Mosaic Park is a new park in Arlington, Virginia close to the Ballston Quarter. If you dont live nearby, theres street parking along the park. As you walk into the park, youll notice long wood lounge chairs for relaxing. As you enter the play space, youll see a rock climbing wall built for younger and older kids. Theres a small field for soccer, playground equipment and plenty of soft hills to climb. The park is built with equipment to build skills and confidence in children. Our toddler loved it!

This was a fun park for younger kids. There is a section for 3-6 year olds and another section for 7-12 year olds. There are some fun activities that are supposed to light up but they didnt turn on. There is also a reasonably sized climbing wall

Beautiful park recently renovated with climbing wall and a bunch of crazy playground equipment. Kids love it. Also a nice sitting area away from playground to sit and read.

Its a decent park, but a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It would be nice to have a basketball halfcourt or enclosed mini soccer field. The enormous parking lot next door is empty 24/7.

Park is small with one small play ground. Soon to be replaced with new equipment and a water feature! The new upgrades will be spectacular!

I normally give all parks 5 stars but not this time. It is a nice urban green space that is not developed to its potential at all. I know Arlington Parks and Planning and they usually dont skimp or let their spaces fall into such an undefined and unmaintained state. Maybe it is on the books to be renovated. The nice little playground equipment that is there is used by the kids in the area. It should be 4 times as big. You could do Tai Chi or there or have a picnic but it is surrounded by traffic and apartments and restaurants.

Its a fine park, but the county has said that a new park is supposed to be built by developers in exchange for zoning waivers on nearby buildings and it has been years with no work done at all. Wish they would start.

Watch for pieces of rebar and metal in the field. This used to be an old bus station back in the day
