If It Is Good For The Goose, It Is Good For The Gander. This Neighborhood Spot Combines Great Living With An Outdoor Activities Space. Its Like Your Own Backyard, Without The Junkie! Throw Some Wood Chips On The Ground, Add A Curvy Slide, Some Jungle Gym Upgrades, Excavate A Man Made Lake Or Pond Expansion...Toss In A Basketball Court, Another Concrete Slab For Whatever, Some Grassy Areas & Vegetatation Of Natures Way. However, The Sun Will Haunt You Down Here; Its Not That Shaded. But, The Kids Area Is Partially Covered. Needless, The Locals Love It.

I would give it 5 stars but theres not enough covered seating around the play area but besides that the kids and I love it and animal friendly.

Im giving this park 5 stars for what it is.This park is not a big park and it does not have water and birds like the Google picture might show. Water and birds are in the adjacent neighborhood.The park has a lit basketball court and another basketball court sized concrete area for generic use.There is also a Ramada with a grill and a small-kid play area.There is another soccer field sized grass area for running around with your dog or kid.There are several doggie doo doo bag stations around the park as well.There is a sidewalk all the way around that measures under 1km for walking. Not useful for bikes.This park is a great little park that serves the adjacent neighborhoods, but I really wouldnt make a special trip out here. So, 5 stars for what it is.There are 4 Pokestops and 1 Poke-gym.

Wonderful place to hangout

Pecos Ranch Park is a beautiful park with two ponds. Theres a lot of sidewalk for walking the park. And the park is handicap friendly. There is usually a lot of people fishing. Theres a beautiful waterfall and quite a few ducks.

Beautiful neighborhood, a great place t to live and have a family. Its quiet and the lakes attract birds and other wildlife. Theres a large park for walking and a secure pool area.

Love this park. Tucked away in the neighborhood from heavy traffic. Always full of friendly kids and dog Friendly too!

You can turn on lights to play basketball at night. Lots of grass to play on. Shaded tables and jungle gym for munchkins.

Review of: Pecos Ranch ParkStreet side parking only. No restrooms. The play ground has a shade cover and is filled with wood chips. There are swings. There is basketball and a small field. and picnic benches. No ramadas really to have parties under.

Very nice grounds. Always clean and well-kept.

OK Place. There was a group of people learning TaiChi here. They changed location due to the crowd here.
