The attached photo was provided by a Teacher that attended on 01/15/20. Description: 5th grade field trip(200 attended). As part of the package, each student were to receive 2 slices of pizza and a water (pizza was provided by Z pizzeria). As you can see, the slices were extremely small, about half the size of a typical slice. Once all the children were served, there were 10 to 12 pizzas remaining. Several children were asking for seconds so a teacher asked a staff member if some of the children could have seconds. The Jump Street attendant replied, no, the contract is for each child to get two slices and a water. Confused, a teacher pointed out the remaining pizza, in which the attendant replied, the remaining pizza will be given to the Jump Street staff. In one-hand, I understand Jump Street didnt make or cut the pizza so its not their fault. But common sense tells you these slices are extremely tiny, even for a 11 year old! However, on the other-hand, I wonder if this is the norm, that Jump Street and Z are just ripping-off the schools/parents! Lots of upset students and parents
We have been to a lot of the indoor play paces with the kids and for my older kids this is their favorite. They have a good area for small kids that has three trampolines and a couple large blowups. Then for the bigger kids there are multiple long trampolines for tricks, basketball tramps, a large wall to jump off into a large blowup, Dodge ball (this is a favorite of my oldest) although be warned there are some older bigger teenagers playing in here and they throw pretty hard there was a girl that got her glasses broken and a bloody nose last time we were there, spinning arms the kids have to jump over or duck under, bucking bull, and then some obstacle courses that my younger kids absolutely loved. Its usually pretty busy when we go but we tend to go when kids are out of school for breaks and in Arizona we are always looking to get out of the heat. My daughter has fun but its definitely more geared to my boys, though this has nothing to do with her sex and everything to do with her personality as she would much rather be doing something low key.
Awsome place great in every way.
Socks not good. No dodgeball. My best experience there was leaving. Why cant I run karen.
We had my daughters birthday party here. It was well done and the staff is great. Id recommend them any time.
This place is awesome... Me and my two year old come here just about once or twice a month and have a blast! Staff members are always so friendly and helpful at keeping everyone safe!
Its amazing but I wish there was no hight limit for the little kids
NO STARS!!! Employees are soo rude & unprofessional. If you hate your job, why are you there?? Also, not even worth the price. Take your kids somewhere else.
It is a nice place for the jumping experience. They have a couple of a rodeo bull there as well. Not recommended for little kids though. There are a couple of items that the too little ones cannot participate.
I don’t work here but am friends with the staff nice people
Maam,I wanted to reach out to you and Express some great comments about your Manager Maria. I have spent 25 years as A GM of large dealerships and also as a Lieutenant for the Arizona Rangers dealing with people, situations and business. I happened to visit your establishment yesterday for the first time with my 2 boys. I noticed a situation arise with a very argumentative father and a little hostile. I sat and watched as your Manager Maria dealt with the situation, and I was highly impressed with her ability not only to diffuse the situation, but react with such a high level of professionalism that she needed to be rewarded with HIGH KUDOS! I also watched as she would patrol the areas and watched as she never sat stagnant and was always ensuring everyone was doing their jobs and she was also cleaning, straightening and overall ensuring everyone had a joyful, pleasurable and amazing experience. Its hard to say enough about what I witnessed from such a driven individual. I met her at the counter afterwards and even asked her age as I was in awe at her leadership. I told her to never change a thing in life and that she would be highly successful. To many times businesses always only here the down side of bad things, but she truly is a high level representative of your organization. Congratulations on such an amazing Manager.Great Job Maria...10 Stars and 2 thumbs way up!Rich- an impressed Father and GM
Nice place for kids fun but too pricey.
We had our sons birthday party there and it was terrible !!! The only good part was the party hostess. She was attentive and very helpful. That is where the good part stops. They will yell at your kids for absolutely everything they do. They are kids and want to have fun so cut them some slack. Also, they have this obstacle course that could fit about 20 kids at a time and they let one kid at a time go through which means they will spend half of the two hours you get waiting in line. So I guess what I am saying is if you want you kids to get constantly yelled at and have to wait 10 min in line to have fun the whole time then this is the place to go !!!
