Good place to take the kids to get some energy used. Not much staff so not all the obstacles were open at the same time, but they eventually got to them all, and they were really friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and free refills was a plus. I would definitely return again.
What an exhilarating experience! Theres fun for all ages and the staff here is great. I was very pleased with how supportive and informative the staff was as I took on all the activities of my choice with the Day Pass. They were eager to answer any questions I had and ensure my safety. This is a fun by yourself or with a group of friends. Better yet, its not only great entertainment, its a fun way to get a workout in. I didnt expect it, but after a couple wonderful hours of fun, I left sweaty and completely satisfied. So give it a go! Test your balance, challenge your fear of heights, push yourself to the limit or just enjoy a fun night out with friends or day out with the co workers.
The kids had a great time - already asking to go back. Good place for a birthday party!
Really fun place! Michael and the staff are really personable and amazing! They took care of us and provided great customer service! Thank you guys for an awesome time!!
My kids had so much fun!! The harnesses hurt a little. I would definitely recommend yoga pants or gym pants of some kind, climbing gloves, and some of the fun needed real tennis shoes. There was a great amount of space. Plenty of places for the adults to hang out and watch. The staff was amazing super interactive and positive. Grip socks are required, but available for purchase for $2.50.
Fix your closing time on Google!!! Bought the Groupon live out of town now I spent money I cant even use. My son was super excited now hes really upset.
Service could be better, need more staff avail for each attraction/station and for food. But all together a great place for a birthday party and food was delicious!! (Some stations not avail at the moment due to corona virus)
This place was amazing. Definite pro is NO time limit. So if your child has 6 hours worth of pent up energy you can stay as long as you want! The place was clean, had hand sanitizer dispensers. From the numerous trampolines, foam pits, basketball courts, slide, rock climbing wall and projector games on the floor- running out of something to do will be hard to accomplish. This was my 1st visit and Ill definitely be back!!!
Awesome experience and friendly staff! The skywalk is a ton of fun but not for those afraid of heights.
This place isnt just for kids! I went on a Thursday afternoon and found a group of Moms all there without their kids. I also saw a couple of homeschooling parents with their kids. It was a great way to do something physical since its still over 110° outside. Definitely go midweek if you can do you wont have to wait so long for the various activities. If your child has a birthday, there are 4 party rooms in the middle of the facility. AND there is a large area for parents/kids to lounge.
As an adult, I had a such a great time here. The events are challenging enough for teens and adults, and younger kids still have a blast.I went on a holiday where school was out, so of course the place was packed. Yet it didnt feel busy. The time I waited in line I spent working up my courage I would point out that I wouldnt come here just to bounce on the trampolines. They are square and small, so I wouldnt recommended for a tumbling other than straight up and down back tucks/front punch (back and front flips)
Its a really cool place and fun. The thing that sucks the most is that the time we are going through right know they sometimes close early because no one goes there during the day.
This place is fantastic! They were so accommodating with our daughters party since we had to keep changing the date during the shutdown. The pizza and wings were delicious! The staff was wonderful as well! Everything was clean and the kids had a blast!
Jakub is a beast he should get a raise because he’s a epic fortnite gamer
We been at the front office for 10 mins and no one came out...
We came frome Glendale to Celebrate a Birthday on 8/8 all 5 of my Children had an amazing timeI Spoke eith Mike the Manager super nice very attentive staff pizza and wings well worth it.
This place was a ton of fun!! Came for my nephews birthday and I ended up doing more than the kids. Skylar is an amazing employee and helped us a lot on the different things. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to keep the kids busy for several hours.
BEWARE: A kid fell from the trust fall (very high) and paramedics had to take him, today when we were there. The carabiner broke which caused the fall, and those should be closely maintained. There are NO mats or pads below this structure or another similarly tall structure next to it, which is an oversight. You could hear the thud when the boy fell, and we all left with a pit in our stomach. We hope the best for the family. Something we won’t forget. The manager said she couldn’t tell me what had happened when I asked her. It was impossible then to enjoy ourselves there after witnessing that terror. Super cool looking place, but when you can’t trust the equipment which must be regularly inspected and swapped out after it’s effective use time period, or the people who run the activities and should be inspecting things between every use, then it’s just not the place for my family. For reference, the structure he fell from is in my picture, red and white painted, with a tiny platform, no mats below. Could you imagine falling from that?!
