Neighbors Arent Bad. The Managements Not Too Bad. Some Of The Trailers There Look To Be In Question.. But Overall Its Nice, For What It Is.

Well Im used to it here, dont have any reason to move on now.

Dont expect them to ever fix anything i had several maintenance slips made for the hole in the ceiling and the air unit freezing up and the leak on the wall and nothing was ever done

Not a bad place to live if you have to. But some of the kids & parents are horrible and the rent is too high! Not to mention that the rent isnt the same for everyone even if the same exact layout! Plus just raised rent. But it has a few good points

They beat me out of my rent deposit. Knowing I turned the trailer over to there maintenance man and give him the key 2months earlier. didnt fix things well either
