I bought a mobile home in Meadowlark and absolutely love it here. The new management is great and really cares about cleaning up some of the older homes. The lot size is fantastic. You dont feel like you are so close to your neighbor that you can see what they are having for dinner! My dogs have a nice big fenced yard. Lots of room to run. I would highly recommend this place.

While it’s not the ideal location it is out of the main part of town & it’s quiet and we get a breeze from the river on those hot summer nights. It’s on the school bus route which means the roads in the court & the main road ( jellison) gets plowed. Schools are Newman, Riverside & West High. The lots are HUGE! Very small amount of private rentals most are owner occupied. Pam ( the office manager) has been so easy to work with while renting a huge lot. This is definitely not the same park as when Blanes owned it. Haven Park is adding lots of creature comforts all the time.If you’re looking to rent a lot you won’t be disappointed. * bonus they have a website so that you can pay your lot rent online.*