All of the employees here are great! Lets be honest... dealing with crazy bouncing children is tough, and everyone is always so friendly! The two gentlemen working behind the counter this evening were exceptional! Thank you for your kindness and we will certainly be back to play again soon!
Not super busy, pricey... Which was probably why its not super busy. It was clean, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and had seating for adults.
Great to have parties here great people
Very clean friendly fun atmosphere. Took the niece and nephew and they had a blast. Theres so much to do even for the little ones. The staff is great. They keep an eye out for all of the children at all times ensuring your child/children are safe. Theres plenty of parking. Easy access to and from the road. A great place to take your kiddos to run out their energy while you sit back and enjoy watching them laugh, interact with other children and enjoy themselves.
My son always has a blast when he goes. It’s been such a joy seeing my son over the years go from the little toddler bounce area and now at five years old, he’s a “big boy” and is able to bounce and climb anywhere he chooses. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and no smelly feet smell. You won’t be disappointed!
Great place my 2 year old had a blast and the associates were all amazing!
Fun place for the family. Restrooms were a little dirty and some the attractions were closed.
A little bit dirty but good time with my kids
Fun to get out some energy
Great place for kids under 13
My grandson loves it here! Great place, staff is very friendly.
Great place to go for family fun. Lots of different things to do here.
There are better alternatives nearby.
Went for a birthday party. There was no one at the waiver counter to check my children in and give them bracelets. So my kids went to jump on the trampolines and were kicked off. I went to the front counter to get help and they told me to go back to the back counter where there was STILL no one even after I explained that to the front counter people. They had 2 bulls for the kids to ride which were also for the most part unattended. It was a full staff of teenagers with no customer service skills to be seen. I will NOT be having any parties here. Uptown jungle has more trampolines and private party rooms. Very disappointed since this place would have been a great location being a mile from home.
Its fun to go and hang out and jump around with friends and family. The staff is laid back and fun to be around most of the time. This is a great place to go too for birthdays. Service is good and I would recommend that you go here too jump around and have fun.
The kids have a lot of fun but I feel like it is expensive for what they get compared to other trampoline places.
1st time here for a bday party loved the different activities and friendly staff. Took 2 stars away because nobody seemed to want to turn the A/C after numerous of requests. Plus u dont get free socks with party like urban air in awautukee
Love this place. Best way to tier your kids before bed.
Hit and miss with the staff, some are pleasant and some are cold. Lots to do if your kiddos are 5 and older, but a very limited selection if theyre younger than that. Place could use a little tlc, but its clean and nothing seems dangerous or broken.
Great for kids of all ages! Clean, good price, and kids love it. It is a good way to entertain them in the summer. Its so nice to have a place like this where they can get some energy out and escape the summer heat.
My kids loved the place and thank u Mariah for helping out with an upgrade
It is very unfortunate that I had to put a one star review we went for a birthday party on 2/23/19 and everything was going well we so far had been dealing with very tentative employees. Towards the end of our party my 6 year old decided to ride the mechanical bison for a second time, she had rode it when we first got there a male employee was operating the machine and went very slow to ensure no accidents occurred. The second time a young female employee was operating the machine my 6 year old asked her to go slow however she did not I was unable to ask the women to slow down before she was tossed of and rushed to the hospital before getting to eat her cake or open presents. The supervisor Mariah was very polite and professional however the employee that was operating the bison went up to the manager and sarcastically said it looks fine while she was writing her incident report. It did not look fine it was bent out to right and she is now in a cast for a broken radius and bent ulna. You sign a waiver stating that they are not liable if anything happens which I was completely fine with because I was under the impression that every employee was properly trained to ensure the safety of the children when at play.
State of the art indoor assorted trampoline arena. Grandkids loved it and plenty of exercise. Teenagers working there very attentive keeping everyone safe.
Grat place for the whole family. Lots of entertainment. My boy loves the basket ball area. Having said that the place can use some remodeling
It was fun. Kids loved it. Host was fantastic and friendly
Ive been going to the chandler location nonstop for 1 year every friday
The staff is very young but so respectful. They interact with the children and are just great people with great energy. We are regulars now. Lol
Brought my kid and his friends for a bday party. They had a blast. Good price and even the people not jumping had fun.