We got the $77 Family Pizza special, upgraded 2 of the passes, 1 pair of socks for a total of $94.30. Honestly with their free WiFi the adults watched the kids, took way too many pictures, and enjoyably hung out for nearly 4 hours.PROS:PRICE - 4 hours of entertainment (no screens) for a family of 6 (plus pizza) for under $100 is reasonable.STAFF - super friendly staff. Jakub, the staff member who holds the hi-ropes course record, made my 2 youngest boys feel really special about their climbing ability. Definitely went the extra mile.CLEAN - the place was nice for a place that has kids running around without shoes all day.NOT BUSY - Monday from 1-5pm was a great time to be there uninterrupted.CONS:-Slightly short staffed which meant my kids had to go get a staff memeber when they wanted to do something but they were always available and it was a Monday so I don’t hold it against them.-Bought a soda at 1pm and the machine wasn’t turned on so we only got soda water the first 2 cups.-Included pepperoni pizza in the family pack. wasn’t amazing but it did keep the kids going and had a good amount of cheese.-Checkin/waiver process was a little annoying as a first step.
2nd time here it was less crowded and that made it perfect. This place is spacious, offers so many activities its fun for any age. The kids really have a good time a great way to escape the AZ heat.
Our family is having a fun birthday party and apparently if you have a cake and do not PAY for a booth then you can NOT cut the cake so the kids will miss out. The price is not at all reasonable at all for the pizza. The pizza is not good at all. The manager is nice and kind hearted but the other staff is not kid to there customers at all. If you just come to relax and play the place is great and Amazing..... just amazing......
I love this place. The staff is so nice and the lines aren’t too long even on a Saturday! Fun day and family friendly.
This place is a fun location but has many minor flaws. The first is that every worker seems to be listening to their phones rather then paying full attention to customers. Second they claim to close at 10 PM but by 930 all but the trampolines were closed so in reality they closed at 930. Last is super minor but the restrictions on the rides are not displayed real well except for where the ride start . This could lead to purchasing a pass that includes something your child can not even ride or get on .
Groupon deal was a good price but no pizza for 3 person deal and most attractions are closed unless you pay extra.
Weve been here for a birthday party and a Groupon special, and we have just loved it! There are activities for all ages and we were there for hours without the kids getting bored. We highly recommend it, and our kids are so excited to get a little taller to do some of the more teen-related activities.

Those who dont jump will never learn to fly. Always one of our favorite family dates and a great way to burn of those holiday calories. Thanks for an epic evening @gravity_extreme_zone #gravityextremezone #exploreaz #lfthx #organicad
Theyre really relaxed and easy going here. The staff isnt breathing down your back to be overbearing at every station. I like how the price is good for all day rather than by the hour.
Winter break fun at Gravity Extreme!!! We had a great time, from jumping trampolines, to indoor rock climbing, bungee jump and even trying out their cafe!
Very fun experience for my older boy (He’s 10).Staff was friendly, environment was clean and I liked how open the floor space was. The drop slide and the moon bounce trampoline were a hit with my son. But the trampoline part was also spacious with many different activities. I’d probably come back and do an adult day with my friends. Very fun.
This place is so fun for kids and adults alike. Prices are reasonable and even the lowest package provides plenty of entertainment. While I was there only for about an hour and a half, the packages are for full day entertainment. You must buy a pair of their socks the first time you go. It appeared that birthday parties are welcome. The family package for 4 people includes pizza.
