Like to stop here at lunch and walk. Plenty of places to stop and rest if you need to. Nice playground for kids. They also have a pavillion with tables that is covered.

In the middle of Lees campus. A nice stream and pavilion and tables for pincnics as well as grills

A great playground for lizards. They had a blast on the slide and the swing and then got to cool down in the creek!

Cute little park at the end of Lees campus. Has a few swings and a slide. My 2 year old really had fun while we were there. It doesnt have a lot of shade around the playground, but the grassy walkway near it is all shaded.

Schometimes I go to Schimmels Park and take a schimple walk with my dogs. They schomtimes bark at passing schtrangers and poop in the grass. We then clean up the schfeces with a plastic bad and continue our schimple walk. We have a heck of a time at Schimmels Park.

One of my favorite Parks as it is located at my alma mater. Its great for a walk and great to set up a hammock or two with friends. There is an area for kids as well. Its a great place to hang.

Low key, usually less hooligans than bigger city parks. Better for the younger children.

I go here to eat lunch a few times a week. Beats sitting in the office or staring at a parking lot. Its pretty quiet and well shaded. Lovely place to be.

Good place if you need a shady place to walk in the heat but the pavement MUST be fixed. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
