Dont waste your time filing out the paperwork if you even have misderminors, they want only perfect people! Who wants to pay $700 a month for a HOA fee anyways. Im disabled veteran and have no felonies, only a few business charges, that were throwing out, I was going to sue them, but dont want to live there anyways!

I will ensure my relatives stay clear of this place. Management is to lax and is now allowing criminals and drug addicts to live here. What ever happened to background checks? Its a shame because this use to be such a nice place. Now you need security cameras and heavy duty locks.

Generally its a great park but there are always a few that think they own the place. I have a dog & most of the residents dont like dogs & as a result they pick on everything about me & my dog. If you have a dog I suggest not moving in.

This is a little hidden place i would have never even known about if it werent for my grandparents moving in. Its very quiet and thet seem to keep the property pretty maintained. The neighbors seemed friendly. I like That it is a pet friendly park and they didnt seem to have any problem when we brought all of our kids and let them run around the yard.

I have lived here going on 11 years and within the past 3-4 years, the changes have been simply amazing. My concern after moving here was for my safety as we are inside the City Limits. However, a couple years ago we had the entire Park fenced in and this has reduced unwanted visitors to practically zero. As a direct result of this fenced and gated community, the change was almost instant. More people have bought units, both shareholders and renters ( we are a co-op) and more & more folks are renovating their homes. It is almost like a brand new Park again. I would never move from here now. Awesome Park. Lovely people. Fun activities.

Nice place to rent for parties or other social events. Theres a large stage and even a small kitchen, the only problem is the parking. Very limited and difficulty.

The people who run this place bully old ladies. Avoid.
