Ive been coming here since this theater opened, and have had zero bad experiences. There are ample screens, which makes for a good selection of movies at any given time. Im satisfied by the cleanliness across all aspects of the building. Its a great place to come with friends and family.
The seats are rather uncomfortable, and they have no ticket window and only one line so you have to wait with everyone else even if you purchased your ticket online. They had someone come out with a scanner for pre purchased tickets eventually but that was only after we got to the front of the line. Lucky we got there early or wed have missed our movie. The caramel apple popcorn is good though.
Pretty pricey for a day out with family, but on the better side. It was comfortable and great picture. If it wasnt for the price it would have been more enjoyable.
Clean theater, fast service, and enjoyed the movie. Watched the new jumanji starring the Rock and Jet Black. Was awesome!!!
Great theater with great staff. So sad manager makes them work so hard, causing long lines, because there were only two of them trying to keep up. (Wish there was a ticket only line.)
This is the first time I’ve had reason to complain about this theater. I just spent $36.00To watch a The new movie Midway at 2:00pm in theater #1 Big D theater. We like to have froze sitting in the theater. My requests for some heat fell on deaf ears. It was as cold in the theater as it is outside. Had I not wanted to see the movie I would have asked for my money back. Please warm this theater up!
Havent been to a movie at the theater in a long time. This place was clean waited through line and ordered the drinks and have to have popcorn and then was told they were out of the butter of the popcorn. Not to big of a deal found theater 11 was clean. So ready for a good time notice a little warm but do able. 3/4 way through the movie and I feel sweet beading up on my head and then sweet going down my back. Just some back ground in not someone that is grossly over weight or have a medical problem. I can not believe I just payed $40.00 to watch a movie and sweet! The movie was excellent but I will not go to the theater in Bradley Square Mall again.
My wife and I went to movies on friday night. The cost was 24.13 for two people. I had 44.12. in my pocket, gave her 24.12. LolThe girl made me bust a 20 dollar bill for a penny. She was like a robot.
Great movie experience, but I hate that they make you stay in the food line when you just want a movie ticket. There should be a kiosk of some sort for those who just want a ticket.
It is an older theater. But the 5 dollar Tuesday deal is too good to pass up.
Service is good and popcorn is the best! Worked here during summer and saw almost every big release. Great place to work if you like movies, and great place to view movies. Theaters are almost always clean and the theaters are great! I especially love The Big D theater!
New good theater. Needs a 4k and upgrade the sound on the Big D. That would be amazing
After going to an AMC that has all the extras, the recliners, being able to pick seating beforehand, having ATM style ticket kiosks that you can use without having to wait in long lines for two people selling tickets. I would hope for a newer theater like this one to have more modern features.
Nice theater, you dont have to buy a specific seat. You can sit in any empty seat.
Love going here to watch movies. Always friendly service and comfortable seats!
Bid 3D- what more can be said? AWESOME! and I didnt stick to the floor. The seats are very comfy
Okay. Not Great but not that bad.
Pretty good theater, just like most other theaters.
The service was outstanding! The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Keep in mind, this is basically a burger joint. The menu is kind of small but the food you get is prepared well and delivered quickly. Great lunch idea.
Nice clean atmosphere and helpful staff.
Price was good, could be clear. Was very loud
The movie theater was clean, the chicken tenders were delicious and they had a great selection of food to choose from which is great when you cant have popcorn. They charged normal pricing for a special showing, which is nice, nd they refunded my husbands ticket that was bought in advance since he got called into work and couldnt go. I missed the recliner seats my normal theater have, but the customer service more then made up for it!
Awesome Place To Go Watch A Movie
Decent theater. Like many theaters, the lobby is a bit of a confusion, with a couple different lines to get in depending on which program youre a member of. Prices a bit high, even by theater standards. Sounds and picture quality good.
Normally enjoy going to this theatre but it was so hot inside the room we were in it was hard to enjoy the movie.
Love having a good mall in our area:) Good shops & movie theater inside.
Nice place. Just a bit of a walk if you have issues walking.
I love coming here to the Big D theater.