First time visitor here! We went on a Tuesday evening and had free rein of the place. We only had a limited amount of time, so made sure to at least do the Skywalk. To qualify, you have to complete the rock wall to prove you have the upper body strength to complete the course. Once you start the skywalk you cant give up or turn back. If you fall, you have to pull yourself back up onto the course and continue on. Thats a little intimidating, so I began nervously. After the first 3 sections I began to question my life choices. Its not for the faint of heart! Many of the challenges move beneath you. I tackled all ten sections of the course carefully, and it took me a good 45 minutes. It can be completed much faster with practice, but I was proud of how well I did! It included things like a balance beam, tightrope walking, leaping from swing to swing, and platform to platform, a zipline, etc. If you have the chance and love thrill activities, give this one a shot! They also have the leap of faith (where you jump from a platform to try and grab a punching bag looking thing), an inverted ramp that allows you to feel like youre free falling, trampolines, foam pits, and many other activities. Wish we couldve spent more time there, but we were sore enough as it was! Weve had many people express interest in coming next time they visit! Please come out with a monthly rate like a gym membership!
Great place for older kids to explore, while you relax.
My kids love this place! They have so much fun and are always so sad when its time to leave, they could play here all day.The staff has always been very friendly, patient, and helpful with all the kids they interact with. The snack bar has some great options too and for a place like this prices are very reasonable, my kids love the pizza. Its a great place for adults to play too, I just personally like to take advantage of the time my kids are so well occupied without me to get reading and such done. ️
Look out for high employees. The bathroom gets smokey and it’s not for an ambiance affect. This place is fun until you realize the teenage staff is stoned and they don’t even know how to pass a pen inconspicuously. I talked to a few staff and they were clearly out of it and I can only speculate that the kids who fell 15 feet were harnessed in by either a really dumb employee or a really high one. It’s a great place to have fun just be sure to keep your kid safe.
A lot of fun for kids! Bring grip socks or purchase for $2.50, there is a locker rental fee for $2.00. Chairs for adults are comfortable and there are lots of snacks. Bring closed toe shoes if you want to use the rock wall. Don’t forget to check Groupon for some good deals. Was not overly crowded and staff was friendly.
My kiddos love coming here! They enjoy all the different activities available and the staff and super nice. As a parent, I like how clean the facility is
This place is HUGE! Before I say all the good things, I will say that it was a bit hard to find. There is no real advertisement showing where it is or any of kind of bright noticeable sign that says they are there. However, my son had WAY too much fun! The basketball hoops were his favorite. They also have an area with the trampolines where you an play dodge ball, which by the way is ridiculously fun. There is also a large area with just the trampolines. We came here for a birthday party, the pizza was decent, the service was great. Overall, it is a fun place to come, even for the parents.
Pretty good might get a job there
Great deals for spring break! Very clean. Just dont understand why they would have a spinning lounge chair that has a sign staying NOT TO SPIN in it. Watched 3 girls, 2 seated and the 3rd spinning them, and one flew off. The parents werent around but a worker did handle the situation. Why not compromise the spinning mechanism so that its stationary?
Amazing staff! We were there on a holiday and it was crazy, plus they were having computer issues. They stayed calm and found ways to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. Kids spent four hours and went non stop the whole time. Food is expensive (comparable to similar businesses) but made fresh and very good quality. We live 40 mins away and will be back soon despite the drive.
The place was terrible, they were understaffed and let 1 employee watch the 3 most popular areas and he didnt do anything to enforce rules. There were kids swimming in the foam pool when other people are waiting in line. You need to buy grip socks in order to go in and they are 2.50 a pair. You need to bring shoes in order to do the main attraction, so I couldnt. You also need to climb to the top of the rock wall in order to do the skybridge. There is that ride that flings you up and down that gave me a rash because they put the straps on wrong. I had the most fun doing Virtual Reality. The food isnt too expensive, but you are better off buying from a nearby restaurant like Subway. Although the food isnt to bad. Even with a Groupon deal I wouldnt go they have lousy and terrible staff working there. Lastly there isnt enough to do, I had two hours there and I got bored and ran out of things to do. If you like out of control children and spending lots of money this place is for you. If you ever get angry or frustrated this is not the place for you.
Outstanding had a very great time
My son lived this place highly recommend!
