Physical distancing is made possible with tables and heaters and tents. This was my first time eating here. The Brussel sprouts were savory and the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans were all flavorful comfort foods. I have plenty of leftovers for a full meal tomorrow. My friend had a steak sandwich and side salad. She said the steak was cooked to perfection; however, the side salad was soggy and tasteless. They ran out of bread pudding for dessert, so we ordered a brownie and a cookie with ice cream...both were tasty and yielded leftovers too. The service was the only negative part of the dining experience. Our server seemed disinterested in our order (maybe because we only drank water and soda). I had to ask for a refill. I do understand that we are in a pandemic; yet, be nice to the customers...we were nice to you!
It was my first time coming to this establishment and I very much enjoyed my whole experience there. We were greeted at the front and I scanned the QR code for the contactless menu (you know corona and all). Our host led us to a table, which kept a pretty good distance from neighboring tables. Shortly after, James (our server) came with water for us to drink while we decided on what to have. They have a wide variety of food to choose from but I went with the Replay Chicken Wings.James, brought it in less than 10 min and it was one of the best chicken wings I have ever had. I had the BBQ chicken wings with blue cheese. The chicken was delicious but the blue cheese was a bit overwhelming for my liking. Next time Im gonna try it with something else. The portion of the food was great for the amount of money you pay and the professionalism we received from James was like the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back there again.
Taking excellent COVID precautions. Their outdoor tent is a long rectangle, with one of the long walls completely open, and the other long wall has a big air hose blowing fresh air. It may be a bit chilly outside, but if you bundle up, its one of the best places right now for those taking high levels of precaution. Also good beer, cocktails, and food.
As of November in this pandemic era, theyve an outdoor seating area partitioned on the side street. Im normal times, the arcade is delightful and free. I love there fried pickle slices with their beer selection.
My first time in this place was amazing. My friends and I were happy. The brunch was great, the share plates are huge, the drinks are delightful, the bartender, shes very knowledgeable. The only thing that concerned me, was the server. First he forgot to introduce himself to us, forgot the drinks and food we ordered, didnt pay attention when we asked for shrimp in one of share plates instead of brought chicken and never apologized. My friend asked for a juice, he was touching his blonde hair all the time, freaking out my friends. The juice came with no ice, she asked to take home, the juice never came back.He needs to be more trained .But just one negative episode. Ill be back for sure this time I want to be outside and with another server.
The service is extremely bad. I sat at my table for 30 minutes, at least thirty minutes, and no one came to get my food order. I almost had to walk over to the bar to get my check so I could pay and split. Do yourself a service and dont go this place. Theres plenty of good restaurants in Andersonville.
EXCELLENT! We sat outside for lunch with our two dogs, and before we could even order, it started to rain. The staff members were all very accommodating. The food was very good, and the service and attention were amazing! Thank you!
Good food, great staff and a relaxing spot with great cocktails, or maybe a good beer like a rootbeer beer. Lol...its a really good beer. Just go by and check it out !
The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is superb. I highly recommend the roasted chicken thighs. The crispy potatoes that they are served with are amazing!
Excellent staff and savory dishes with a vivacious atmosphere. Burgers and Egg Rolls are bomb. The Cubano is an experience in itself
The food and libations were awesome! Enjoyed the safe environment and friend-perfect distancing!
Wonderful friendly service, and as basic as is sounds their chicken Cesar salad is my favorite. Super fresh. Love the outdoor spot for dining
The server was very nice and the food and drinks were superb.
Atmosphere and strive was great but the food was average at best. Had cheese curds and they were so small and few I was actually shocked. There was hardly any cheese inside the Itty bitty pieces of batter. My sandwich was ok and the prices were very high for the quality and portion size.
Great staff. Excellent drink selection. Good food. Love this spot. Fun arcade games and music videos.
I went here the other day for a friends birthday party, and it was really fun. I wish they had hard alcohol, but I know how hard/expensive that is to obtain. The games were really fun. There were some broken ones, including mario, which broke my heart. I ended up playing galaga (my favorite) all night. The atmosphere was great, and the bartenders were really nice and knowledgable.
ALWAYS stocked and have decent prices.
We wanted to sit at Replay, but we ended up getting seats at Elixir next door. The food was still from reply and was pretty good! The fried pickles are on the sweeter side and our food order was incorrect (not a huge deal, but still). The service was kind of slow and the drinks are pretty inconsistent.
