually picked up a bunch of toilet paper that was all over the bathroom floors. This isn’t entirely the staff’s fault but not a good look, for sure. Management needs to do a better job. Show some pride and provide a more clean establishment. The jumping areas are looking a little run down as well. There were a couple areas closed off and inoperable. So it was just the open jump area and the dodgeball arenas. Again, not very good optics for this place. The staff are young and friendly but they do not seem to be really running the show or doing anything. They walk around the arena and jump park with their shoes on. The jump area should be without shoes. This place has a lot of great potential but it needs to be kept up and cared for. My family will not be back for a bit.

I had high hopes because when I called everyone I spoke to was super helpful. I had my daughters 4th birthday at Launch. Would not recommend it to anyone!! When I arrived they told me I didn’t have a room and that I was 30 minutes early. After showing my contact we got our space. The staff member assigned to us didn’t help set up. They cut our jump time 15 minutes short. Pizza wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after we stopped jumping. It took 10 minutes to get drinks. I was charged for extra pizza, which I didn’t order and drinks which I wasn’t aware were an extra charge until after I got the bill. I paid $400 for a dirty room, staff that were less than helpful, we didn’t get to jump for a full hour and I asked to change my package because I had less kids, but because I was charged for an extra pizza and drinks I ended up paying for the higher party package. The person assigned to my party wasn’t friendly and even cut the pizza without gloves. Didn’t assist in serving food, cake or dinks. Extremely disappointed. Kids had fun jumping but I feel robbed.

This is a great place for kids. I liked the layout and the various options for the kids. There are a variety of trampoline related activities, some of never seen before, including jumping to avoid a spinning padded bar. They have dodgeball and basketball trampoline areas. There are birthday rooms and an arcade area. My only complaint was that the motorcycle racing game, which was great itself, had a screen of dancing scantily clad women at the end, which is a pretty demeaning thing to expose young kids to in my opinion, and one I had to explain to my five year old.

We visited the Columbia location December 2019 after receiving, as a gift, family passes for one hour of jump time. We have been to other similar establishments, but first time at Launch. The website looked decent, so we decided to visit. While the place does have good potential, our experience was far less than satisfactory - let alone fun. Overall, we found it under-staffed (and lacking training), in-attentive, dis-organized and no monitoring of equipment or visitors, and multiple attractions (jumping areas and arcade were inoperable.)Upon entering the dark building (assuming lights off due to a private party) we were not immediately greeted, and there was no signage directing us across the area to the other wall, to complete the waiver PRIOR to visiting the desk on opposite side. Eventually I was able to purchase our tickets and jump socks. We were asked what size we needed, yet NO explanation was given to determine it. I tried to inquire how the sizes run but no answer. Mine were actually too small, but I really didnt t want the frustration of attempting to exchange them. Perhaps just a label with the corresponding shoe size on the packaging or bin would help with this?? We were then told we could start now but by the time we changed socks, figured out the lockers and put away our personal items, we had lost 15 minutes. My 5 children, plus a guest, went to explore the attractions and use their time.My first impression was under-whelmed. There were kids just running around without direction, parents were sitting not paying attention and not a single staff/attendant monitoring for proper play, rules and safety any where. While there are a few decent elements, we felt there wasnt much of interest to do, compared to other trampoline park businesses that we have visited. Only offer: three different courts of dodgeball/basketball, an open jump area and one pit to fall into. They offer two on demand options (Ninja and Meltdown) - but when I inquired about using them, the staff member didnt know how to turn it on, but couldnt leave his post to find someone that could. Later, my daughter revealed she heard one was not working. Other kids eventually got in them anyway to try, but without actually being watched or able to turn on they didnt stay long. I never saw an employee approach, let alone ask to help. I guess younger kids would have fun here - but my group, ages 11 to 19 years, quickly got bored. To use up our hour of time - which again, no one monitored, I ended up having to purchase cards (at $10 each) so the youngest 3 could play the arcade games. Sadly quite a few were not working and for the ones that were, very small ticket win. Plus, since most games were $1 and up, they didnt really get a chance to play much.It was obvious the were not enough staff there, and they lack proper training (young). The event person was running back and forth between the private parties. A handful of others changed between front desk and snack bar only - no one on the floor with equipment. I couldnt even tell you if anyone was a manager. Speaking of attendants, when we finally decided to leave, my daughters wanted to redeem their game tickets. While we did make eye contact a couple of times - not a single person approached or asked if we needed help. We gave up and left after 5 minutes of standing at the prize counter.Prior to our arrival, I had looked online to find out more and was glad to find out about the snack bar. Disappointment here also. Everything is overpriced and poor quality. No diet soft drinks are served (thats all I drink), so I opted for Dr. Pepper which was flat. The older three had a slice of hard pizza and my pretzel was cold and dry.The restrooms were not very clean, and throughout the concession/arcade area the floors were either wet or sticky in many places. We really had hoped to enjoy Launch, but found it to be inferior to other places. I gave 2 stars because there is potential/possibility with some improvements. In general, however, I would say dont waste your money here.

