Just moved here and seems pretty quite for the most part. Lot owner is a really great guy and seems to be on top of things. Trailers are really close together though and a few ppl think its ok to let their dogs dump in another persons yard. Definitely want cameras on your place if you move here, couple shady individuals hanging around

Its not so much the place its the people we try to keep our place nice but the neighbor has trash and clotheslines I get tired of picking up trash and Im embarrassed to have company over it would help if the owner and management would do their job!!!!!well its been a year since my last post it got a little better but now its back to loud music!!!! We dont smoke yet we have cigarette butts all over our yard we don,t have pets yet we have dog poop in our yard and just let their dogs go wherever and iIthought there was a lease rule you can tell your complaints yet i dont see anything being done unless you do it yourself and then you take a chance of them being a butt hole and making things worse, The owners need to do something!!!!!!!!