Quite understand after 3pm unless your one customer you cant be servedHowever, the tables are fully empty. Times are tough but this policy shouldBe base on tables availability and unless your expecting a line waiting it should be on a discretionary.
Came here during COVID restrictions that limited to outdoor seating. I really appreciated the safety measures they had in place and how careful the servers were. The food was surprisingly great. We stopped by for brunch. I had a skillet (sausage and tater tots) that was amazing and my wife had crab cake eggs benedict that was good but not the best. It was a lot of food so big bang for your buck. Would have liked a side salad with the eggs benedict instead of potatoes. Not because the potatoes werent good (they were), but because it made the meal a bit heavier than needed. Will definitely go back.
Sharp, straight-shooting bar with good gastropub food. The fries are pretty awesome and the outdoor area is nice when the weather cooperates. All in all, its a solid choice for eating out. And their brunch options are pretty extensive and tasty as well!
Thay have outdoor seating, so that was good. Generally un-memorable food and so-so service, but they have a good selection of draft beer.
Fun place with a vibrant crowd, food is always delicious and hot (warm/cold food means sitting on a counter), with attentive and fun staff. Great music and a relaxed vibe makes me come back. Delicious
Good brussel sprouts
Awesome homemade food, prices are well worth the huge portions you get. The server Bret is super good as well as the others! Everyone very nice. Try the Buffalo chicken wraps!!
Great bartenders, great food
Sat at the bar for like 3-4 hours. Really appreciate bartender Julie’s energy and enthusiasm. She was great at either supporting my decisions on what to drink or suggesting beer for me! The type of bartender that doesn’t make you feel bad for asking for a recommendation or for help. True class act! If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be back every other weekend!
Love replay’s food and drink selection. I typically sit at the bar and order from the bartenders but at tables servers are equally as good. Nice variety of food and huge selection of drinks.
Nice bar, but food isn’t good.
I had dinner with a friend a couple of times at the Replay in Andersonville. We went there for his recommendation. The food was great and they had a big selection of beer. It was crowded which usually means they have good service. The staff was super friendly and the food came fairly quickly. Overall it was a great experience.
Doing a great job keeping folks safe!
Consistently a great place! Beer selection is always good and they have lots of options. The food is always amazing. There are several favorites on their menu and its always a battle to choose - a good problem to have! Service is always on top of things and also fun. Ive never had a bad interaction with their staff.
Vibe was pretty good here. Came with my wife and a friend and we had fast service and really good food. The cheese curds, nachos, and buffalo chicken wrap were all fantastic. They have games that are not free to play and others that were so that would be my only negative here. Will be coming back again!
Great food and excellent service
Great bar all around. The food is good, particularly for a bar, and they have tons of craft beer options. The best part is they have tons of old school video games that you can play for free!
Food was great. Was excited about getting the special of the day. She took our order then came out and told us they only had 2 specials left and 4 of us wanted them. Otherwise the rating would be 4 stars as the food was good.
Enjoy with my friends great service
Fun and friendly environment!
Drinks great. Variety of games good. Need more pinball.
Love this place. This is the only bar my wife and I have ever gone just to hang out. We order a plate of nachos for $10 and not only is it super delicious, but it is HUGE! More than enough for two of us. They have plenty of beers on tap, free popcorn, and the games are free! Theres plenty of free parking in the area, its in a great location, and the service is great.
Burgers, tatter tots and an IPA. Delicious every time. I love going to this place to eat and sit at the bar in the afternoon and with my boyfriend for dinner. A win win.
This place was pretty cool, all the greats and some newer games. Free to play (except pinball) just bring your beer with you!
I wish there were more places around Salt Lake that offered things like this. I would come here multiple times a month if something like it was near ReplayReplay. Come for the Killer Queen. I am watching Replay videos of Killer Queen while I write this and am looking forward to the next time I can play! Replay has risen to a must visit in Chicago, IL for me now.Replay Replay.
Food.Great food, outdoor patio is great during patio season, the servers are nice and amicable.
Great selection of draft beers, beers are all written on a board above the bar. Which makes it very easy to see alcohol level, price and size. Burgers are tasty. Always a great time here.
