Good place to have baby showers or birthday partys or really any kind of party, nice, quit, and easy to navigate

I came in the office a few weeks ago about a trailer there. The young lady in the front office is extremely rude! I’m shocked she treats people the way she does. She barely knows how to dress herself, what is she doing running the office? Glad I found a better place so I don’t have to deal with her!

This is a nice clean mobile home park. Kids were playing in the street. It was nice

Terrible management. The worst we have ever encountered. Casa Village has the potential to be the premier manufactured home community in Billings. The maintenance and grounds crew are excellent. Our neighbors were fantastic. Management is rude, deceitful, and dishonest. Unfortunately, that makes all the difference.

Nice respectful place to own a small home. Quite, clean, well laid out. Glad I pulled the trigger on a small home in here. Very well managed without being over bearing.

Awesome location and very nice park and pool

We have lived in Casa Village for three years now and it has been great. Very clean and quiet, and the pool is beautiful.

Nice park with lots of amenities. But they charge an enormous amount for water usage and will tow a Tennants vehicle with no warning if parked in street.Management could be better

Cool little Park nice neighborhood would be a great place to live

This is a nice mobile home court. My only gripe would be that some people need to teach their kids manners while in the swimming pool. Some boys kept throwing and kicking balls. It seemed on purpose they were aiming for people and making a game out of it. They hit a few people and the mom (or babysitter) did nothing about it. That pool is too busy to be throwing and kicking balls around aggressively. This defeats the purpose of relaxing and enjoying the pool. Everyone else was polite and courteous with each other.

More than just a trailer park...has paved streets, a park area or two, maintained grass in all areas, its the kinda of place where mobile homes are actually owned, not just rented trailers w/people tying dogs to cars w/no tires parked on the lawn...