Neat trampoline park for kids of all ages.
What do you want me to say... its a jump house. Ive seen better, Ive seen worse.
The girls had a blast but it was a bit expensive. Not being able to bring food is an inconvenience but my daughter & her friends didnt mind that. Friendly, helpful staff.
A lot of fun for the family!
Great place for taking the little ones. All the staff members I interacted with where great!
Soon as you walk in the door its a strong Odor of feet. It smells really bad not too mention half of everyone is running around with no socks. I dont think they wipe the place down either.
Great and entertaining place! Will be going back!
We were here for a birthday party. We went there on a Monday and it was not busy at all. My daughter enjoyed everything they offered there. The staff were nice but I think they need to communicate more. We had to sign waivers to jump and we were ready to sign in (@frontdesk) but was told to go party area (in the back) and when we got there, they told us to go up front to sign waivers. Hahaha...(we had to walk back and forth a couple times) the staff did apologize for the confusion on there part. I didnt mind the extra steps I had to do but I can imagine someone getting upset about that. I would definitely be returning. I recommend this location and on a Monday.
Berry fun place to take kids
Very clean. I think they just got new carpets. Have better attendants than other trampoline parks. Nice big place, not claustrophobic feeling. Good price for kids.
The kids always havr so much fun whem we come here. This one of the neatest things that someome could have thought of for kids in the summer im arizona. The prices are very reasonable andthere is something to do for the whole familf from the grandparents all the way to an infant child. Keep up the great work. Your team is amazing... Also an amzing place to do a party or a group gathering
A great place to allow children to bounce off some steam. Organized staff that were very attentive to the needs of the children. Go early if you want to bounce care-free.
Not a fan at all. I wanted to take my two boys to a different trampoline park but I didn’t want to make the drive. Since we just moved to Gilbert I figured I’d try Jump Street since it was closer. The kids area is for 4 and under and since my older son is 5 I was told (when I called before I came) he couldn’t jump in the kids area. So I lied and said he was 4 so I didn’t have to leave my 5 year old alone while I was watching my 1 year old. Whatever, we made it work (although that’s not gonna last much longer). Then they told me that I couldn’t jump which is super annoying considering my baby just turned 1 today and could barely “jump” without assistance so every 3 seconds he would fall and smack his face on the ground because I couldn’t help him. My 5 year old kept whining because he wanted me to play with him and I had to keep telling him that I wasn’t allowed to. (the other place we go to let’s parents jump with their kids so he didn’t understand why I had to tell him no) Half the games were out of order (it was my last effort at making my kids happy before we left) so that was a fail. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the friendly staff. The price for 4 and under was great too especially because it was an all day pass. But if I had given my older sons actual age I would have paid double and that would not have been worth it at all. I was more frustrated that we came there to celebrate my baby’s 1st birthday and I was looking forward to playing with my boys and instead I had to sit and watch. I understand that it’s for the safety of other kids but we were literally the only people in the kids area and I still couldn’t jump with MY kids. Super frustrating and I wish I had just gone to the normal trampoline park we always go to. I won’t be coming back here again. At least not until my kids are much older and don’t need my help.
The kids love the place and its a good spring break place to go thats close and a lot of kids to have fun with.4/30 Back again for more fun. No teachers, No problem, go to Jump Street.
We had a bad time there. The glass walls are very close to the jumping area, my son was jumping and hit to the glass wall, he cried so hard, his face was bruise, but no employee care about that, noone came and asked. He cried all the way back home. I can tell the design not safe for kids, so dangerous. Never come back again.
Awesome place to take the kids.
I just went for the 1st time last month. My son and my boyfriends boys had a blast. Its clean and they have done a good job at making it safe for the kids. Great place to go for exercise and family time..
Works really hard to accommodate unreasonably large groups and dudes so without compromising quality for any attendees. Honestly impressive
Trenton has to be one of the best employees Ive encountered in a long time he went above and beyond to help accommodate me while my daughter jumped! I am so impressed with his style and integrity! HE makeS jump street the place 2 be!