Been there about 7 x. Always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and excellent service. Do miss the ratatouille wrap which is now off the menu. Sports bar feeling unless sitting outside. The above rating is from last year . It is now June 5, 2020, much has changed. Today I was turned away because I am single. This is their policy not the mayor or govenor. They claim they only have so many seats with the new guidelines. I understand, but feel discriminated against because I dine alone. I guess discrimination still exists, just a different group of people.
Really cool place to hang out with your significant other or friends
This place charges a buck or two too much for food and drinks, but the games are free so for me it evens out. This is a very popular establishment, even though it sends like people arent usually playing games, which I have trouble understanding, that seems like the point. The food is decent, good beer selection, solid drink craftery. Kids allowed during the day but not at night. If you want an arcade bar, this place is really nice. Decent game selection, some great old games and some more modern ones. Pinball costs money.
My first experience wasnt good at all! Im glad I gave it another chance. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic atmosphere, great food, and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to Check every menu item for ingredients my date is allergic to. Well most definitely be back!
The burgers were not cooked done enough! Service was not helpful.
I made a reservation for a birthday party. It was very fun, the waitress was great and everybody loved the food
Let me preface my rating by saying we came here on the first game of the Bear season versus the Packers. Bar has a fantastic beer selection and the menu is quite diverse. The windows were open and it was nice to have a breeze. I arrived an 1.5hr early and was able to get a table before the game and order a drink quickly. However, once the the crowd came in, service suffered dramatically. Recommend if you’re not in a rush or watching a major game. I’ll be back when it’s not so crazy to have a Pipeworks brew on the patio.0P.S they have free popcorn (just ask a server)
Great breakfast..
Such a fun experience. Great for groups ! If you are looking for a good restaurant, a fun bar with lots of options on the menu, or somewhere to relive good memories with vintage arcades, here you can find ALL THREE in one location.
I had the Chicken Caesar salad which was good. The waitress was very nice and careful. The outdoor tables was a big plus !
Amazing food and service! This is probably my favorite Replay location because of its open space/windows and their menu (the location on Sheffield doesnt serve food! Such a bummer!) The BBQ pulled pork flat bread was delicious! It had just the right amount of BBQ sauce and an excellent combination of flavors that made my taste buds dance! The cheese curds are one of the best in Chicago with a tasty batter. The only disappointment was the portion of the cheese curds - they should give you about a handful more, considering the price and that appetizers are to share (its more like a single appetizer portion).
Absolutely delicious food. A nice atmosphere and great selection of arcade games. Staff is all really nice, and doesnt take long at all to get your food.
Well, I tried it and I did not like it. It is not my kind of place and compared to the similar pubs in the area this is not matching for Andersonville. Food was just ok, soggy fries, super old grease smell, strange burning popcorn when you enter. Crazy loud, drinks were just not good. However their coffee was a great surprise, dark and velvety. I had the corn beef sandwich which came in a white French bread not what I was expecting meat had good flavor way to dry. My friend had egg Benedict they were ok and super greasy burnt breakfast potatoes. AWFUL service, had to wait too long for someone to even notice us. Even though we were right by the entrance. Never going back but if you like sports super loud places with ok food this is your place for sure.
Excellent service and food!
Such a fun place to go with really nice friendly staff, free games are a blast cocktails are done well. Their breakfast is absolute Dynamite period a family-friendly place and also an adult Hangout I appreciate the nostalgic free arcade. I also appreciate the wait staff and the ease of drinking and playing video games you really cant beat this place. Its a little pricey but, that is to be expected for Andersonville. And for Andersonville its actually pretty reasonable
We are from Maryland and after a long day of touring Chicago stopped here!! Best Reuben sandwich since I left NYC!! The service was excellent sitting outside... the food was absolutely tasteful!! We also got the double burger and the buffalo chicken wrap all was delicious!!! If I ever come back to Chicago we will be back to eat at Replay!!
Nice beer selection & specialty cocktails. Thought the food was going to be your average bar food but it was definitely better (their nachos are delicious). Staff is superb, friendly & attentive. Oh yeah, and free games :)
Amazing food I enjoyed the arcade machines I got 3rd place on Galaga I think it’s a one in a kind place I would suggest you visit
The replay in Andersonville is my go to burger joint. I love their smash burger, but I also love their Cubano. They also have really good veggie burger options too. They always have good beer on tap and Im a cider guy all the way. Replay is also attached to elixir if youre interested in a martini lounge experience as replay has an arcade.
Fun arcade bar restaurant with a good atmosphere for anyone. Although it is a bit cramped especially when its overwhelmingly crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. But either way.. Its good fun.