It was the perfect place to have my sons 13th birthday the staff is super helpful and nice definitely will be going back with just the family
The park is awesome itself. I think its silly that you must climb the wall before walking the sky walk. I also must say that the guy who was in charge of the rock walls did not like his job as it was obvious that he didnt want to he there and he had a very bad attitude. My rope want up to the top of the wall and he had the nerve to tell me I needed to go up and get it. Really??? I just got down and was sore. Also, I dont need to do anything after paying 124 dollars for my 3 kids, my fiance and I. He also was huffing and puffing about my fiance climbing down the wall instead of jumping down. Like I ruined his day.. he also bypassed my kids when it was there turn and rudely said that other people were waiting.. we were next though so that didnt matter. They also allowed others to pass me while I was in line. The staff needs some work. Otherwise, the place is awesome!
Wow, this place was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great food selection. The Leap of Faith is great, so is the Skywalk. The place is spacious and clean. We got an awesome discount through Groupon. Have fun.
Has a great time here with the kids! Great for all age groups. We were able to spend almost 3 hours here and the kids were entertained entire time!
We had sooooo much fun! Great date night away from the kiddos to feel like kids again!️
Great place kids had so much fun, pizza is really good.
It was a fun place. There were a couple attractions that werent working. I asked if they could give us a voucher to come back to do those and I was told no. Grumpy employees that obviously did not like their jobs at all. Wish it was more upbeat. Would have made the experience alot more fun!The pizza was not our favorite at all. Just tasted like tomato sauce. It was a little weird. The french fries were probably the best.
Fun place for kids from 6 to 46 to expend energy.. Just make sure you read the fine print for their All Day pass.. All day just means consecutive hours no re-entry..
Staff was friendly and helpful. The venue was spacious and clean. Pricey was affordable. Unlike other trampoline parks, Gravity Extreme Zone has a variety of attractions like huge rock walls, bungie cord / sling shot rides and obstacle courses throughout. They provide a fun filled day for young to older children and parents as well.
This place was such a blast. Not very busy during the weekdays and busy on weekends. They have so many options and choices for all ages. A seperate place to jump for toddlers and little ones. I would recommend to go there if you havent.
Fun place, modern, clean, they have some new things that Ive never seen before so it stands apart from other trampoline places
Loved this park! staff was excellent and very clean. one of my kids got a lil scared on the walk and staff was there within seconds to help...! great job. would recommend park to all families
Such an amazing experience! Kenny was an awesome staff member who always made sure we could access the different stations without waiting, patiently explained the sky walk and let us practice, and didn’t make fun of me while I challenged my fear of heights! I would absolutely come here again and bring friends!
Love this place! They have everything for the kids! The food is amazing. I’m happy that I chose this place for my daughter birthday party! Thanks Mr. M.S for everything! We’ll be turning soon.....
Unique space included more than just trampolines. The name is quite fitting with all of the features encouraging you to get off the ground! Definitely worth the price.
This place was fabulous fun for my grand kiddies !!!! Loved it
We scheduled our daughters birthday party here thinking it would be a fun and accommodating venue. Upon arrival there was a line of people out the door and only one person checking people in. The party checkin area was not being manned by anyone, but instead was being used as a break area for employees. Line of people waiting to be helped, only one person helping and one person sitting on a counter on his phone in the party checkin area. There is almost nothing more frustrating to a customer than seeing that! Once we got checked in, we were pointed toward the direction of our booth without any further instruction. No idea when to expect the food or drinks or any direction to ensure they would be provided as outlined in the party package. There was a large amount of customers here and not nearly enough staff to support the demand. This caused long lines for each attraction and limited what the kids were able to do during the 2 hours we were there. If you are thinking of planning a party here....DONT!! There are far better venues for the price!
Very fun. Great staff and food. Went with a large group if people (15+)
This place is awesome!! We took a group of 12 during the midweek and almost had the space to our self. Clean and spacious! Excellent and friendly staff. Many things to do that keep you active physically. The activities are more extensive in variety and the skill required than your average trampoline place. We especially enjoyed the high ropes course and the challenge pd the rock walls. The zero gravity slide was popular with our group also! We have already returned a second time, and it wont be our last.
We are having my sons birthday here with a couple of his friends right now. Very fun! Michael the supervisor is very kind and made sure we were taken care of! He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. Great place! Thanks again!
