Its great for football and a lot of snakes the park is a fun place to hangout and play

Definitely needs someone to plow the snow and ice... that would have been great! Other than that seems to be pretty clean and decently quiet.

It is one of the better kept trailer parks.

Honestly, the trashiest trailer park in the area. Poorly maintained, snakes in the park/ playground.. Playground equipment is completely destroyed and grossly overgrown with weeds.. Unsafe for kids, no where for them to play and be kids.. Very disappointed in the degrading conditions.. On site management is very rude and disrespectful. Owner of property has not done anything about the numerous complaints against management and conditions of the park.
