Great place to play basketball, nice indoor court that has open gyms more often than other places. Its only a few bucks (6 or 7?) to play all day even if youre not a Chandler resident, and less if you are.

Really great facility. Their birthday party packages are really great and the hostess Sai and Carla are phenomenal. They were great with keeping kids engaged and having fun! Definitely recommend if youre looking for a party cool party venue

Five stars for friendly staff, three for the equipment. It’s new and clean but the indoor track is tiny, the lighting is dim, and the equipment is pretty tightly fit together.

How are you supposed to play basketball with a mask when it comes down doesn’t make any sense and get warned once and get kicked out when people don’t even wear mask the whole time

A better deal you cannot find. No money down, no contract, $30 a month for single membership. Hours are great too. Free weights, benches, bars and a great variety of cardio equipment make this a great place to stay in shape. Friendly staff and members.

Great for the kids and adults. Nice selection, fun activities, clean, and good staff.

If you’re an advanced lifter at all, just stay away from this place. Got yelled at by a patron for “being too loud” while re-racking 275 on the bench press. Apparently metal on metal sounds should be quiet, guess i missed that part. Great gym for cardio and people who ‘think’ they can lift. :)

This is the best gym in the area. I use quotes because its much more than a gym. Always clean, not over crowded, supper helpful people there. Its run by the city so well taken care of. Great trainers if you want one. Good value. Lots of equipment, walking loop indoors, 2 gym floors, specific class rooms. Clean locker rooms.

The front receptionist was professional as can be very friendly made me feel welcomed with her welcoming attitude and very motivated personality. As a new Resident to Chandler I was in search of a gym to workout in. A friend told me about the Tumbleweed Center, for $30 a month its a bargain, with basketball courts and Racquetball courts and an indoor track for both walking and running, and a workout area with all the equipment you need

No contract, can pay month to month. Cheaper if you pay for two adult plan! Can even pay just for one day if you wanted to. Up to date equipment, very clean place that has wipes around the floor for you to use. Locker rooms have digital locks and key lockers as well. Love the inside track too! Only downside is limited hours open (other gyms usually have 24/7 hours) but very small downside for an amazing gym!! I love it!

The fitness center is wonderful and has everything a person needs to get in shape. The weight room can get tight during peak hours, so keep that in mind. Two power racks, a smith machine, and dumbbells go up to 125 lbs. One bench press and one leg press.Awesome walking track and miles of cardio equipment. Lots of classes. Front desk super friendly and helpful.The park itself is HUGE and provides a place to jog/run and offers solace from suburbia.

Tumbleweed Recreation Center (TRC) is a wonderful fitness center with all the exercise equipment, indoor walking path, 2 fabulous gymns but TRC is so much more. Just recently started working out here and I absolutely love it. They have so much going on and everything is new and in working condition. Occasionally I use the track to run and its a great switch up from the treadmill. Everyone is always friendly. Not to mention its affordable- love this place!

This place is great. been in the gym business all my life, and Im very impressed with the equipment and staff. membership costs are also very reasonable. I would recommend tumbleweed to anyone looking for a great place to work out as well as get involved in other activities.

Theres so much to do for people of all ages. My son enjoyed the Tree house play room that was stocked with options for educational, imagination and physical activity. Indoor and outdoor area makes it a fun and safe space to allow my child to play outside our home. Staff is friendly and youll find calanders and pamphlets promoting all the information about upcoming classes, activities, lessons, and events offered at the facility each month.

As a Chandler resident I find this facility to be one of the greatest benefits of this community. I used to just attend large community events here, like food fairs, concerts, sports events, etc. Then I started walking my Boxer dog around the grounds, and I noticed the well appointed playgrounds for the young children. The children were naturally attracted to the dog and he to them. I was just there to bring the two together. It was a symbiotic relationship of epic enjoyment all around. My wife and son joined to use the exercise facilities, and then I found out about their Open Pickleball times on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Ive met some of the nicest residents at this facility.

I love working out here. I have never had a gym membership that I liked more. It is a great community place, they have lots of events, the price is better than a corporate gym, they have all the basic equipment I need to lift weight. My only complaint is that a lot of the gym goers are TERRIBLE at reracking their weights, but that is not really a criticism of anything this place is doing.

First time here for a Making Manga class for my 15 year old daughter. She really enjoyed it and is excited about the next class! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Beautiful facilities!

I love it in here, There are so many great people. They have so many great perks, free stuff too. The people in here are amazing, very supportive and fun.

Wonderful park to spend an entire day at with the kids! I have been there for work events, play dates, sporting events, and dozens of birthday parties. I have done several Photo shoots at Tumbleweed since they have a ton a great places for family photos!

Clean, well maintained. For 45 dollars for two people for month, you get unlimited access to the gym floor and various group fitness exercises ( zumba, cardio strength circuit, yoga, piyo, cycle and so on). The staff is friendly and polite. Trainers are good. You wont get individually tailored programs on the group package and can buy those separately. Im only visiting for a few months and I am seriously impressed by the city of Chandlers amazing public rec center. They work hard to makethis a good experience for everyone. Vicky Lang is helpful and patient, listens to your questions. Rayn is a good trainer, enthusiastic and helpful and great at teaching. Roberta is another good trainer. I wish the city paid the trainers more money so they wouldnt keep leaving, replaced by younger trainers. Recommended

I have always like TRC. Clean and well maintained facilities and machines. What I dont like is that doesnt have hours like the regular gyms and the price is high compared with some gyms.

A recreational center that doesnt offer teen orientation on the weekend. . How convenient.