Much of the attention is focused on the bigger screen theatres. We’ve seen a couple movies in one of their smaller theaters and both times the projector only used 2/3 of the screen....like it was in the wrong aspect ratio setting. Complained to manager and they simply zoomed it way in, cutting off much of the top and bottom of the picture. Very disappointed considering this happened two times now within two weeks!
$79 for three people to watch a movie and each have their own large popcorn and large drink. Thats why I only go once a year. The place is nice. Seats are comfy and staff was friendly. Could use a better cleaning between shows but I wasnt sitting in trash. (Thanksgiving weekend could have been the issue with that... may have been understaffed). Its difficult to justify spending that kind of money for an hour & a half of entertainment.
This is a really nice theatre. It has comfortable seating and good quality screens and sound systems. The staff is friendly and efficient. The popcorn could be hotter and more fresh but there is a wide variety of snacks and food to choose from.
Love this theater, especially the Big D screen. Always receive great service and food is fresh! Definitely one of my favorite AMC Locations.Update: dropped to 3 stars due to the past four movies I’ve seen being very dark. Talked to management and others have complained. Everyone in Bumblebee complained that they couldn’t even see the film. I won’t see any more movies here unless they are Big D. Hope they read this and get it fixed.
Nice staff. Good concessions. Current movies.
Amazing. Loved the visit, we saw Secret Life of Pets 2. The staff was professional and the place was clean and well kept.
The movie was great... 3D movie of the Meg... Was great... But service was a bit slow the popcorn was cold... Cold popcorn and butter doesnt work out to good... Tickets for four on a Tuesday was a good price $31.50 thats their best price day... After 3 small cold popcorns and 4 small drinks it turned out to be $ 81.50... for the ticket price you cant beat it but ya might want to smuggle some refreshments in...
Its a great place to see a movie
My wife and I went to the theater on a cold raining Sunday afternoon. There wasnt much of a crowd so we were able to walk in with no waiting. The theater was very clean and we enjoyed the movie. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because like all theaters the food prices are very high.
Great ticket prices, and comfortable seats, but like most movie theaters you will pay more for a coke and a popcorn than you will for three tickets.
There never seems to be enough staff to take care of the line. There was a giant puddle of soda in the lobby with only a wet floor sign on it. That is just asking to be sued for a slip and fall issue. The counter at the drinks was filthy. The bathroom trash was full. There is never caramel popcorn when my husband and I go.Our theatre experience is always hit or miss. Sometimes the lights don’t get turned out or the video doesn’t play right on the previews. At this point we hope when we sit that everything will work.Theatre 5 always is the worst for us - to the point I won’t see a film in that theatre.I go to this theatre due to its closeness to my home. It is no better or worse than the other theatre in town.
The theater that was playing The Art of Racing in The Rain had technical issues, so we seen The Lion King. It was really good!!
Much more.comfortable then other theathers.
Love this place! I would rather come here than Chattanooga ANY DAY!!!! Pleasant staff! Very helpful!
Wish they had reclining chairs but the ones they do have are nice, great price for admission
Very nice, comfortable theatre. Concessions TOO HIGH!!! Movie, popcorn and drink $28.50? I could have gotten a good steak and potatoes for that price.
Always fun going to a movie here
Fairly clean. Good prices on matinees. Convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful when my daughter lost her keys. No lounge chairs but the popcorn is good.
A great place to see a movie. Clean and fast service.
I enjoy going to the movies once in a while and from my experience, it is the closest I could get to brief entertainment.
Very nice but typical movie theater. They require you to be stubs member to get all of the specials they offer, and even though it is free to sign up for they dont advertise it very much so you have to go looking for it. The main reason I go to this theater is convenience. If you want a more comfortable movie experience (almost too comfortable if you ask me), the UEC on exit 20 has reclining seats and allows you to reserve your seats ahead of time.
This theatre consistently has technical issues, today was another example. The screen was only filling half of the area it should - notified an employee who stated he was going to get a manager but nothing fixed and no apologies from anyone. Theatre was also filthy obviously hadnt been cleaned from the last showing m
My favorite theater. Always clean. Never too busy.
I went to see Second Act and it was wonderful. Its a little slow in the beginning, but it picks up soon. Very good movie.
