It never fails that theres always multiple machines broken. I feel like I dont get my moneys worth in this place. I havent been back since the pandemic, but theyre open.

Just had my sons birthday party 2/23/2020 and i loved it. The host Ruth was verybon point with the details to the kids attending the party as well as the guest. The place is very clean and very organized. Ive done 5 parties here on the past and ill do it again. I highly recommend it.

A great place for a fun party! Weve had parties at Razzmatazz for 3 years and my son still loves it. There is plenty of variety for to keep kids occupied whether its bowling, inflatables or video games. Its clean and the pizza is good. Our hostess, Brenda, was fantastic! She was with us for the entire party and was a great help...she is the best!

Some games has few balls to play with. We bought a card for the games for 15$ unlimited but you can’t get tickets or prizes, however if you add 5$ more you can get tickets! If you want to play only the trampoline you pay 5$. Staff are not friendly.

Was pleasantly surprised with this place. I attended a birthday party on a Saturday and the place was jumping but not packed to the point of being uncomfortable and ready to take your kids and go. Its pretty spacious inside and has a large parking lot as well. They offer party rooms, regular seating areas for non party guest and theres even another side where soccer games are played. Overall decent facility and I would visit it again.

My grandson had his 10 birthday party there. We loved it!!!! We had are own assistant to help from the start of the party to the end of the party. She decorate are party room, sliced the cake when it was time, severed the pizza for the all 15 kids. Her name was Ruth sweet girl and very helpful especially with the kids. I drive pass this place once a week. Always wanted to check it out. So today I decided to take my daughter (5) and my girlfriends niece (7). As soon as they both walk through the doors, they both said Woooooooow!!!We end up purchasing a card for $2 with an hour of free play time and unlimited gaming for an extra $15 which was great! They also played in the bouncy room for an extra $5ea.They both thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Its definitely a great neighborhood spot for children as well as adults.This will become my new favorite place to take my daughter. Very reasonable and lots of fun for the children.

We had such a great time here. My 3 year old grandson here and he had the best time ever. Some of the attractions were closed to private parties, but we still had fun. The pizza and wings were very tasty and service throughout the place was very good. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but everyone was having fun.

I had my sons birthday this past Saturday and we loved it. Very nice staff, very organized. Definitely will come back!

( bowling, soccer and basketball)Like any kids place you can drop a ton of money playing video games and winning cheap prizes. The kids will have a blast. There is also a nice bar to sit at for adults.Parking can be crazy.

Went there for my granddaughter birthday. Had lots of fun. First time going there . I will be going back.

Its a nice, fun place to take the kids..I would suggest to avoid weekends because thats when its the most crowded..

Its a decent place, but not what I was expecting.The miniature bowling area is perfect for little kids but its worn down. Not well cared for. Games are about 10minutes each for bowling, The balls are timed. if you throw a slow ball ot might reset before the ball touches the pins, which ruins the game. Some balls wont roll completely through and a 2nd ball will be needed to get the ball out.They have a fair selection of games to play but the system is not the best. If you buy a timed card for 1 hour play you cant collect tickets unlike chukee cheese where you can. The card times out if you play too many games in a few seconds. There werent many games for smaller kids but if they did Id go back again. Most of the lights were also off when I went today. If some changes are made I might just might go back but until then I cant say Ill be return any time soon

Good visit, they need a second card machine maybe towards the middle or end of the games. I had to walk from the back all the way to the front twice to refill my card

Very organized. Went for a birthday party and was impressed by how easy everything was set up. One hour of bowling, one hour for inflatables, one hour of the room, and then arcades. Will be back.

Its a good alternative to chuck e cheese AND they have alcohol. My biggest issue was how long we waited for food. It took about an hour or so before we received our food. And we only got it because I went to ask the bartender about it. The kitchen hadnt made it yet.

There are a nice amount of games to play however half of them are out of service. Never and I repeat NEVER go there hungry because I guarantee you’ll starve to death! I tried to be understanding in the beginning seeing as how I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, but what I experienced tonight was just outrageous! Ordered some cheese sticks at 6:35 exactly! Never got them!!!!! Someone from behind the counter comes and tells me that because there’s a party, it’ll take my cheese sticks even longer and by now it’s after 7pm!! I ask what I can get in replace of the cheese sticks and she suggest wings. Comes back about 7 minutes later with the wings and it’s not even a full order! By now I just want my money back. Go to the counter and they said oh we can’t give you your money back because of a new system we have........still mad at this very moment!!! Makes no sense!!!!!! I know for a fact I won’t be going back there!!!!!!

