New owners only care about the money. This place used to be well maintained and well kept, now not so much. Roaming packs of screaming kids all hours of the night. Management company completely unresponsive to complaints or concerns. Only thing going for it any more is the proximity to the fire department and ambulance.

Lived here almost three years has been nice and quiet 0lace to live. They used to have a park with a basketball court but took it out to make room for more trailers

My mom lives here and it is a very clean and tidy park. Very close to the paramedics and at her age its super important.