Free games and great beer list. Plus, their nachos are bomb.
Interesting spot with video games and an interesting atmosphere.
The trackball on Centipede needs to be fixed so you can move down and on the right side of cruisin usa the switch for second gear on the shifter is inoperative bit aside from that, decent selection of classic games on free play. Let me know if you need a new trackball assembly for centipede, I may be able to hook you up for a couple drinks
Always a good beer selection and fun games to play. They also have amazing music videos playing constantly. Cool neighborhood spot to meet up with the homies.
The food is always good. Third time Ive been here and never been disappointed. Many craft beers on tap and constantly rotating the types. The workers are very friendly and easy to talk to. If youre not there for the tv, always fun to play the arcade
Fantastic service, good drinks and decent food.
Our server was wonderful, quick, and super friendly. The burgers were GINORMOUS! I had the SW veggie burger. It was house made and delicious, but I had to eat it with a fork because it was too big for my face! Con: kinda difficult to have a conversation during peak hours since its pretty darn loud during a sportsball gamePro: FREE arcade games!!
Fun place.
If youre coming here to play arcade games you will be extremely disappointed. Came here a year or two ago and was bummed out that several of the games were broken. When I came back to Replay recently the same games were still busted.
Food is amazing and always fresh. The service is extremely polite and friendly. Fun place for your average video game player to play and have a bite to eat.
Decent food, okay drinks, average service
Great burgers, wide selection of beer
I really like it here! The food is consistently either good or very good. The beer list makes me happy. The staff is friendly.
Good food and free video games to pass some time. The classics games bring back fun memories!
Free games, good drinks, beautiful ppl.
I had so much fun at Replay in Andersonville, I had drinks and played games with friends and strangers!
Wish I could give them 3 1/2 stars. Friday and Saturday nights are great. They have a huge beer selection and the bartenders address solid. The service during happy hour on weekdays are hit oe miss. Unfortunately, last night was a big miss. The games are great, though.
While this place might be known for its arcade and great drinks... This actually is a great place for a healthy eater. The green beans are incredible and the salads are delicious. When you want to couple some day drinking without heavy bar food, youve found a winner. Then again, their fried food and burgers arent too bad either.
Had a wonderful time, fantastic food and service. I would strongly recommend you check this place out. Everyone was very nice to our large group. We are from California and came here for their special menu on Thanksgiving. Definitely try the BBQ Brisket sliders.
Love the throwback music. Great staff, delicious food great tap menu.
What a charming place in the heart of Chicago, you can play video games and eat tasty dishes with a cold refreshing beer
I came in with a group of friends a week ago and was very disappointed. The server came over, handed us menus, introduced himself, and left to give us some time. Thats the only thing that went normally. It took him 10-15 minutes before we even saw him again, and even then, I called out his name only to be ignored. It was another 10 minutes before he came back and took our drink and appetizer orders. Then, it took so long for our drinks, that our appetizers came out first. (We did finally get our drinks -just draft beers, nothing fancy- shortly after. )We figured hey, its an arcade bar, and since it was taking so long anyway, lets play, right? (After the orders were placed)Playing those games, unresponsive joysticks and buttons, made me wonder if they even have a technician. When the appetizers came, they were not to my liking. Could be a matter of personal taste, so i let it slide and just order a salad. (which i could only eat a few bites of, there was more dressing than salad, and it looked wilted)upon sending the appetizers back it finally hits the server were not happy, and he starts being more attentive, but by then its too late. The quality of the service, games, and food caused us to move elsewhere for the main course.
Nice local bar. Free arcade games and popcorn right up my alley. Good food.
Reasonable pub food, good drinks, nice staff.
Fun place, great for night eats or brunch
Really good beer line up, and great food. I wish they had better games. Bartenders are awesome.
Great bar with gold beer selection, friendly and attentive bartenders, good cocktails, and a decent selection of free to play arcade games. The games could use a bit more upkeep (a few have color messed up displays, and worse, a few have broken controllers). Overall though, I really enjoyed Replay Andersonville and highly recommend it.
Love it! Nice beer selection, great games!
Fun atmosphere. In the middle of Andersonville. Tons of draft beers to choose from. Good bar food with plenty to choose from. Wings are great. Good crowd, not as rowdy as the other location but more room. Oh yea, there are arcade games too.
