I have been to Gold Tree a few times, they are a nice tight community and their residents look up for each other. The community is in the heart of Bradenton and 5 min from University, with everything you need nearby and still very calm and tranquil. I would live there or certainlypurchase property there for investment.

We were visiting friends who live here. It is a very nice 55+ mobile home community. Attractive, well-maintained, and quiet. Nice pool and community building. Lots of activities according to our friends.
