I mainly come here during the NFL Season becsuse this is largely a Steelers/Pittsburgh Bar! Placed is packed with Steelers Fans on Game Day especially when the Pens are in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Erin Fey is one of the most Humble, Fun, Down-to-Earth snd very interactive with her Customers! Even when mainky the Steelers and Pens Season dies down, the Pirates are a nice pick-me-up. What better way to enjoy a Steelers Game with their version of a Burger, The Roethlisberger! Also enjoy some of Pittsburghs Finest Beer, Iron Cities! Its always a Steelers Heaven especially on Sundays! Aside from all of that the Customers and Friends here have a nice pact to enjoy a Durkins Worth Experience.

Finding a Steelers bar in Lincoln Park, quite by happenstance, was a great surprise for us native Pittsburghers visiting our son, U of Chicago student. Will be back! The Irons were cheaper there than in the burgh!!

This place was recommended to me as a place to watch the penguins game in Chicago. When we got there every TV was on the Penn state game. We asked if they would change one and they said no. Whats the point in having over 20 TVs on the same channel?

Love this place. Every time Im in town, its a must. Great food and great vibe. So many creative selections of burgers and always great beer too. Metal and great food. Gets busy at dinner on weekends for sure. So get there early, or plan on a little wait. But totally worth it.

Very casual spot with moderately priced drinks and chill vibes. Came here with coworkers after a long night of work and wouldnt mind coming back. A little bit out of my way though as I work in the south loop and live in the southwest side.

I recently stopped here for the first time for the Iowa/Penn State game. Great time, crowd and drink specials. When closing out my tab was doubled and charged before I payed. I approached the waitress who immediately took my issue to the manager. They cancelled the charge and re-charged me the correct amount. Knowing that mistakes happen I was calm and collected. The waitress and manager both thanked me for being patient with the situation. Today I see my credit came back to my account. I thank the staff at Durkins for handling the situation professionally. My first impression of Durkins could’ve been a bad one but because of the wonderful staff I can say it was outstanding!

Food was fast, service slow as hell. Great sound systems and TVs for sports.

Great bar, lots of space. Penn State and Steelers themed, so game days are very PA focused! Be sure to reserve a seat at the bar in advance on those days.

Love this bar for penguins and Steelers game! Being from Pittsburgh it’s nice to have a spot in Chicago to cheer on the home teams. The food is surprising great as well. Be prepared for a packed house at night mainly a younger scene.

Love this bar but only know it on Sunday. Im a Steelers fan from Wisconsin and hit Durkins twice a season. Great fans, good beer prices, really good food and waitstaff is awsome even when packed.

Great place to watch a Steelers game

I had a pretty good time here last week. Pros: the music keeps things lively, drink specials all night ($1-2 shots every so often), other good deals on weekends, and great service. Cons: crowded, older crowd (a couple creepy guys, so dont go alone), and closing tabs takes forever so bring cash.

Went for GoT trivia night. Had a great time and their self-titled sandwich is definitely worth a try.

Nice local bar for Steelers games could us AC throughout and some bigger TVs but service has been great.

Racist bartender ignored us for half an hour and served everyone around us the entire time. The moment we tried to get his attention he threatened to break my arm and refused to serve us. They said they had a drink special for 15 minutes and then said we missed it and charged full price 5 minutes later.Over crowed. The drinks are overpriced and the margaritas are disgusting. Wouldnt bother going here.

A great place to watch a Pens game, a Penn State football game, and Steelers games. IC light and Iron City is available. Ive watched Pens playoff games here and it rivals Carson City in terms of excitement.

Trivia Wednesdays and $3 craft beer specials (anything that is $6 on the menu falls under this special) is amazing. The food, eh not so much. There are better places down the street.

Go Steelers! Certain staff are rude and snotty, the food is from next door and now cash only. But where there is a Steelers fan, theres a Steelers friend.

If a place could ever be rated party in the front liquor in the rear this is one of those places. Before 9 p.m. it is a neighborhood bar after 9 p.m. it is bro school all the way. But whatever mood youre in at some point in the evening youll probably find yourself at Durkins.

No frills Steelers themed bar with friendly service and decent beer selection. We went during the day so it was quiet but I can imagine it gets rowdy during games, cant imagine what it was like when the Pens won the cup.

I honestly liked this place until a drunk bartender by the name of Joe, decided to think it was ok to force someone to play a bar game only locals know! Then after telling me I need to buy shots for 6 individuals who I have never met! Then after telling a veteran hes not a man of his word solely because I would not buy shots for him & other strangers! Then afterwards telling me to finish my beer and leave because I was a POS! I then asked who was in charge, and this bartender continued to say dont be a Bi#$% and complain just drink your beer and leave! This is not what any veteran or a 1st timer should experience!

The special are good. But the service there is horrendous. Such racist waitressing. If your not white then your not getting any service. Totally disrespectful. Its like the waitresses think that your not going to tip well unless your white. Literally checked on every table to see if we needed anything but ours. Worst experience ever.

Comfortable laid back sports bar, as much of a neighborhood bar as Lincoln Park can have.

Very fratty and young crowd - no reason to visit unless youre in or just out of college. They do put on a great St. Pattys day though, and some of their other themed/holiday nights can be OK.

This place was actually cheap for a Chicago bar on the north side. My boyfriend and I met coworkers of his for a Thursday night drink and their specials that night were amazing.