Love all the jump parks in town but this place is to the next level. Everything is just a little bigger or expanded allows for older kids to have fun at the same time the littles are having a blast.
This place is amazing! I spent three hours here bouncing around, as well as doing speed runs on the skywalk! Jakub was a wonderful assistant; super helpful during my group’s time there! He even changed the music to a more upbeat mood, giving the atmosphere that perfect jumping tone!
Great place for little kids and big kids. Some easy stuff and some tough stuff, but everyone has a great time. The food is pretty good too.
Kids loved every bit of it. This was a good place for adults too. Good prices for the number of things that it has to offerThis is my fifth visit and the restrooms are in really terrible state. All commodes have a thick pink orange ring. They have not been cleaned and the crowd is big given the holiday season is about ending. These joints with so many kids need regular cleaning else can be bad germ banks. I hope they revert to better conditions.
Very nice place affordable, my children and my husband had a great time.
As I was in town visiting family, I needed something to do. I found the Gravity Extreme Zone on Google. Great reviews, and looked like just the place to be. And it happened to be within walking distance from my location.Upon arrival I was very impressed by the cleanliness, and how big the place was. Secondly, I was amazed at the design of each attraction. We happen to be there during lunchtime on a school day so the place was empty, which only meant more fun for us! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were definitely out of our comfort zone, as we had never been here before, its huge, and nobody was there to lead by example. We had an amazing time, and will definitely be going back (on a weekday at lunch) next time we are in town! Prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Gravity Extreme Zone, you ROCK!
A great place we could hang out as a group of a wide range of ages and all have a good time! Thats hard to find! Enough to challenge teen boys while also easy and simple enough for second grader!
Kids loved it. Next i might check it out, show them how the old man still has moves
My husband and I did the sky walk and the rock wall and had a blast! Kenny and Kiran were helpful and very fun. We will be back!
This place is great! The staff is well informed and caring about the experience you have while there. I know the owner and he imparts excellence to those involved in the operation there. He expects the best, and he does get it! Details are attended to and you are sure to have a great time! Ive seen parties there and they arent like parties elsewhere. They are well coordinated and thoughtful. Go there and have a great time!
Fun place for Kids & Adults. Computers for waivers are very slow & no one tells you that you need to complete the waiver before standing in line to pay & go in to play. Limited staff. Only one person at the registers where you pay & also buy grip socks. We didnt try the food. One ride (attraction) was closed. The younger Employees were playing video & virtual games so it was tough for others to get a chance. Kiernan (employee) made fun of the bigger kids trying to climb the rock wall. All in all, its a decent place. But keep in mind, theres plenty of other Jump Parks in the Valley.
Been too many of these types of places, but this one was different...had unique type of equipment, and its really large with an open floor plan, so doesnt feel crowded...went there for a 10 year olds birthday and had a great time!
It is a great place for kids to have fun and run around. A lot of seating for parents. My kids enjoyed the place.
Great place for a fun weekend with the family. Staff was very friendly, the pizza was excellent. Well worth the price.
For the price you pay for the day (not by the hour thank God!) it is wellll worth it! The place is HUGE and has so many activities! Dodgeball, basketball, rock wall, trampolines and it like a ninja warrior training facility on steroids.. ;) We has a blast and will definitely be back!
The kids had a great time. They wish we had discovered this place before. We are definitely going again
This is the greatest place and I cant say enough about it! I have been there with our kids several times and it never disappoints. A couple of days ago, I had 7 boys (8 year-olds) there and a couple of 11 year-old girls. The staff was on hand for all the varied obstacles to strap the kids in the harnesses, give them instructions, give them encouragement ... Every single kid had a fabulous time and at the end of the three hours we spent there, they were all exhausted. The staff makes a special effort to ensure a safe and fun experience. Michael, the supervisor, was especially encouraging to one of the boys who needed an extra little boost. Dylan was also a big help to us with getting everybody organized and making the process run smoothly. I have accidentally gone to the other places with similar names and they are just trampolines and foam block pits. I guarantee you Gravity Extreme will not disappoint!
