The managers discriminate regardless of laws, and even when its disability based. I had first hand experience of this. The lady is a very rude person and threatened to take her bad week out on me. They should be reported to the state EVERY time this happens so there will be a case for the state to prosecute. That advice comes from Fair Housing.

Next month I’ve lived here a year. Never a problem with anyone or anything. Pipes had a small frozen spot today and management showed up 10 minutes after I called. Quickly fixed and very friendly. If you pay your rent and follow the rules I imagine your experience will be like mine.

The managers at this place were very rude to me while visiting .y grandmother. They said I could not have my medical companion animal with me because her breed was not allowed in the trailer park. She is a boxer and I saw one the tenants walking their own pet boxer around the trailer park. These people should be sued for discrimination.

Lived here for 15 years and never had any problems with the management. Every one is given a list of rules and regulations when they move in. Simply follow the rules and you will have no problem. Some people think the rules dont apply to them and get upset when confronted by authority and now they are the bad guys. Drive the speed limit in the park and the speed bumps are not an issue. There are children playing and we need to be safe. There are rules for no fireworks and every year the week of the fourth of July and at new year those that think the rules dont apply to them shoot them of any way. Just pay your bills on time and follow the rules and you to will enjoy living here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!We didnt have issues at first until the landlady had already bullied all the neighbors around us to move out. (Seriously, we made house #7 to move out and that was just within immediate surrounding and not counting the rest of the park) She then targeted us. We were threatened, bullied, lied to, and retaliated against.Thankfully, our new landlords realized the scathing review we were given along with some extra false details didnt match the paperwork presented. That rental company now knows to double check the rental references from Hillside Village since ours turned out to be flat out lies.Save yourself the trouble and dont risk it

This place is not very friendly and the owners and management are not helpful or friendly! You are better off to try and buy your own land. I dont understand how people can stay in business the way they act!

Manager is incredibly rude. Doesnt introduce himself just knocks on your door without warning yells at you without waiting for a response, then walks away.

The manager at this site is rude to some of his tenants and nice to others. It is totally clear that the same rules do not apply to all at this place.

Very affordable and nice housing and kid and pet friendly!

This is the worse place to live, the manager looks for reasons to kick anyone out that doesnt fit their ideal tenant. Having a landlord sucks, but this place takes it to an all time low.