Me and my bf were given a groupon for an hour jump time. We went and when we got there, the doors were locked even though they were open. Both of us called several times with no one answering the phone. We waited outside for 10 minutes until someone exited and we went in. We told staff the doors were locked and they didn’t even go unlock them. It was completely understaffed, one of the machines was broken, the tallest basketball hoop was broken which made basketball useless to my over 6 foot tall bf. We then wanted to race on the obstacle course but there wasn’t a staff member there to operate it which we both thought was bizarre. We jumped for 30 mins out of our hour and then left because we were bored. If this place wants to stay in business, they better invest more money into making sure they have staff and the machines operate correctly.

Okay place. Very big and spacious. I didnt really like the arcade, my cousins and I tried it, but when we got to the ticket counter it said we had zero points! We had over a 100 from the last game we played. Thankfully, there was a prize hook game where we got something that wasnt what was in the ticket counter that we actually used. Nice setup for the trampolines. Not very fond of the glow hour though. We had little ones with us, and even with the older ones it was hard to keep track. Favorite part was the obstacle course. My family and I went on it so many times, we could not count! It was like American Ninja Warrior! We came there for a party, and the party spaces were great! I expected the party food to be horrible, but it was some of the best pizza Ive ever tasted. Staff was kind of helpful, but not much. My cousin was trying to go on the obstacle course, and was asking if she could go. He avoided her question multiple times, but she finally spoke up a bit and he responded.Okay place overall.

Manager here was super nice and even gave us extra jump time since he ran out of a certain color bracelets. In comparison to skyzone this place has two dodge ball courts and open jump area seems more roomy than skyzone. Transition from one court to another is easy. In skyzone you have to walk across the food court to get to dodge ball courts. The easy transition makes it easier for parents as there is only one place to enter and exit jump area. Referees are super cool and not so strict but still enforcing the rules of the court.Give it a shot if your a skyzone fan and you may like. Prices are very comparable to skyzone.

They were exceptionally accommodating, it was like having a personal concierge for my party. Joey the mascot came to the party and was a hit amongst the kids most ranging around age 8. The parents even got into the jumping, needless to say we all got a workout!! The staff to help to clean up and there was very little for us to do, just show up and have a good time. We were able to bring our own decorations which put a personal spin on it. I took a poll amongst the children, on a zero out of 10 scale they rated it and 11 or 12!!I highly recommend Launch, and personally think its better than the other place, WAY better!!!