Our theater was so cold!! Were told b4 seeing movie, but wow! Burr
Love this theater. The only reason I took one star away is because they need more people working. You can literally have 3 people in line and have to wait 20 minutes. It is insane. The staff is wonderful, Ive never had an issue, but two kids running a whole theater when there is a line halfway out the door is just crazy. We pay enough for tickets and snacks, pay for some other employees AMC.
Seats not as comfortable as expected but enjoyed the movie
Bradley square is MUCH better than other theaters in the area. Cleaner, better screens, and better sound.
ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND???IT COST $70 (SEVENTY BUCKS)TO TAKE MY WIFE AND 2 KIDS TO SEE A MOVIE HERE.WHAT THE HECK? NEVER AGAIN!Thans just absolute robbery,From now on, Firestick, Netflix,Cody... you can even pause the movie, go pee, grab a snack from the kitchen AND run back the good scenes over & over. Forget the cinima, those days are over, its too expensive and you end up getting lice from their seats. hahaha(this place is pretty clean tho)
Had the day off and decided to go and see Venom. Checked times on Google and Venom was said to be showing standard at 11:30 am. Bought my ticket, which was $12. Very expensive for a matinee time movie.Anyway went into the theater and when the previews came on it was clearly a 3D showing. Asked to get my ticket changed to standard to which the employee responded the next standard showing was at 12:30. So now not only did I buy movie snacks for nothing but Im also late for the 11:30 showing at UEC. Nice job AMC. Time to go enjoy Venom at a nice theater, and in a recliner to boot.
The two movies we watched we really good but both of them had moments of blurry ness in some fast paced scenes that made it harsh to watch. The two theaters we were in were very small as well. The seats were comfortable though and the sound was really good.
Ive been to a lot of movie theaters. This one was OK as far as cleanliness, wasnt dirty but then again it could be cleaner. The employees however werent rude but definitely did not fit into the friendly category. Ill still see all of my movies here considering all my experiences arent THAT bad. I guess it just depends on your own standards.
I have literally never had an issue here. Great service, awesome discounts, great selection. All the concessions (always fresh!) are overpriced, but much cheaper than the other theaters.
There was sound but no video for the pre-movie ads, so we told the Mgr, and they advised it was a tech issue, and would be resolved in 10 mins. After 5 more mins, we had no video or audio. After nearly 20 mins, they fixed the issue, but announced there would be no previews because we were already running behind. This was the final showing (Midnight) of Avengers Endgame on opening day. I drove 30 miles after buying my tix in advance. Not cool.
Great theater and staff. just wish the locals would stop peeing all over the floors in the mens restroom so much you literally have to step in pee to use the urinal or toilet. Dont know when this started but all the theaters in Cleveland are this way. UEC theater has the worst problem.
I really enjoyed the deluxe screen
Seems very hit and miss. Occasionally everything is running smoothly and occasionally things seem to be out of control. One constant is that the staff is, no matter how busy, courteous and responsive to issues that arise.
This by far one of the worst ran theaters ever. Not only was it super expensive on concessions for 3 it cost 64.00 for popcorns and drinks. The theater was extremely cold and the seats are way out of date. Right across town at the competitions theater the seating is more up to date with reclining seats and even though still expensive, cheaper on concessions. On top of this you could hear the movie from the next room. SAD SAD
Small theater located in a small town. Good for when you want to see up to date movies. The theater we were in last time was a little messy and you could hear the air system loudly through the whole movie
Very clean good movies. Nice staff.
Okay no guns.... thats just a movie theater thing, but no weapons of any kind? I am a tiny woman who has had several death threats on myself and my children and you are telling me I cant even bring my mace????? I guess I will just stick to my local theater that only bans guns... not that that would stop the person who has threatened my life.
They really make you feel like a king in there nobody was in the theater room I was in I get to pick any seat in the house
Very loud. I wore ear plugs and could hear perfectly fine. If you like it loud, its probably fine.Good experience. Ticket lines moved quickly.
Air Conditioning was out during the movie (Very hot) manager would not move the movie to another theater.
