Another good park in San Bernardino county to me:). Nice scenery place in town, close to Library, grocery stores, fast food, restaurant, gas station, Shopping plaza, other good park named Lion’s Park close by that has good hiking trial . To me in my mid 30 age, not to far places as I mentioned that are close by to this niice park; all within close walking distance. Gas station a bit more walking distance. This park is good for adults and kids, individually or with a group:). Has workout station, walk path, dog field, pool, kid playground, and bathroom for boys and girls. When come to these good parks I’ve mentioned, will definitely return again.:)

We enjoyed swimming. Pool was clean, not to crowded.

Nice big park with toys for the kids to climb on and a municipal swimming pool in the area. Bring a picnic lunch and spend the day.Beautiful and well maintained.

Beautiful safe park. Great fresh air nice breeze fresh scenery. A great place for concert in the park or family fitness. You can walk, the kids can play and ride bikes or skate. Very nice desert horticulture beautiful landscaping. I really appreciate the gem in Apple valley Park

Lots of cool spots to sit at. Large grassy areas. Dog friendly fountains. Often not crowded.

Has a big enough playground with swings, slides and bridges for maybe around 50 kids. Has a huge green field for friendly sports and plenty of walking space to bring friends, walk your dog or just a good run by yourself.

Love it, for walking and working out. My kids love the playground and pool. I have yet to attend one of their concerts.

This is my kids favorite park to go to up here in the high desert. the kids area is made of recycled cut up tire so its nice and bouncy if kids fall and it is also a dog park so their is lots of space to run around, kick or throw a ball, ride bikes is skates. the public pool and library are also right next to it.

The kids enjoy it here and I like to be able to walk around the track!

This a great area. I love the fact that I can pretty much find everything in the same area, government, to retail, to food.

Great park. The town has done a lot. Would love to see picnic area as well as a skate park, handball, maybe a tennis court. A great place for family get togethers but need more places to have them.The dog park needs more trees and benches and lights its VERY Dark in that area.

Very nice place to bring your children, large playground, stage area, public pool, picnic area, adult exersize equipment, nice running/biking path.Could use more trees or gazebos! Never enough shade for everyone, the playground could use a sunshade too.Great Halloween trunk-or-treat. Though it does get hot, and if your costume is warm you might be miserable, depending on the weather.Library right next door, which provides free AC. A nice quiet place to cool down and read a book, though I do owe them 20$, and keep forgetting to pay it. Make sure you get your books back on time because they WILL SEND YOUR BILL TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.However, great park.

Went to the annual paws & claws fair. It was well organized. They kept up on doggie accidents so people walking I the grass etc wouldnt get a shoe full...

This is the history park for me. Statues of hero’s from the old west days to Metal of Honor winner from our state. Macrotexture to old stone fountains. Long walkways with shade trees, and benches to relax on. The park surrounds the State Capitol on the east, to the City and County building on the west.Plays, demonstrations, food fairs, welcoming area for our Denver Broncos Super bowl 50 Champions, concerts and many other events are staged here. Warning: as with many metropolitan cities, parks are a hang-out for homeless and drifters. I myself have been going there for over fifty years without incident.Police patrol regularly.

GORGEOUS PARK! Has an Amphitheater, nice lawns, trees, and flower garden! The children really love the play equipment here! Lots of Dogs walking their Human pets! Very clean, including the Bathrooms! Large walking path around and throughout the park!

Its quite a nice little park. It gets hot during the summer though so come early.

One of the best parks in Apple Valley! It offers huge, well-maintained grass fields, an enclosed dog park, exercise equipment, and bike/walking paths. The large playground is suitable for kids of all ages. There are many trees, perfect for cooling down and having a picnic. Theres water fountains and permanent restrooms as well.The Town plays free movies on a large projector in the summer. The Civic Center also has a swimming pool (classes and open to the public).

Large park with playground, dog park, amphitheater and pool. Right next to apple valley police station, and the library. Free sunset concerts in the summer.Awesome city events, poor choice of vender for sound and lighting

I take my child here all the time, dog friendly, very clean, and great for exercising.

Pretty nice park. I enjoy the walking track that I can walk on while the kids play.

Overall great park. I bring my pitbull here and people are always quick to judge her. If I didn’t trust her I wouldn’t bring her. My kids love the play area. Also, great prices for their salt water pool during summer.

Wonderful sunny day. Walking around, kids with their bikes, trying to catch butterflies, geez they are fast...lovely.

This park is well cared for from the grass to the playground equipment. There is a dog park, a skate park, and play equipment for bigger kids as well as for toddlers. There are bathrooms that are generally clean and a water fountain. There is also a large open field for the kids to run in, play with kites, play tag, or play with a ball. The only complaint I have is that while the park has benches and tables, there is little to no shade to be found and in the summer the heat is unbearable even in the early morning and so I rarely take my kids there. If they would add shaded areas to sit and more shade on the playground I think it would be a whole lot more enticing in the summer especially.

The dog park is great. Grass, water, clean up bags. Separate areas for large and small dogs. Havent had a bad experience. Try to go 3 - 4 times a week. Dont know about the weekend.

We to hear the band. Phoenix Rising. Was not what I expected. I only stayed about 40 minutes instead of the three hours the event was scheduled for. Maybe the next time will be better.

Ahhhhhh! I really used to love going here with my kids up until they replaced the wood chips with recycled rubber that had metal wires in them! Kids were getting hurt from metal wire from the recycled pieces. I hope they have corrected this huge issue. We wont be back until its been made clear publicly that the issue has been resolved. Before this problem I absolutely loved this place. The lack of shade is annoying but dealt with.

Great place! My gkids enjoy it every time. So much to explore. They keep moving, running, climbing, sliding, jumping and best of all.....LAUGHING.

Concerts in the park are the best. Very clean and it feels safe. Plenty of police around.

Great all around park. Large playground for kids with tons of features, dog park split based on dog size, huge grass areas for picnics, multiple walking trails, modern aquatic center with shaded seating, amphitheater with grass seating for summer concerts. People come from all the surrounding cities to use this park; my daughter makes a new friend to play with every time.

Family and I walk around this park all the time. The park is very family friendly and sits right next to a police station. The sidewalks are very wide allowing an array of bikers, skaters, or whatever to all pass without a problem. The kids playground is massive. Definitely recommend.