The food and beverage area needs a rehaul front and back of the house. Errors in orders, slow or missing orders even on reorders, no bar back or expediter. Manager requested 7 times and finally showed 3 hours later. She was sitting down when she couldve been helping staff. They were swamped. Unacceptable! She claimed the POS system doesnt automatically push closed food orders to the kitchen. We felt our order was just forgotten because it was not piping hot. No one stocking, reuping straws and napkins, juice, water or freshening the water tank. Inefficiency in the order placement process. By contrast, the soccer side seemed well run and organized. This is money out the door on lost food and beverage and potential tips and recommendations. None of the menu items are intricate. None of the menus actually matched either. Security seemed solid and children of all ages and abilities seemed to enjoy themselves. Bathrooms appeared decently clean considering the number of kids. Trash cans outside seem neglected but parking ample.

Have driven by this place numerous times never knew it was a fun spot with arcade games, bouncy houses, that childrens birthday parties were given there. I attended a childs Birthday party there this past Sunday. All the kids had a wonderful time playing in the bouncy area, they played bowling, ate pizza, played arcade games. This is a great spot for children and teens to have fun. The area isnt gigantic but big enough. We had an attendant serving us in a private room for the party. Take a look you will like what you find Im sure.

Was there for a nice birthday party and we were to have a Nerf gun shoot out something like that and it was so hot in there couldnt find a manager the host was horrible you have fans blades for some reason there was no explanation on why the air conditioning wasnt working on that side of the building didnt even try to give a discount due to the fact that the weather and it was like a hundred plus degrees in there couldnt enjoy the game at all I would not recommend this place for anybody to come to

A lot of machines are not working for kids. 2 out of 4 lanes are broken in bowling, basketball shooting only one was running with totally 3 balls available.

The food was alright but rather expensive for the quality and quantity. Some of the staff was professional and some wasnt. Kinda rude but somewhat apologetic. If its left up to me I will not return. Not worth my money or my time.

Waist of money. What a rip off. Machines cost dollars. You dont play according to time. A lot of similar games. If a party is renting bowling or the jump spot other kids cant come play. The games dont give out many tickets and the tickets prizes are candy and a couple of toys. Super rip off. Little kids will be happy but parents pockets wont be. Better off going to Chucky Cheese. At least you get more value for your money

Stopped by the games section at 4PM on a Saturday after my childs soccer practice, I was very impressed. Courteous staff, clean, plenty of games, and affordable pricing. I really appreciated the unlimited gaming for $15 for one hour. That gave the kids an opportunity to play almost every game, keeping their attention for the entire hour. Theres also a large space to sit to order food and beverages (alcoholic beverages served). Ill be back!

Service from the staff, bartender/waitress (young lady) & manger (guy) was superb. Stopped in with my 3 year old after my older child played in a basketball game on the sports arena side. They had a blast. The waitress was friendly & attentive. The wings were too big for my own personal liking & the manager so kindly gave me a refund without an issue ️. 5 stars for a 5 star crew.

Its a fun place for children. But, its very disorganized. There are no clear directions on where to go or what to do when you first walk in the door. Theres nothing posted about prices and food and play packages. I found several ways I could have saved money after I had bought food and game cards separately. The people waited at the food counter for 20 and 30 minutes for both food and service. The bartenders just walked past and only responded to people who shouted for their attention. Not once was anyone asked How can I help you? Or Whos next? Theres no start or end to the line. There are just a bunch of people gathered at the counter. You dont know if you should take your number and go sit at a table or wait. You dont know who has already placed an order and whos waiting for service. It has a lot of potential to be a fun place to go. The pizza actually tasted good, once we finally got it. My family, friends, and I will not be back, because its too chaotic. I believe, had things been more organized, my family could have enjoyed themselves much longer for much cheaper.

Pleasantly impressed with the space. There are a lot of indoor fields for soccer. Noticed some basketball courts inside also. While we were leaving we saw some family setting up for some birthday parties, so that was an area in the building that we didnt get to check out because of the all the soccer games we had to play that day.

