Well maintained field with lots of space. Has a parking lot and good connection via the bike path or train. Traffic on the nearby road can be a bit distracting at times.

My daughters first soccer game and the field was nice and had grass not mud. It was a great morning for a nice walk down the bike path at spy ponders and you end up at the field. It was a great place to practice soccer or football even baseball.

Took my dog here and the other dogs welcomed him in perfectly. Super nice park. BRING YOUR OWN WATER. the water fountains weren’t working so be sure to bring water for your pup!

This is a great park to bring your dog but just like all other dog parks, there are dogs that are not displaying their best behaviors and the owner/s allow this. Dogs can be big bullies to other dogs. The same will take your dog’s toys, balls, etc and run with it. But then again, they’re dogs. It’s what they do.

Pea gravel is too thick. Makes it hard for dogs to really run. Otherwise very nice park.

PLEASE NOTE: This field has been closed for the summer by the town to allow the grass to recover. It receives substantial use in the fall and spring. It needs its rest.

This dog park is conveniently located on the bike path. It has a large fenced in area and a smaller fenced in area, but I never see anyone use the smaller one. There is water, a tree for shade, and benches for the owners. Lots of people go here- it is a great place for doggie play time. The ground is covered fairly deeply in gravel, so you wouldnt want to be wearing sandals.

Nice park with good balance of open field and shaded area. Lot of Alewife station commuters walk by during rush hours,. Its spacious to be left alone to mind your own business but close enough to enjoy people watching.

Beautiful dog park, spacious with alot of obstacles for the dogs to play on. If only the people who frequent it were typical judgey dog owners. Any who own a bigger, or typical bully breed, whether or not your dog is the gentlest pup ever, avoid this dog park.

Wonderful fenced in off leash dog park, open to all, no residency requirements, unlike Cambridge. Wheelchair/stroller accessible path, agility course. Its pea gravel, which some dogs dont enjoy, but it tires them out like nothing else and stays fairly clean (no puddles or mud, just well drained and maintained gravel w/some unavoidable dust. Lovely old shade oak tree, and because of the proximity to the highway and playing fields theres always a good breeze (wear layers in winter!) . April through October the park has water (town water).