A little limited for younger kids, decent price for me 3 year old to burn off all that excess energy. Generally dont purchase food items due to price.Update 7/1/18: We attended again today to find that the whole place is now available to children 5 and over which is great for our 5 year old who has been eagerly awaiting to use the big trampolines however this does come at a price. The prices for this age have now doubled, causing a prior trip for $12 to now $22.
Had a birthday party and host was no help, and table are hidden way in the back. This place could be a little bit more lively and hype.
Great family place
Feels a bit dingy, kids adore it. Its a fun place for the kids for sure.
Good place to let the kids burn off energy. It can be a little expensive but its a large air conditioned place you can have fun at. Give them a shot we had a lot of fun.
Improvements needed. While Jumpstreet may be fun for a good 15 to 20 minutes there are some flaws. No matter how colorful and bright the trampolines are, all of that gets overlooked by the employees attitudes. Almost all of the staff working there had a bland and boring facial expression, you can feel the negativity in the air even with the upbeat pop music blasting in your ear. Also, my friend and I feel as though there should be more obstacle courses or just something else to add more fun.
Went there with my work group for our Christmas party and honestly I enjoyed it although it was jam packed full of Sonic Drive-in workers its ok.
I like the associates that work there they all attentive and clean cut. Im not sure about the price 14 dollar an hr per kid. And 6.99 xtra hr
Place is good for the kids. One major thing I loved besides them separating the young kids from everyone else is that they open up early on the weekends for kids with Autism. Very cool and respectable for this business to do this.
Awesome place to take my kids! Prices are bit pricery now but still worth the penny it wares out the kids quickly such a good spot for the weekend
One awesome place to be with kids. Its is good for kids >4-5 years, slightly less options for younger kids.
Lots of fun for older kids prices are a lil out of hand
This place is really fun and well priced. My 5 year old really liked the obstacle course and the young kid area was great for him and my 2 year old. The rest of the attractions were for kids age 7 and up
Just raised there prices. 32 bucks and change for a 6 and 8 year old to jump for 60 minutes. Complete rip off. The staff was really friendly and helpful but this is easily the most overpriced place in town. This will be my last time here.
Fun place. Reasonable prices. Clean
Dont waste your time or money. $16 for one hour, go to Urban Jungle in Mesa so much more worth it. My 2 year old daughter was nervous to get on the trampoline and since there were 3 other parents on the trampoline a few minutes prior,I stepped on it with her (no one else was on it) and was told very rudley that I needed to get off.
Great time for the kiddos!
$5 my daughter jumped all day. 3 and under I believe. Really good time.
My daughter absolutely loves it here. They have a special area just for toddlers wich is great. Very fun environment for everyone plus free wifi
Went with some friends, we all have children under 7. Children under 7 have a small area to play and it gets full after a short period of time. They see the big kid section and rather go play over there. Also parents are not aloud on trampoline, I think that is kind of lame.. probably will go back but may check out other similar places first.
Great place for b-day party! 11 year old boys ... 7 of them ... they had a blast!
Is very pricey. Kids have fun. Should have a better pricing structure. $15 for one hour of jumping????
Its alright but they have a lot of restrictions that prevent you from having a good time. plus theres a lot of little kids running around so its hard to find a place to jump unless you go during the weekdays. Wouldnt really recommend it because like i said theres a lot of restrictions (no running, doublejumps, etc.)
Great place to go for birthday partys
My boys had a blast.
Fairly well kept. Party attendants are very friendly and helpful. Fun for all ages.
My baby brother, who is two, his name is diesel,, and I went here. Diesel was jumping on the kid trampoline then no other kid was even in the place so I helped him learn to jump better and not get hurt. So an employee saw me and said, you cant just on that. It was so dumb and annoying even though no other kid was here and I was helping my baby brother
Jumpstreet is best place for kids Staff was good and helpful.Amazing experience!!!
This place is fun! It keeps the kids busy and is a great outlet for them to release a lot of energy. I would give this place a higher rating, but their staff was very unfriendly and unenthusiastic. No one wants to be greeted with frowns. Cheer up folks!
Rude staff. If your kids are under 8 dont waste your money their limited to everything. If there under 3 theres litterally 2 things they can participate in.
