I Love This Store I Mostly Love There 1 Stage And The Managers were nice There That I end up being friends with I Support this store and there two problems1. Kids are Not gentle with the animatronics2. People are keep saying the animatronics are creepy but they aren’t it’s amazingI love this store I give it a 8/10 :) And Giving this store a dance floor is a Stupid idea And the animatronics are amazing :) Anyway I Really enjoy my visit Here

Had a good time.wasnt crowded everyone wore masks.only i miss their Salad bar.i no due to Virus being safe but i would say i loved a safe prepack made to order one.in the refrigerator would have been nice and the staff and everything was set up with safe and they check everyones temp before entering..But my Grandson had a great time celebrating our Birthday.

Had my sons first Birthday there yesterday. The manager on duty as well as my waiter was awesome! I would give 5 stars but because they were understaffed and the long wait for lines when purchasing or ordering food was slow... But overall my family, friends and I had a wonderful time!! We will be back again. Thank you so much for looking out for us!!

Kids love it especially 8 and under. I am willing to put up with the silly and loud atmosphere of it makes my daughter happy.

Well I seen children running around without shoes. The bathrooms were not up to par. I didnt see too much sanitizing after children played games or rode on rides. The employees were nice and helped when necessary. Chucky is apart of why we go and he was no where to be found. He wont be for months. I didnt think that was ok. There is something he can do. Things are different now Im sure chucky can come up with something.Although you can not control what comes in you can definitely keep alot more cleaner than what is was.

Wasnt packed or ghetto. We came here on a Tuesday night for a birthday party. Staff was very attentive. The food was actually good. It was definitely made fresh. The kids were served dipping dots with the birthday all of which was provided by Chuck e Cheese. The 2 hour unlimited game play was great!

Chuck E. is a rat you can love, 5 stars is not for the food but for the great times kids have every time they go there.

This was a very fun experience for the kids and adults. everyone had an amazing time with some pretty good food also. One critique I would have it to lower the amount of tickets you have to win to get a decent prize. For 1670 tickets I won a very small ball for such a large amount of tickets. I liked the experience very much and I think you would too.

People working are nice. That ticket service is always broken. Either you get tooooo many tickets or none att all. Was a fun tine though. Be prepared to see a share of loud people sometimes.

This is our go to Chuck E. Cheese its always good vibes in here. Pretty clean for the most part but of course ur gonna see trash here n there, its loud becuz of the different games in there n kids yelling n laughing etc. Food is good and the cotton candy is freshly made! And my kids enjoy going to this particular Chuck E. Cheese

If you honestly enough the place is comfortable to in. In the evening hrs it get very busy and just to many people to enjoy yourself. Theres enough parking spaces during the week,on the weekend the little mall gets busy so it might be hard to find parking. All games work fine. Theres a team member constantly going around checking the games .have never had an issue with the games .

We went for a birthday party. This establishment had cancelled her party and gave her 2 tables in the corner even though it wasnt busy and there were party tables available. We were given only 6 plates for a party of 10 and no silverware. The bathrooms are disgusting. My daughter had fun which is why I gave it 2 stars.

I went to Chuck E. Cheese for the 1st time since being a kid with my kids so I really didnt know what to expect. Overall, it was a great experience. The kids loved it and were throughly entertained for not a lot of money. I too remember the thrill of getting tickets and cashing them in for cheap candy--whats better than that when youre young?! I mean, its pretty much a casino for kids, which is more hilarious than sad in my opinion. The only downsides is that machines break down and they didnt seem to get the attention necessary. The card machine for playing games was broken, some of the ticket gobbling machines were broken and cashing in the tickets too time as well. Then again, if youre a Chicagoan and/or a parent, you shouldnt be a stranger to being patient in a traffic jam.

I came on a weekend and I didnt know they didnt let you sit down unless you reserve a table and plan on eating. That was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that kids loved it here... It was our first time here. Lotsa games for the kids

Doesnt have the most space or the most games. However its great little time spender and its really clean. Definitely can do 1-2 hours easily.

It was crowded but that is normal. It was safe!!! I appreciated the active security guards there. My GrandKids had fun.

First times as an adult and as a new mom. Manager explain the services to me. I like their security system for the kids going in and out. Restrooms were clean. Tables not that much but nothing major. Pizza yumi and salad bar fresh. I am sure I will spend some more hours there.

I love the update to the card but I think they could just put the tickets in the card to not have to carry alll the tickets️

Busy atmosphere. Clean environment. Just some kids out of hands on top of machines and stealing the balls from basket ball, foot ball, and soccer machines which makes it hard to enjoy

My kids love coming here, hence the 3 stars. But the selection of games is always the same, the Items offered for prices just dont go hand in hand with what you actually spend trying to get tickets for those prices, and they seem to be short-staffed at times. They need to update their games.

Had a great time here with the kids. They loved seeing Chuck E Cheese and the employee who was under the mask took time to take photos with them and make each child feel special. He was such a fun dancer and made the kids laugh. They are still talking about him! I have been to multiple other sites and the Chuck Es have never been as good as this one. I asked another employee for the persons name and they said it was Bob or Bobby. I wanted to recognize him—he made our trip! We will be back.

