I just purchased a used mobile home through La Hacienda Estates. This is my first time buying a home and Crystal helped me with a smooth process. She has been very patient with cleaning the yard and repairs on the home knowing the struggles of pandemic going on at this time. Really enjoy it here so far!

Love Crystal the New park manager, park owners need to invest instead of rent going above what this park is worth. My area was never prepared for me and it cost 2,500 to get the lot ready for utilities, plus it took just about a month. The manager at the time didnt know how to run a trailer park.

Today is my familys an I first day in our new mobile home (first time mobile home renters) and I thank crystal for goin above an beyond for helpin my family an I get into a beautiful 3bedroom 2 full bathroom mobile home.. if your thinkin of renting you gotta check these beautiful homes out an give crystal a call

The current on site manager Crystal is a gem. She made the whole move in process a breeze for my family and I. Every time Ive needed something she has been there to help solve any problem we have and, she was also very prompt to do so. Shes awesome please dont ever let her leave.

A great place to live

I recently drove through La Hacienda even though I’m not looking for a place at this time, you can tell that the new community manager is making positive improvements, I saw her walking the community with her clip board and a smile on her face. She had no clue who we were and she waived at us the community is improving tremendously!!! Good job to La Hacienda Estates and the Community Manager!!!

I live on a property in this division and have for the last 15 yrs, we now have the best onsite manager!!! She is always walking the neighborhood making sure everyone is in compliance!!!! Good job Crystal

Nice place to live

You dont want to live here, they charge fees for plants in yards, soccer ball goals for you kids, made everyone remove fence, now stray dogs, cats roam the property. Cant update their records even after turning in app numerous times, wants to rent out new trailer homes for $900/month, but since they are renting, they keep giving everyone fees, even if you are one or two days past the 1st, you get a late fee, immediate fees for animals, none for the free roaming animals, we have people come to ask for money, go to their church, people are speeding thru the area and they arent doing anything about that with kids playing in their dedicated lot or their parents get charged more rent and fees, plus they keep raising the rent with no explanation, DONT LIVE HERE. GO TO AN APARTMENT, SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!. im moving asap.

This place is wonderful! We just leased a home and the service from the start was extraordinary. The onsite manager was amazing and answered all my questions. We got a call from the corporate office to see if we had any questions and a gave us a warm welcome. I recommend this community to everyone that is looking for a place to call home.

Dump nothing but lower life individules

Harassment is constant from the manager. You dont want to live at this terrible place. Everyone here is leaving or selling. The owners are stealing everyones homes.
