Nice playground with a baseball field, basketball court and restrooms. My only complaints are that some parents dont enforce mask wearing for their children. And also some folks dont use the provided trash cans. The playground equipment itself is clean and in good repair, the kids enjoy it.
This Park Has Really Impressed Us. The Bathrooms Are The Cleanest We Have Seen Out Of Any Park/PlayGround in Arlington and Even Have A Baby Changing Table. The Playground Is Surrounded By Trees Giving It A Very Nice Shade The Whole Day Reducing Hot Slides, Swings, and Hot Weather For Children. There Is A Stream Next To It And A Basketball Court With Working Lights For Evening Play. There is A Baseball/Grass Field and Across The Street Are The Gazebos and Picnic Areas With Grills That Are Available For Reservation. Lots Of Shaded Street Parking Available And Even Wheelchair Accessible. Great Place To Be!!
A quaint little trail along the 4 mile run steam; shaded and cooler than its surroundings even on a hot summer day.
A very nice Park to have a gathering in.
Great park, with a big play area for kids. There is also a baseball field, bathroom, basketball court, creek to throw rocks in, and lots of picnic tables. Lots of shade so perfect for a warm or sunny day.
Our toddlers favorite playground in the area. Shady and right by a creek for wading. Just watch out for mosquitos is the summer!
The play structure is well designed. Trees are mature and provide shade throughout the summer. The baseball field is adjacent to the playground, so there is ample room for running. A public restroom, street parking and a creek make for a good outing.
Its a nice place to take kids to place
The park is a cute little place for the kids but it could use a few more benches.
Lovely park
Good place
The best of all of the parks in Arlington (which is quite the compliment, honestly) I have a 3 (well, 4 now) year old, and she loves the jungle gyms, and the swings.
The park is well maintained and the kids love the equipment. Restrooms are open seasonally. There are 3 picnic shelters (2 that can be used without a reservation) but the problem is people start camping out in them at 7 am for a 6 PM party.
Lovely place to ride bicycle
Great neighborhood park with playground, picnic facilities and restrooms. Very popular on the weekends and a great place to be.
Its really convenient to get here from a lot of places and its pretty big. I dont know how you review a park but it seems to get the job done.
Small park but nice! Even has basketball court!
Very clean and good cover from the sun.
Great place for the kiddies
So fun for the kids!
Is good place to meet we you friend s in familis
Great place to take a short walk, especially when when with a love one
Very nice place to have free grill with kids palying area and a shed to have your food in shade ... no booking needed just go there and enjoy grilling ... not too big place but good enough for 6 families and also each grill was placed next to the trees which is very good idea ...
Great for families to picnic and have large parties.
Awesome park with a baseball field and playground. Good for all ages of kids
Nice place. I recommend it.
Its peaceful.
Lots of shade, parents are attentive, kids are friendly to my kid, and it is clean. Great place to visit.
Very clean and nice park and grill
A great park with tons of natural shade. There is lots of playground equipment for kids and also several sheltered picnic areas.
Good and neat park surrounded with trees. So kids can play even at noon.
Fun park, lots of space to run and picnic. The bathrooms are open seasonally, be aware in the warm winter days they will be closed.
Kids love the playground. Its shady in the summer. Its inconvenient that the bathrooms are kind of far from the picnic area.
Nice tree filled park. Plenty of shad for hot summer days. Best for kids 5+.
The kids love this place
Nice small park. Basketball ball court baseball field, not a lot of walking area.
There are picnic tables on one side. The other side has a nice playground and a basketball court. I have gone once and it was pretty crowded.
One of my favorite Arlington Parks. Its got everything!
Located adjacent to a stream with a shelter, picnic tables, barbeque grills and fenced in playground very well maintained by Arlington Recreation... S o many old shade trees. Wildlife consists of numerous birds a nd squirrels.
Playground, basketball court, baseball diamond, grills, and a volleyball court. Be careful playing volleyball, the court is on the steep banks of the stream. In sure that several people have lost balls here.
A beautiful park that unfortunately suffers from a great deal of trash in the stream.
Great park. Arlington making our communities feel great.
My daughter and I love this playground!
Nice big park with plenty to wear out your children
Not bad
Great equipment for kids, basketball courts
Many big trees and shades. No many options but enough for kids to play around
Great park. Lots of fun for kids
Small park with playground. Shady. Can be moldy. Invisible from busy main street.
Great park with a small stream, playground, ball field, and picnic area.
This park has plenty of green spaces, bbq grills, a creek, beautiful tall trees, and a playground for the kids. From downtown Arlington, take Quincy street, then left on Glebe, right on Pershing, and left on George Mason, and youre there.
Cool place
Great park. Shady, which is nice in the summer.
