Not a good place ..too many rules. People all up in your business..they do have goid prices if you can pass the back ground check to live there ..

Nice over 50 park, for the most part. Certain areas of the park have a less than desirable type of tenants!

A friend of mine lives in here, I personally have never heard him complain about anything nor have I had encountered any issues while visiting the Apartments.

When we go we always have the best fun he relax enjoy each other big giggle and laugh it is so peaceful and quiet and clean and everybody there is so very friendly

Very very well upkept new management knows what their doing awesome clubhouse with newer pool tables shuffleboard courts very clean environment highly recommend if your looking to buy or office has rentals

My Grands neighborhood! Shes lived there for about 25 years, maybe 30. Its always been nice and quiet and beautiful! I just love Florida. I miss it. I was born there in Bradenton.

Nicely cared for with large lots. Mostly owners but some rentals available. Activities are on the upswing.

One of the most beautiful parks in the area have friends that live there and they have wonderful annual yard sales and my goodness I dont know how much the lot rent is but theyre lots are just kept up gorgeous

I dont know this place its just a place y the stoplight I turn at to go home. Keeps popping up everyday, so now maybe it will stop since everyday I remove it from my page

Very clean, well kept and very friendly manager.

The place is always kept nice and the people seem to be friendly but I have a friend in there thats been robbed twice. Other than that theres no other crime other than domestic violence.

Was a good place to live, someone new took over the club house and bought others houses in here. Not as nice as it was