Bought a groupon for all day gravity access. But had to pay extra for socks, sky walk, cant bring anything in food or drink wise, and once you leave, even with an all day pass, you cant come back in. Will not return. This place used to be amazing and staff was much more pleasant. Id give zero stars, but it wont allow me.
Took my 4 teenagers here a few days ago and we had an amazing time... the staff was super awesome, we got a deal through groupon for the basic at only $9 per person and it saved us about $20 all together. We also opted for the pizza and wing deal they had, wish more wings were included, but we were happy with the food as well... I chatted it up with Michael, one of the supervisors on staff. He was very personable and social, easy to get along with guy! Way to go Gravity team, well be back for sure!
This place is so fun! Being an adult, I wanted to try everything! But didn’t this time around, but I will soon. Both my sons loved this place. We went for an hour and wanted to stay longer. I would totally suggest taking your family here!! So much fun! Lots of different options for the kids to partake in. Kids loved their time here and each of them had a favorite area. Lots of seating for parents to hang out while the kids have fun.
Nice clean facility. The attendees were polite and patient with the kids. Were found the family pack to be a great deal. Definitely recommend.
My 5 year old had so much sweaty fun. We were here almost 3 hours. So much to do and so many fun ways to work off extra energy. I actually was able to sit in comfort and read a book. We will be back.
Well to take one from, Toys-R-Us, its where an adult can be a kid.So much fun, the front end seemed like some $$ to get in but well worth the groupon pushing me over the edge. With a rock wall, 12 food extreme slide, ropes course and the foam pit. There is no end to wairing out my arms to spaghetti noodles. This place was more fun than a tornado in a trailer park. You will not regret the time spent. I even forgot I had kids with me.Oh, and it is kid friendly too.
This place was amazing! They had so many activities to offer and great pricing! There are a variety of rock walls, and amazing obstacle course in the sky, and tons of trampolines and foam pits. thats only a few of the things that offer. The food also were so delicious at reasonable prices. Everyone! Please go here! I am 25, and My family had so much fun for my younger brothers 14th birthday party!
The facilities are very nice, the price is ok you need to buy special socks $2.50 a pair.
Good place for kids to burn off energy. I definitely wish they didnt have the virtual reality video game because the kids all end up lined up there instead of playing
I bought a groupon for my son for his birthday. Along with his brother and a friend, he had a blast! He said it was the best birthday gift! Then I had to join in on the fun. My husband bought me a pass right there on the spot! I would go back again without hesitation. Very friendly staff and very clean.
Great for kids of all ages and great price for toddler and adult, staff was also very friendly and helpful, thanks Michael!
Theres so many activities at this trampoline park and its a lot closer of a drive than that Skyzone park out in Peoria. I felt like my moneys worth for what I paid for.Theres a pulley belay rock climbing wall- youre cinched in and the pulley belays you up- so you feel safe.... They also had a bungee cord where you could do flips in and then another contraption where they tied you in and then they would send you flying up and down. Then, they have a slide where you hold on to the handle bar and they drop you. (That one scared me because #1, the bar was hard to grip on, and #2, the slide was so steep I felt that I would tumble off if I was dragged all the way to the top and released. They need to install safety rails on that thing.)Besides the trampolines and basketball trampoline area, they also have an indoor ropes course. That course is no joke. The first part of it is not beginner-friendly as they have you walking across shaky boards and then next comes a balance beam with nothing to hold on to. After that point, I decided I would turn back. I wish they made the start of the course easier so newbies could give it a whirl, but oh well.Amazing fun location overall! So much to do!
We ended up getting a Groupon for this place. My wife had been before with some friends on a girls afternoon. This was incredibly entertaining for our children, with a large variety of activities to keep all of them interested for the balance of the afternoon. The food was good, the only drawback was the cook kept taking breaks. The facility and the restrooms were clean.
Do not celebrate anything here. Kitchen workers unpleasant. The first time we came here we had to order pizza delivery because they were out. 2nd time out of food again. But the manager makes a scene in front of our kids about bringing food in. Then tells us we cannot have our kids birthday cake because we did not “rent a booth”. Unbelievable and embarrassing. Avoid.