Very disappointed in the visit and party I had today with Launch. Myself and another mom planned 2 A-list parties for our birthday twins from the beginning everything seemed very unorganized we had less tables than we were told we were going to get, we had to ask them to put out cups and plates when the pizza was coming instead of having the table ready, once everyone was served we had to ask for napkins, one of the young ladies puring drinks waste soda on the seat where the kids were sitting and didnt even try or offer to clean it up. One of the kids waste juice on the floor and I asked for a mop 3 different times and it still didnt get cleaned up till one of our guest got some napkins and cleaned it up. I had to ask for the game cards for the kids two different times. The only good thing was that the place was pretty empty so for our large party it almost felt like we had it to yourself, but the only two attractions that werent jumping werent open one was closed for inspection and the other one they finally opened after we asked as the kids wanted something a little different. We didnt get our visit with Joey or our private dodge ball game like the party package says is included. Overall Im very disappointed with the service that was provided especially for the price of the parties. I can say that both myself and the other Birthday mom agreed that this is not a place we will return to for a party. We had a hard time reaching some one to even get the party planned but after going up there one day and speaking with Gary, he assured us he was making changes and we could reach out to him directly with any questions that we had and all would be ok we decided to book our party unfortunately it was not all ok.

Awesome place! We went there for a birthday party and the kids just loved it! An hour of jumping was plenty and then we moved on to the party room which was the typical setting at places like this. They also have an arcade which just added that extra layer of fun. Our son’s favorite was the obstacle jump which we found at the very last minute.

Awesome, definitely coming here again. The $2 for an 8oz bottle of water was the worse thing I saw. Clean facility, nice people, and legit setup/design.

I had my sons 2 year old birthday party here. Not quite what i expected, but Renae helped me make sense of everything although she wasnt my host. The kids had sooooooo much fun and even some adults who chose to jump. Will return. Thanks Renae for all of your assistance. Your personality is perfect for this position.

Mary, the manager, and her staff at Launch provided excellent customer service. They were very helpful in planning a large group event. The staff was very efficient, flexible, and accommodating. They worked with us even when the number of participants continued to fluctuate. I have no reservations recommending this facility to anyone planning a large event.

Its good but after 45 minutes it may become boring for kids below the height of 48 inch as they dont have much options to play..They charge 2.65$ for socks and you can re use them on your next visit. They have a gaming zone as well and its quite good.Overall good place to bring kids and have 2 to 3 hours fun.

My family and I went on a Monday, which was great since we basically had the whole place to ourselves. We all had fun, especially our kiddos. Definitely will be back again!

I’m no prophet but I predict this place will not last long. Bottom line, customer service is extremely bad. Bunch of kids running the place, no courtesy. I get to the counter to PAY for jump time and all I see is texting right in front of me. No “hi how can I help you?” Workers that are supposed to be “supervising” are walking away to hide and text on their phones. Who cares about the setup of the place. Customer service is dead last on their list of care factors. Going downhill fast...

Launch is awesome fun for kids. They have also done a good job of improving their support of large parties, keeping space in mind. I’d definitely request an extra party host though.

Good place for the kids to have fun. Now, I dont like the fact that you have to use THEIR socks in order to use their facility. It should be an option. If they are concerned about liability, then the staff should check if the childs socks are non-slip. But making the client to purchase their socks is wrong. But oh well...another nonsense policy. Also, the manager should be careful hiring staff to work in the court. Cmon, most of the clients are minor, and they dont need to see staff members flirting and behaving with some sexual content with each other. Besides, they dont pay attention to the kids. They just spend the time talking with each other or with their headphones. I think they should be in the lookout for the kids and perhaps some interaction with them, just so the kids have a good experience.Maybe this is not experience with other parents, but for the 2nd time this has been mine. Not sure if I will return here, sadly.

Kids had a ton of fun. Attended a birthday party there and the place was pretty clean. Most of the staff were friendly. However some were just angry and disgruntled. We considered doing an event at this location but changed our minds after interacting with some of the staff members. Would probably not return or recommend it to anyone to be completely honest.

This is a review for the weekend toddler time only: fantastic for anyone with little kids! The first time you go youll have to sign in and purchase socks, but after that itll be a breeze as they keep your information in the system. I prefer this trampoline park to Skyzone as the equipment is newer and more exciting. There are many areas to choose from and the arcade can entertain little ones without spending $ if they get tired or bored.