Booked a party and they only have 2 rooms which were occupied at the time and didn’t tell us that information. Had us sitting at random tables with our party guest while we wait for the other parties to finish. Bad staff, don’t do anything but stand around talking instead of doing their jobs. Would not recommend. If you’re looking for somewhere for your kids to play and where you’re acknowledged, I highly suggest Pump it Up or Dave and Busters.

Its aight. These parents literally let their kids climb on the machines unsupervised while they sip these watered down drinks. Staff dont care who comes in the bounce zone area I feel like I need to get a refund because i paid for a wristband. They are intimidated by these people an their kids so they dont say anything. Not sure if Ill come back. I rather go to Chuck e Cheese.

A family Mentor had a birthday party there for his daughter we were in the Fieldhouse area and there was no air it was scorching hot humid even the big Auditorium fans were doing very well it was just miserable and all the manager could do was say what what else would you like personally he shouldnt have paid for that part because it was not sufficient for the public to be in there and have a party that I K area was cooler what happened we dont know but the manager could not give any explanation on the situation of the Fieldhouse and really did not try to rectify it or try to do anything to satisfy my sister-in-law and her boyfriend about it,

Good place for family fun. Great food the prices are very reasonable. Ive been here twice spent $50 for food and game cards my kids had a great time. The adults have a bar and t.v. to watch sports. Good place

Wasnt that great. Fries were half cooked and greasy pizza was ok but more for kids than adults. Games were ok . They had 4 inflatables for kids to jump in. Changing table in family bathroom was broken. Best part was the customer service . Gotta give you credit for that guys. But a little pricey when you have a lot of little ones.

There is not much to do, a few games here and there but my younger child got bored quick. Prizes are not worth all the money you wind up spending on games. There are alot better arcades to go to besides this one. As someone who was playing the games myself, I also got bored rather quickly. Bowling was having technical difficulties, we got 1700 tickets and saved 600 because none of the prizes were worth buying. I only give it 3 stars because I could imagine a birthday party being fun here and we did not get to do what looked the most fun (the bouncy houses in the back).

The food wasnt that good! We did not get our beverages because their machine broke. The waiter was excellent though. I did not like they had no coat check that was upsetting carrying 7 coats around! Also and most importantly they do not have much safety for kids anyone can just walk out with your child in seconds! Both my little boys went to the restroom and they said someone walked in on them. That was scary!

This place only has a handful of games, many of which are out of service. Bouncy houses are extra and lack supervision. I was asked to leave the bowling area because of a birthday party that was about to start even tho bowling is not a restricted area for parties.

One star because of the girl working in front, she was really helpful and courteous.Otherwise, it wouldve been 0 stars because this place is really bad. Half the games dont work, no other employees exist until maybe around 6pm. Parents do not watch their kids. I had a toddler follow me around for a good 10 minutes asking for me to pay for his games. Then he followed my husband around afterwards. I paid for the inflatables for my kids but since no one was around, I was pretty sure I couldve just had my kids play in there without paying. Im sure most of the kids that were on there didnt pay anyways, which begs the question (again): where were the parents and employees? Most of the kids were rough housing so I had to make sure to keep a good eye on my kids. I wouldnt go back at all.

Place is nice variety of coin and video games. My only complaint is you really have to grind for kids prizes and the prizes are poor quality except for the top prizes even then you spend over a grand to obtain them!!!

This places has its days I been here on days when there was hardly anyone here and my kids were able to play and jump and the staff was alert. but today it was just pure awful the employees were all lacking at there job duties the girl at the counter had no customer service skills what so ever very rude and unprofessional the girl in the back by the inflatables just let people and kids do whatever they wanted with no cares as to how many kids were around nor if they even had bracelets on. The manager was a totally unprofessional and didn’t not know how to handle any questions asked to him he has no business being a manager because he doesn’t have the skills nor voice to be one.I believe the inflatable area needs someone who is more incontrol of the surrounding and should definitely be age restricted when open to the public because my 3 year old had to jump with kids that were practically adults and kept getting hurt. Yes I am aware of the waiver we sign but I think you should not allow kids over a certain height in nor age. And if there is then your staff member is lacking at her job.I’m ver disappointing with my experience today seeing as any other day I have always enjoyed it here
