Poor communication. They sell used mobile homes for jacked up prices. They set appointments for people to inspect the homes and then do not show up. It is very difficult to get a return phone call and discussing basic contracts and terms just does not seem to be an option. They charge $30 for a background check, which is reasonable,. However, the condition of half of the trailer park is pretty bad.

The place is a disaster. Barely functioning bridge, poor / no landscaping, dirty units and lots.

The road thru this mobile home park will eat your vehicles!horrible hospitality due to roads having huge craters in it!they advertised as a somewhat particular place but have never seen such a mess for such high cost of rent! Horrible -3 stars

The new owners are easy to work with their very understanding and for second chances how ever the roads are horrible I have a all wheel drive 2014 equinox any time I go through their I bottom out and end up with damage to my vehicle I now wait on road above the trailor court to pick up my family memebers- can only imagine emergency services trying to get to some one in their.I should not have too but what can you do. the roads were susposed to be fixed summer of 2018 they are not repaired. The elec company buckeye royal is outrageous 600 or more n a month barely even using elec. Thats not sandstone fault . yes had offer of new fernance with increase in rent for newer model which the tenant could not afford .susposed to be anything under 200 tenant is responsible for. Anything over 200 their responsible for.

Roads are to tough, someone should probably get to fixing that dang bridge so I can stop entering the “do not enter” section and risking a ticket

I would not move in this trailer court bc the electric company is screwing people We moved in a little over a year ago and our electric bill was running around $900.00 to $1200.00 a month its Buckeye rural electric and we wasnt the only ones who was having a very high bill. So if anyone wants to talk to me about anything please dont hesitate to contact me.

They dont fix anything pot holes all over the place the bridge is been out for about 5 months no so u have to come in the way u exit which is very dangerous but they dont gaf as long as they get there money nothing is up to date so internet sucks no phone service

The roads are HORRIBLE. Sad the tenants pay that much rent money and have to drive on those roads daily to get home from work/school.

Need to fix the rds and the its full of roaches and bed bugs the whole place needs to be gone the owners dont do a good job at all

Electric bill in winter time is outrageous and Ive been waiting for the road to be fixed since they changed owners 2 to 3 years ago the road is like a 4×4 mud running trail my wifes yaris barely makes it through