I was sold the wrong tickets, then sat for 10 minutes arguing with the manager who was defending his staff member that was smirking about trying to sell me the wrong tickets at a higher price.I absolutely will not return unless someone else buys the ticket, and even then Id be hard pressed. The seats arent comfortable, even in the big D theater, the screens are terrible, and they consistently left the lights on through part of the movie until I told the staff.Im cancelling my subscription, and going to the UEC theater from now on.
Good place. Friendly staff.
Awesome theater.. seats are comfortable and the place is usually pretty clean... as with any theater the concessions are outrageously priced!
Great theatre. Short lines and quick service.
The theatre was fine but the popcorn was the worst Ive ever had. Even the soda tasted off.
Clean theater the bathrooms were a little untidy but good.
I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady that works there. She was absolutely awesome!
Great place to watch a movie. Management is terrible and will literally run away from you when you try to have it addressed
It would be a better rating but after having prepaid online, I still had to wait in the concession line just to get in the movie. I think there should be a an easier way for people who pre-order tickets. Am I being unreasonable?
Nice theater clean, popcorn and cokes are expensive though
The bathrooms were clean, inside was clean...and thats really the only thing good I can say...popcorn was cold and stale, drinks and food were insanely overpriced. I mean who wants to pay almost $8 for a large coke? We literally spent $24 on just a large popcorn and two large cokes. Not too mention the ticket cost which was already over $10 a piece, in all we spent $46 and that was just for two adults. We could hear the other movies over the movie we were watching, and the picture quality in some areas of the movie, like in a close up of something on the screen, would blur a tad bit. However the seats were pretty comfy lmaoI guess it couldve been worse, but it definitely couldve been way better.
Sound is very very loud. Seats are good. Popcorn is good. Price is a bit high. Tuesday is the best day to go. We do enjoy it.
#themule #amcmovies #clinteastwood awesome theatre! Great selection of movies every time!
Our favorite movie place to go to watch movies.
Im sorry but UEC in cleveand tn is so much better.
My wife and three kids and I come here often comfortable seating nice theaters always clean good options of food, drinks and candy even when lines are long it doesnt take long to get your tickets what food and drinks you would like and be in the theater nice staff to very helpful ..
Nice seats, plenty of selections. Easy to get too.
Nice theater, watching on the big D is worth the extra money.
Jacob is the only reason I can give this high of a review.I bought 4 tickets early for a matinee of IT. Go in 30 minutes early to get good seats & popcorn which was cold & drinks which are not good flavored because its one of those mixed syrup & drink machines. Ive never found one that didnt give odd taste because all flavors & sodas come out same opening. 3 people told us our movie was in theatre as ticket said. Nope.We ended up with subpar seating. I wouldnt care if we literally hadnt been told by 2 staff that our tickets were correct when directly asked and 1 didnt even look at them when she said it.Im not the let me speak to the manager type but when 2 people, not counting original ticket girl point us to wrong place, Im done.I asked Jacob to get the manager for me while I sent rest of group to seats. Theatre board wasnt even showing IT, just said welcome.Bless his heart he asked if he could try to help me 1st. Sweet & brave of a minimum wage employee to try with a visibly frustrated if still smiling customer.I soon found out why he was trying to handle it, manager had no desire to do that key part of her job. When I told him my issue, he waved me closer to her on a register. He told her what happened & suggested a course of action. She did not look at me one time during the whole exchange. She had to actually make an effort to not look at me because I was that close. She gave him permission to do as he suggested then kept ignoring me even though Jacob had gestured politely toward me at the beginning. She never spoke or talked to me. That is a horrible manager. I understand some people avoid conflict like the plague. I wasnt angry or loud, just an unsatisfied customer. She couldnt handle an easy customer complaint, she has no business in management. Promote Jacob. He went above and beyond. I thanked him & made sure to get his name just for this review. No name tags so no clue who manager was. Will give another try because of Jacob, will not order tickets early again.
Had some family fun for Halloween watched Goosebumps 2, LoL
Loved the total experience! Could ask for better environment to take in movies. Excellent!
The Air Was Not Working In #11 & U Would Think They Would Tell Us B 4 Selling Us A Ticket.
