Nice little neighborhood park, with the standard amenities. There is a playground for kids, a full size basketball court, and plenty of space to walk your dog, or play some soccer. There are also several paved walking paths.

Beautiful small, green park located next to an elementary school in a quiet neighborhood. The green area its expansive enough for soccer or playing fetch with a dog that needs a lot of space to run.

The park was clean and well kept. Have a good time.

Nice park with lots of trees and shade. The playground is fun and has swings. Lots of grass and smooth sidewalks. No bathroom tho

Good park but the swingset needs shade.

We frequent this park every day and for the most part, we like it. There isnt much besides 4 swings and the main jungle gym. There are two spinning things but they arent much to play on. It would be nice to see additional items that the kids could utilize better. The play area is all wood chips so thats nice. Its also covered with a canopy which is also great.

Clean and very well kept

It was a nice clean park, plenty of space tucked away in a neighborhood. We had 8 kids with us. No complaints from them. No bathrooms.

Spacious good looking

Great playground and lots of space to run. The kids especially liked the sidewalk trails for riding bikes and scooters. However, there is no bathroom or port-a-potty available, so plan accordingly! It was hard on our little ones who are currently potty training.

Im very glad this park is named after my family. The Hoopes family originated at a large tract of land, given to Daniel Hoopes. He had 17 children, with 3 different wives. We are not mormon, his wives kept passing away during those early days. The Pennsylvania land was given to Daniel Hoopes as a land grant from William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania. This was about 1723.

Well the small community park is nice for a family day. There is no rest room, and also there is a lot of dog feces around the side walk and the grass.

Its a nice park, I always see kids playing there especially on the basket ball courts... The city keeps it clean and well lit at night.

Great Staff, All About The Kiddos!

Such a fun little community park with a covered playground. We used to live on Palomino so this was our fave park since we could walk there. Basketball courts, lots of sidewalk and tons of grass. We still come here when we are in the area. If youre lucky you can catch the sprinklers on during the summer which is the best! But just know there are NO BATHROOMS. The parking lot is shared with the school if you are wondering where to park.

Good size, wide open park with trees and play areas

A friend lives about 2 blocks from there I was staying at his place for awhile so I would walk around the park picking up empty water bottles and aluminum cans and watching the ducks.

Nice big playground for tennis ball cricket league game.

Was leaving recyclables. Shows goons but they are not on park property. Needs an edit. Later Chandler closed open recyclable spot due to someone mixing recyclables and trash.

Its a beautiful place to fly a kite, shoot some hoops maybe play some soccer or have a picknix.

The park is right next to and elementary school and people walk thier dogs at this park all the time. Its most active on the week days surprisingly instead of week ends. People tend to play basketball and rarely Soccer.

This is a great place to walk a dog. Lots of open grass area, and lots of plants around the park. For people who play Pokemon GO, there are also 4 stops and a Gym here.

Was a nice little park. Little for sure but still a nice place to come walk, read,relax take some time for self reflection! Always a good thing. directions were good, entrance easily noticable. I personally like desert breeze a little better but a Park is a park and Im grateful theres many to go to. We need more of them to step up and out restrooms at all these places. Very few have them and with kids it can be difficult. Enjoy

Excellent service and food for a very fair price

No bathrooms and its very hard to get to unless you park your vehicle on the school property.

Soccer field, basketball field, softball backstop... Plus a good playground and covered picnic areas. There are several stations neighbors keep stocked with bags for picking up after dogs. Lots of trees around the perimeter with a wide open Playfield.

Park needs to be cleaned up. There is dog poop everywhere. The grass is dead.

Not bad for a neighborhood park. There are covered picnic tables and BBQs, a nice sized playground which is also covered (helps keep the kiddos cool), a basketball court, soccer field and plenty of grass space to play and run around. No bathrooms is the downside. My little one couldnt last very long there without having to go potty so we had to leave earlier than we had planned

Lots of trees, 3 gazebos spread out, their own charcoal grills surrounding a good sized playground with a canopy over head for shade. And A basketball court!

Been goin to this park for quite awhile now! My kids always love goin here and their playground set is pretty fun plus they have baby swings and big kid swings!

Nice playground, basketballcourt, covered areas, and plenty of space for football, soccer, Frisbee, kickball, etc. Soccer field has goals but not lines. No baseball or tennis courts.

A great park, well-maintained and safe. City of Chandler does a great job. Surrounding neighborhood has a friendly feel as well.

The park is prone to vandalism and Ive found drug paraphernalia a few times, but ultimately its cleaned up quite a bit in the past few months.

Grew up playing at this park. Standard play ground, ramadas, and a large open field.