Always a fun place to bring small children. I do miss the large tube & slide apparatus they use to have. I also really miss their original breadsticks that were made from the crust of their pizza! A simple idea that was awesome! Now they have puffy breadsticks with a parmesan-herb mixture on top, and my kids wont eat them. I do like the that theyve changed to a reloadable card to swipe while playing any of their games or riding any of their kids mechanical animals or vehicles. It does seem their prices have gone up, We ordered 1 salad bar, 1 parmesan breadsticks & 1 small drink & 1 child size drink and it was $19.77! We didnt order pizza til later, which was also over $12.00 for a kids size pizza that wa the size of a paper plate with 4 mini triangle pieces. They also dont give any swipes for their games when you purchase food! They use to give tokens for their games, but no more. Their pizza is still a good choice for kids.

Terrible! I ordered pizza and 2 drinks my # was 60. I bought a card for my granddaughter to play. I ask about our order a couple of times. After they serve #74 I demand a refund for the pizza purchase. They offer a card with 20 points and say theyll start cooking my pizza now. There were games that didnt work, others didnt have tickets. Over crowded and under staffed. Cant add photo the machine didnt have paper!

We have been going to this place for about 1 year now, and today we had our sons’ birthday party there and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was beautifully set up and clean. We chose what I want to think of as the best time of the day for a party, and I’m so glad I did because the host that was assigned to us was WONDERFUL! Shyrelle was extremely kind and so attentive to all of our needs, she was on top of every detail and she made our party flow smoothly. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Great pizza and fun games. Lots of choices. We got a lot of tickets. The game manager was nice and let us get lots of tickets from games that ran out.

We were there coming from Indiana and found Anna leeewas more than excellent and great customer service.

This is a great place to take your kids or have a birthday party. The staff was great very helpful. But they need to keep up with the maintenance of the machines/ games dont let the tickets run out on the games or empty out the machines that counts the tickets.

Not great, just pretty good. Beware of machines that are out of tickets to dispense because thats all kids seem to cate about. Pizza was better than I expected. There was a decent amount of people there on a Tuesday night, definitely make a reservation if you have a big party planned for the weekend.

My son had a blast.

This location had plenty of parking spaces. The inside of this Chuck E. Cheeses was clean . Not many kids and people since it was mid-week. Reasonable prices with electronic coupons. Was initially confused with points and time system with the use of entertainment machines. My son, my wife and I, had a good time playing there. I would stay away from pizzas until CEC decides to put customers ahead of profits.

The children had a blast have a huge birthday party at Chucky cheeses.connects with nothing more the host was wonderful anything we need he was there. He has got to play your games for 2 hours straight enjoy Pizza and my birthday boy enjoy the ticket blaster this was fantastic.

I try to give places a try, I went for a party we had fun but at the end they announced they would be closing not automatically turning off the games and ticket dispensers. To top it off like if I dont speak English they said, Im not taking anybody else after this lady I said why is that? I came to a party and I deserve to be able to get a prize for my kids as I ended to. This is why I go to suburbs they should just convert this location to a retail store!!!!

This location needs to be shut down ASAP. Hands down the worst experience ever. We came Saturday night and had a really bad experience. We decided to come back Sunday hoping it would be better. When we arrived Sunday around 2pm, we waited almost 30 mins to be let in. Once we got in- we noticed that probably 50% of the games were ether not working or did not have tickets in them. The picture booth was out of paper. The staff seemed SO mad and annoyed any time you asked for help. We payed over $80 to play games and couldn’t get any tickets for winning since most all were out. Once we ordered food it took almost 2 hours and the only reason we even got the food after 2 hours is because we kept asking. Once the food arrived it was NASTY! Over cooked and over salted. Finally at the end when we were trying to redeem our tickets for a prize, the girl adding our tickets added them wrong. When we asked her to re count she gave us a death stare. Did not say a word to us.Who ever does the hiring for this location really needs to get fired first. The manager kept saying she is overwhelmed and the staff the night before did not close properly. However, she was doing nothing to fix the mistakes. Lastly- the staff DOES NOT check the hand stamp at ALL as you are leaving. I do not understand how this place is still in business. So disappointed. What a rip off!

Well today my wife and I were there celebrating my daughter pre k Graduation and dispite the under staffing that seem apparent over all the staff that was there did a good job with services. I will be back .

I found the pizza rather tasty. Bottomless drinks are self serve, so no complaints there. We brought our own birthday cake.All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The manager even let my son into the Ticket blowy machine thing to try to grab tickets - a perk usually associated with a private party or a corporate event.It sounds like this place gets a bad rap. It was not dirty, did not smell of wet socks (and it was pouring out) the food was good and the staff was really great.Just in case - No, I dont work for them. I actually went there with my family and had a good time.

Took a long time to get our food to the table, and there were these men who smelled like marijuana near the kids and the cops did nothing about it. The smell was very noticeable. Please guys, smoke your weed before any other event besides a kids party, youre going to be around CHILDREN.
