Lived here long time ago visit friends regular quiet trailer park

The managers Jennifer and Frank do a wonderful job keeping the community safe and kid friendly. We have lived here 3 years now and love it because of the management and community members around us. If you want a safe place to raise kids and want to own your own home...this is the perfect environment.

If you do not live here anymore your opinions do not matter, the management is doing a wonderful job, they go beyond to help people in the park.. For those who have lived here and moved out you do not know anything about what the management has done ( Jennifer & Frank) thank you for all you have done. This is a nice quiet park to live in and safe. Im so sick and tired of people or person bad mouthing the management. I hear things from the neighbors and they like living here, if anyone doesnt like it here then move its that simple, dont make comments if you dont know what your talking about.

Under new management. A lot of good things happening here. Newly remodeled homes as well as new homes. Management is doing a great job at trying to upgrade the community. Nice atmosphere, quiet, and friendly people.

They keep the place clean and up to date

People working for the park will degrade you. Call you names.I was told by management that having foil in the windows to help with heat, made my house look like a hillbilly lives there. They only do half of the maintenance. They will fix some things in your house and then tell you they do not do the lawn maintenance.Working with maintenance takes forever. Ants and roaches. Non-insulated. They will add random bills to your account without notice They used to not charge for water when I first singed the lease, now they do. They also added a security deposit for the mailbox key and a cheap garbage can. They advertise spacious yards, but you only get about 12ft all around your trailer. The amount paid for the lot rent is ridiculous for the amount of space given. If noise bothers you, do not live here. You can hear everything going on in the park and on the highway. The ceiling material is falling off my unit, already found roaches in March, paint stains in carpet from past owners.

All the roads and drive ways are gravel.. good luck keeping your vehicle clean. The mobile homes hete are really old.. 1970s -1980s. No one is ever in the office. This place is run down and full of drugs.

On June 17,2018 I received a letter from management that said (FRIENDLY REMINDER) that we need to keep our grass cut and our yard looking good or there would be a $50.00 charge added to our bill. Well I as a resident what can I charge corporate for not keeping the breezeways, ditches, empty lots, and empty trailers cut and kept clean.When I moved in this park everything was always kept cut and clean, and the managment of the park was doing the mowing. Then I guess coporate took that away from them and brought in an outside company, well they are not doing there job, if the outside company CAN NOT DO THERE JOB AND KEEP THE PARK LOOKING GOOD THEN MAYBE, CORPORATE SHOULD GIVE THE RESPOSABILITY BACK TO THE PARK MANAGEMENT, THIS WAY THE PARK STAYS LOOKING NICE!Also I was told to give it some time and the roads would be fixed, well Im still waiting. There are so many potholes that even when you drive over them slow you can still damage your car. Now what would corporate due if a car got damaged, I am sure they would not pay for the damage to a car. So they need to fix the roads.This is a VERY NICE PARK, and the MANAGEMENT FRANK and JENNIFER MONTALVO ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB, THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP THE RESIDENTS!Thank You for your time

Rent is outrageous, neighborhood is full of drugs and the yards are all of 15 feet out from the door. The pictures these people use in ads are not even the trailers they rent. Full of bedbugs and roaches. The ones they rent were all made in the 60-70s and not worth anywhere near even half of the asking price. If your looking for a home fair warning look elsewhere.

Absolute nightmare my wife and i have been here for just a few months and the managment has harassed us constantly. They had the cops go through my house 6 times. We are old people and can hardly get out. We are curently looking for something else and concidering sueing for harasment. Take my advice look somewhere else unless you want to live in a concentration camp.Very disapointed and feel i got ripped off,resident manager thinks hes a wardden..hahaha

Yes Mam, Rhonda McDaniel, We remember.you, you and your husband rented here, your husband is a convicted sex offender and child molester for the child under the age of 12, you were evicted from the park for that reason, we do not allow sex offenders in our Park PERIOD.I also flagged your answer to one of my Resident.

Best mobile home park ever seen

Trashy place and needs lots of things done to the roads they are terrible

The financing is borderline illegal and a ripoff

Was ok place to live next to for years but now section 8 housing has made it often too noisy and lots of law enforcement being there.
