Great place to go and feed the ducks. There are never a lot of people so makes for a great place to get away from a lot of people and stay safe during a pandemic. The ducks are of a great variety and friendly. The water is calm and great clean bathrooms.

I just absolutely love Richardson fire me and my kids are not there for the first time and my kids caught four fish each they were so excited they had fun it was a blast it was a nice scenery nice and clean it was wonderful I would recommend highly

This was the first time there was no one on the docks in the early morning. My husband and I had a great time fishing! I caught 2 catfish! So peaceful out there, and the ducks are fun to watch.

Very peaceful and calming during sunsets. You can bring you boat and fish at this place, though it’s really hard to find some place quiet as there are always people around fishing. It also has a newly constructed club house with all facilities included. Parking is near the clubhouse and free. It is not allowed to jump and swim in the water and you might get a heavy fine of you do so.

Nice place to relax by the water. Watch a sunset. Have a picnic. Without having to go way out of town.

Very nice place to relax and go fishing. Its sad that people do not pick up after themselves. There was some trash laying around. This is not the parks fault, this is the fault of those people who have no respect for the lake

Great place to take kids to feed the ducks and birds, however they need to add a playground for the kids.

Not kept up with lately, trash everywhere. Good fishing though. The area is now used as a party area as well as the south entrance of the lake considering bars arent open. Great spot for children to feed/see ducks however.

Perfect for an evening walk with friends. Or a picnic with family. Good play area for kids. Not that I have any. But it was nice to see so much green amidst the city. Its a beautiful place with a long paved trail to walk on.

A boat launch, with two launches, two piers. Kayak and Sunfish rentals, $20. And $35. respectively.Not much to look at. No swimming allowed, no wading. Beach is jagged, broken concrete.Shelter with tables, grills for picnicking.

Great little park on the shores of Lake Arlington. It has gone a little downhill ever since they kicked the sailing center out. However it is still a great park.

This park is all about the lake. There’s a good boat launching ramp, two piers for fishing or disembarking from boats, and a nice, large pavilion with a lot of picnic tables under it. There is also a good sized open grill just beside the pavilion. There’s also a very nice-looking clubhouse just to the east of the pavilion, but I did not go in there. This is a lovely place for a picnic!I didn’t count the parking spaces, but I believe that there are fewer than 25 parking spaces.

It was a good indoor venue for a small wedding. The exterior property wasnt useful for seating and use in December. The kitchen is limited and tight. There is no cooking area. But there is substantial prep space.

Great place to walk with family n friends beware the seagulls while feeding the ducks. They fly low no attacks but they are aggressive towards the ducks.

I love it here especially the sunset and I like to eat here or walk on the dock for fun it is a great place to go fishing too

The most chill place in Arlington! People often come here for fishing, camping, or just to watch sunsets. The sunsets here are a spectacle to view. Do not miss this place if you love sunsets.

Lake with a view to refresh and rejuvenate you for the rest of the week. Kids can feed the ducks while the adults can enjoy the quite time. Specially beautiful during sunset. There are piers for fishing and lot of people do boating. All in all a gem in Arlingtons treasure trove.

Great place to fish. The reason Im giving just 4 stars instead of 5 is because occasionally youngsters come out at night and play loud music or loudly socialize with friends. That has a big impact on my quiet fishing time. Other than that its great.

Very nice place, a good place for barbeque. I havent caught any fish there, but I have seen a lot of people were fishing there. I dont know if they caught fish or not. Kids enjoy with the ducks. Very nice view and quite. We love this park.

So peaceful. Just read the signs about NOT feeding bread to the ducks. Bring a head of lettuce or cabbage. They love those better...much healthier too.

The water is muddy and jusk okay park no senic beauty

Ive had some really good times at this Lake and park. Caught a lot of fish bass bream crappie white bass. Good place to explore if you have a boat its even better you can get around the lake good you can even walk a long distance also and explore different parts of the lake and just have a good time.

We love this place as we have memories there and its a nice place to view the lake.

We have been here picnicking as a large family group and have found this to be a lovely, family-oriented place. Fish & wildlife enforce the rules pretty stringently. You can fish from the long (boat) docks or shoreline, but be sure you have your license as it will be checked!

The only lake I have come across close to Arlington. Pretty peaceful. You see a lot of people fishing and its very quiet around. A stroll around the park will be a good experience.

Went there to bird, but what a beautiful, new club house! Its worth it just to go see that! The grounds are wonderfully kept, lots of shade trees to picnic under or spread a blanket and relax, read a book or enjoy the quiet. Nice boat ramp with close and easy parking for your truck and boat trailer. Nice pier or shore area to fish from. Permits required for boating and fishing. Permits can be had at the park.

Ill say why I didnt give 5 stars...Though the boat ramps & fishing docks were open, there was no accessible trailer parking. Parking lot was gated & signed CLOSED .Glad I wasnt towing my boat.

The activity room could use a bit of sprucing up. Coat of paint, wax on floors..that said, its great for a casual gathering. Spacious room can accomodate 75 people, long tables and chairs included. Refrigerator and 2 microwaves available as well.. 2 restrooms in the back of the room. Did I mention an insanely large fireplace? Nice view of the Lake from the front windows. The Lake Arlington staff are very kind and easy to work with..I give the staff themselves double 5 stars!!
